The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of documentation for the construction of a family house in the village of Medlovice (district of Vyškov). The building is designed as a partly basement building with two above-ground floors. In the basement there are technical facilities and spaces for relaxation. The first floor is mostly for social purposes with access to the terrace and courtyard. There is also a garage for two cars and a workshop. The second floor is mostly relaxing, but there is also a study and working room. Roof is solved by the construction of a nailing truss with a slope of 23 ° of a saddle shape. Roofing of the adjoining garage is also a construction of the balcony. The building is designed from the Ytong porous concrete system, except the masonry of the basement, which is made from blocks of Best lost formwork. Through the entire perimeter of the house there is stone tiling.

The family house

The Bachelor´s thesis elaborates a technical documentation of a detached family house with relaxing facilities. Object is located in the village Svratouch, district of Chrudim. Built-up area is 136.7 square meters. The house has two floors. It is based on the base passages from plain concrete stored in a non-frosty depth, walled building system Porotherm and lost formwork Dek. The roof above the second floor is a saddle roof with dormer-windows. The truss construction is a purlin system. Ceiling structure is made of ceramic inserts Miako and ceramic concrete beams Porotherm. The Bachelor´s thesis includes a sketch, a block plan, a building documentation, fire safety measures, a building physics, seminar work and calculations.

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is a design and project documentation of a two-floor chalet for rent capable to accommodate up to 10 people. The building is located in a town of a mountain area in the north of Czechia called Pec pod Sněžkou. From architectural point of view the building is intended to stand out by its luxurious appearance whilst using natural materials and finishes such as wood, stone and glass, thus respecting natural character of the surrounding. From structural point of view the building is designed as a wooden house – Avanta systeme, with a small basement (boiler room) and garage for 2 cars with concrete blocks walls, flat roof and sloped roof above a middle part of the building.

THE INFLUENCE OF TOURISM ON THE UNESCO SIGHTS ČESKÝ KRUMLOV AND TELČ Abstract My thesis is direct at identification of positive and negative effects of tourist industry in historical centre of Cesky Krumlov and Telc after 1992 when the cities were written on the World Heritage List of UNESCO. At the same time thesis analyzes current condition these historical sights. In the first part of thesis is analysing technical literature that is applying with problems of tourism. In the following chapters is thesis focused on attendance, demographical changes and the management of tourism in the individual destinations. The most beneficial part of this thesis may be considered chapters analysing tourist's portals, accommodation and restaurant facilities. The next, chapter of field analyse of selected areas and controlled interviews with chosen participants of tourism and public administration. The impact of executing new thermal insulation on a apartment building on the expenses associated with its operation

The topic of the diploma thesis „The impact of executing new thermal insulation on a apartment building on the expenses associated with its operation “ is a draft and appraisal of four variants of thermal insulation of the building. The thesis deals with the assessment of the current proposal for apartment building envelopes along with proposing alternative plans with emphasis on reducing heating costs. The first section describes the types of buildings according to heating demand and a list of different variants of thermal insulation materials. The second part is devoted to a specific apartment building in the Ústí nad Labem for which there are designed in four variants of insulation. The work includes thermal assessment in original condition and the assessment of new condition modified by adding thermal insulation. Through research will bedetermined price of implementation of proposed insulation options together with the costs of operation of the apartment building. In conclusion, the diploma thesis evaluates the payback period of insulation.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze customer´s satisfaction of cleaning company ČISTĚ CZ s.r.o. The theoretical part is focused to customer, marketing research and questionnaire as a tool for gathering information. The practical part is processed and analyzed the results obtained from the questionnaire, proposals to raise the level of customer satisfaction and quality of services provided.

The Bachelor thesis topic is a project of a detached house. The house is designed as two storey basementless wooden building with a pitched roof. The 6 bedrooms layout fulfills the design for 4-6 family members. The entrance to the house is from the southwest side. Entering the vestibul gets us to the hall where WC and bathroom, stairs, guest room, living room and kitchen with dinning room are accesible. Going upstairs we come to the second floor hall. One children room, closet and parents bedroom, kitchen and separate WC is easily accesible from here. Object includes garage for one car with separate entrance which is connected to the technical room.It is a wooden building of large-size panels NOVATOP.

The Effects of the UV Radiation on the Human Body

Work maps tailored health students from the harmful effects of UV radiation and traces their knowledge about the effects of UV radiation on the body. The cohort consisted of students and combined form of Health and Social Studies University of South Bohemia in Ceske Budejovice. The aim of this work is to identify students' knowledge of ZSF JU. The effects of UV radiation on the human body and mapping the extent of protection of health of students of the ZSF JU from the harmful effects of UV radiation. The theoretical part describes the general characteristics of UV radiation and its effects on the human body. Work is more geared to actual problems of skin tumors, mainly the issues already mentioned malignant melanoma, which is currently the worldwide especially among the white population serious health problem. In this work he received a lot of attention because among all tumors occupies an important place mainly due to the increase in the number of cases in recent years, due to the very difficult to estimate prognosis and often very rapid pace. The theoretical part deals with the issues of prevention and alone and prevention programs that are reticent part of health care , and that can detect the disease at a stage when it is still treatable. Has a special position then the international program of the World Health Organization WHO Intersun that assesses and quantifies health risks and develop appropriate responses by issuing various directives, recommendations and dissemination of information, while providing practical advice and information to government health and environmental issues in UV radiation. Practical work logic device monitoring students' knowledge about the positive and negative effects of UV radiation on the body, while also monitoring their attitudes toward tanning , protection from sunlight and behavior in case of suspicious skin changes.
