Electronic identification of persons in private law relationships Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the topic of electronic identification of persons in private law relationships. It defines all types of electronic identifiers, which can be used in private law relationships by both legal entities and so natural persons. This paper summarizes the young and not for long used legislations. This legislation is not often used in practice and for that reason it has the only commentary. The case law for this problematics is also lacking and that is why it could not be used as one of the sources, despite that it is in many cases one of the most used and valuable sources. This thesis analyses not only the legal aspects of the electronic identification, but also the technological aspects, which it tries to explain even to the readers, who can be absolutely untouched by the world of information technology. At the same time this diploma thesis provides instructions for potential users of instruments of electronic identification, who can be distrustful and insecure of its first time user experience. Process of Czech Audiovisual Legislation after 1989: Multiple Streams Framework Perspective

This diploma thesis deals with the process of creating an Audiovisual Act in the context of the transformation of audiovisual legislation in the Czech Republic after 1989. Although there was increasing pressure on change over time, as the original legislation did not reflect the epoch and was inadequate, this process lasted almost twenty years. The aim of the thesis is to understand the dynamics of the change in the process of creating audiovisual legislation, focusing on Act No. 496/2012 Coll. Next, identify the actors and factors that have had the greatest impact on policy change. To do so, this work uses and applies the theoretical framework of the Multiple Streams Framework, through which it sets the basic prerequisites for research. The methodological approach is a qualitative research and a research design of a single-case study. In terms of data collection, the text is based on six expert semi-structured interviews that form the base of primary research. Subsequent data are in the form of various documents, studies, press and annual reports, stenographies from the Chamber of Deputies, or, for example, the talk shows in which the process was discussed. Use of themes of cultural and natural attractions of Telc and its surroundings for support of interdisciplinary relationships in teaching in Primary school

This thesis is dealing with summary of findings about thematic instruction and using interdisciplinary relationships in teaching at Primary school. The starting point for the theoretical part is specialist literature about project and thematic instructions. The research section of the thesis is formed by methodological guide for teachers. In the methodological guide there are two complete teaching programs for 3rd year of Primary school. These programs use the themes of cultural and natural attractions of Telč and its surroundings for support of interdisciplinary relationships in teaching at Primary school. The part of the thesis contains an interview with a teacher, who checked the proposal in practise.
Small Liturgical Compositions of the 19th Century from the Ledenice Parish Church

The aim of this study is to describe and assess a set of church composition, which was played in the 19th century in the Church of Saint Lawrence of Rome in Ledenice. These are minor liturgical compositions belonging to the group of conservative cantor's music that still kept stylistic elements of the 18th-century music in the early 19th century. The lyrics are mostly Latin, binding to the major feasts of the church year. The parts were written for several children and adult singers, players of string and wind instruments and an organist. The study will be provided with an edition of selected composition.
Characterization of portland cement hydration products by thermal dilatometric analysis

The paper presents the results of thermal dilatometric analysis of cement pastes during the heating at high temperatures. Volume changes were observed in samples of cement paste at selected time intervals during the hydration. Based on the measured data the dTDAc urves course has been described and the results have been compared with the curves of differential thermal analysis. To characterize the microstructure of the cement paste during the considerable shrinkage at higher temperatures the images by scanning electron microscope have been acquired.
Use of funds from the EU founds and public budgets for the playground building and reconstruction in the South Bohemia Region

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the use of funds from EU funds and public budgets drawn on the construction and reconstruction of playgrounds in the South Bohemian Region in the period 2007-2013. Evaluate how effectively EU funds were used and what impact they had on the development of municipalities in the South Bohemian region. The project describes the realized projects aimed at the construction and reconstruction of playgrounds in the South Bohemian Region. A secondary analysis of the data of realized projects and a comparative analysis of the use of funds from EU funds and public budgets are carried out. The drawing of funds for the construction and reconstruction of children's playgrounds in the South Bohemian Region in 2007-13 with the strategic goals of the South Bohemian Region for 2007-2013 is evaluated. At the end of the thesis there are mentioned recommendations for more efficient use of funds for the construction and reconstruction of playgrounds in the South Bohemian Region in 2014-2020.
Czechoslovakian amateur animated motion picture

This thesis will try to map out the topic of animated film in unprofessional conditions on Czechoslovakian ground between the years 1935 and 1973, which has been completely neglected until now. The biggest focus is on the period 1967-1973, when the Czechoslovakian animated films gathered many awards in film competitions on both domestic and foreign ground. The chapters are chronologically arranged and present the historical-political and art- technological context with the aim of understanding the position and options in the era for amateur animation. This bachelor's thesis is focusing primarily on the milestones in the evolution of Czech animated amateur film, significant works and their authors. It also tracks the success of these films in domestic and foreign competitions. This work is methodologically in the field of new film history. The foundation for the research consists of reviewing archived resource materials, personal funds and press releases in particular. The sources are completed with some secondary literature.

Thesis title: Civil liability in sports This thesis deals the issue of civil liability of athletes for sports injuries which is the current topic. In connection with constantly growing commercialization, media promotion and internationalization of sport is necessary to move towards the legal regulation of sport and its various aspects, including civil liability. The thesis is composed of seven chapters which are divided into three parts. The first one focuses on the definition and description of sport, sports standards and rules and the relation between sport and law. The second part deals with the civil liability in general, ie. its prerequisites and legal consequences. The remaining and main part of the thesis focuses on the issue of civil liability of athletes for sports injuries caused during the sports activities. The attention is especially paid on contemporary Czech legal and extra-legal normative regulation, legal theories, theoretical approaches, judicature which has appeared in the area of civil liability of athletes for sports injuries and comparison with the legal regulations in the other countries. Government support of film industry in Czech Republic and its reflection on quality of Czech film made in the first decade of 21st century

The thesis presents system of state support of Czech film industry after 1989, it focuses on operation of The Czech State Fund for the Support and Development of Czech Cinematography ("Fund") in years 2005 - 2009. The aim of the thesis is to present complex information on what type of films (feature, documentary etc.) have been supported by Fund, whether and how is the amount of support related to commercial potential of the film, whether and how much the amount of support affects the viability of the film, whether is the portfolio of films supported in the year related to the amount of ňňFund's incomes or to composition of the Fund Board. For the use of the thesis there has been made a comprehensive summary of all projects supported by Fund. It contains information about producer, director, footage, year of premiere and type of the film. Part of the thesis is formed in comparing charts and summary tables. The thesis is based on primary sources as Annual Fund reports. Other more general chapters about forming legislative structure of Czech state cinematography support are based on relevant laws. Film Industry and the Federalization of Czechoslovakia

The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to explore and describe changes in Czechoslovak film industry resulting from federalization of Czechoslovakia, which was implemented by Constitutional Act no. 143/1968 Col. On Czechoslovak Federation, effective from 1st January 1969. In its first part the thesis deals with general political atmosphere of fault year 1968 and with particular steps, which had led to the federalization. The second and the most essential section explores the process of separation of film industry on federal principles. The author takes into account legal acts, which implemented this separation and economical side of the separation as well as proposed measures, which were not put into practice and also partial matters connected with federalization such as level of integration of film distribution and foreign affairs. The third part focuses on federal division of Union of Czechoslovak Film and Television Artists, which was however shortly after cancelled by the new political power that had risen after occupation in August 1968. The last section presents brief excursion into the situation and organization changes (not only) in cinematography at the outset of so-called normalization.
