Staff assessment process in the infant shools

The graduation closing work provides analyse of the actual state of Human Resource Management, focused to the workman efficiency evaluation procedure in the infant schools. The mentioned analyse offers full information about the forms and methods of assessment, applied by the school management, which of them are more commonly used and which criteria are the base point of their application. The document observes the variety of assessments between pedagogic and administrative staff and compares the applied evaluating procedures between single class schools and multi class schools. The document also figures out the adequate forms of rewards, which could be applied by school management for staff motivation and possibilities for benefits implementation in the educational system. This research were checked four hypotheses: 1. There isn't a difference between staff assessment of single class schools and multi class schools. 2. Most of the infant schools have formalized methods for staff evaluation. 3. The staff assessment is focused generally on the pedagogic part of the staff. 4. Most of the infant schools don't have ability for implementation any benefits as direct motivation of their staff. Means of usage this benefits haven't an effect on staff motivation.
Specific problems of imprisoned women

Some Penitentiary Specifics of Imprisoned Women (Specification of sentenced women) This dissertation work describes two groups of incarcerated women: first long-term imprisoned women, second-imprisoned mothers with their children. The criminal behaviour of women differs from the male criminality. The most often penal behaviour are thefts, pick pocketing, illegal exploitation of employees, misabeling of goods, evading corporate taxes, suborning and in the last time different sorts of violent crimes like robberies, homicides etc tends to increase. Special kind of imprisoned women are offenders of impostures and organized crime (prostitution, trade with children and drugs). We also have a higher prison population than many other European countries. Each of these groups of sentenced women needs special sort of treatment and sometimes therapy or medical care. There are two female prisons in the ČR - in Opava and Světlá nad Sázavou. In Opava prison there are women sentenced to all four kinds of security including middle and high security type of prison. There is also the unit for drug depend inmates and the inmates with personality disorder. The inter Controlling Systém mas one of the section Control in a non profitable Organization

The final study deals with the analysis of one part of Controlling - Internal Inspection - in the selected contributory educational organizations. Is based on general information regarding the subject stated in literature and on the analysis of actual situation in the cooperating non profit organisations. By targeted investigation carried out in specific school organizations I found out that all managers contacted by me were performing internal inspection. Mostly, though, they have been performing the inspection of the individual areas isolatedly without any systematic considerations. From my investigation it is obvious that managers (authorised representatives of the organizations or their deputies) who have completed some form of further education of pedagogical personnel focused on management are better oriented in the relevant issues. In my thesis, I suggest a systematic approach towards the internal inspection that takes into account mutual relations. It may be implemented in the conditions of all types of schools. This should bring higher efficientcy in the whole management system and easier competitiveness in the market of schools.
