Dramatization of Olbracht's novel the Bandit Nikolai Shuhai

The theme of the thesis named Dramatization of Olbracht's Nikola Šuhaj loupežník is focused on the secondary life of Olbracht's prose on Czech stages, in film and in other media as well. The interpretation begins with the recapitulation of circumstances of the creation and the initial reception of the novel and from its analysis related to the genre, language, style and composition, and proceeds with analyses of the individual dramatizations, created primarily by Peter Ulrich (LP Nikola Šuhaj loupežník, 1974; Nikola Šuhaj loupežník, Ateliér 1975; Koločava, Městské divadlo Brno 2011) or by Milan Uhde (Balada pro banditu, Divadlo na provázku 1975 and 2005; film 1978). Special attention is paid to the fact that the key dramatizations of Olbracht's Nikola Šuhaj loupežník worked with music and songs in their theatre adaptations and they used them as a means of expression that intensified the lyrical passages and allowed to transfer the poetics of the given literary model into a very impressive contemporary theatre form. Self-stylization in the Work of Ludvík Vaculík

Cílem této práce je interpretovat způsoby autostylizace v díle Ludvíka Vaculíka. Teoretická část se zabývá problémem: 1. stylizace a autostylizace, způsobu transformace životního materiálu v umělecké dílo; 2. autora, autorského subjektu a budování sebemýtu; 3. autenticity v literatuře a možnosti autenticity v deníkové literatuře. Na základě Vaculíkova literárního, ne publicistického, díla jsem se pokusila odhalit princip jeho autostylizace. Charakterizovala jsem postavu "Vaculíka" - autorského subjektu, postavy, která tematicky odkazuje k samotnému autorovi, jako jedinou postavu, kterou Ludvík Vaculík vystavěl pomocí svého díla, a tak i vystavěl svůj obraz (mýtus) v očích čtenáře. Snažila jsem se postihnout základní postoje a role, které jsou pro postavu "Vaculíka" typické. Tyto postoje a role se v různých obměnách vyskytují v celém jeho díle, a proto lze dobře zkoumat jejich shody, vývoj, změny i rozdíly. Mezi typické postoje jsem zařadila individualismus, subjektivismus, upřímnost, k typickým rolím patří kritik, moralista, pozorovatel, partner, milenec, manžel. Authenticity of Czech literature in the 1990's

V devadesátých letech dvacátého století se na stránkách literárních časopisů začalo diskutovat o autenticitě v souvislosti s masivním vydáváním tzv. autentické literatury, tedy dopisů, memoárů a především deníků. Literární kritici se zajímali nejenom o konkrétní deníkové texty, ale také o obecné teoretické přístupy k autentické literatuře. Autenticita však není literární pojem, má své počátky ve filozofii, konkrétně ve filozofii existencionalismu. Zajímalo nás, jakým způsobem přejímá literární věda autenticitu z původního filozofického hlediska na rovinu poetickou. Hlavní osobností, která užívala kritérium autenticity pro hodnocení literárního díla, byl Jan Lopatka. V naší práci představíme zásadní myšlenky jeho kritického přístupu k textu, neboť svou metodologií rozpoutal vlnu polemik, které se rovněž odrazily v diskusi o autenticitě v 90. letech. Proti kritickému přístupu Jana Lopatky se ohradilo mnoho literárních kritiků a vědců. V příspěvcích do literárních časopisů diskutovali o významu autora pro autentické dílo, o možnostech recipienta, o pravdivém záznamu reality v textu a především o postavení soudobé literární kritiky. Textual analysis of the plays by Ivan Vyskočil

Ivan Vyskočil (narozen 27. 4. 1929 v Praze) je osobnost, která se svou uměleckou činností zásadně podílela na konstituování české kulturní společnosti 20. století. Je nezbytné, abychom Vyskočilovy nejen umělecké aktivity sledovali v kontextu společenském a zároveň v kontextu jeho života. Ivan Vyskočil vyrůstal se svou rodinou na pražském Spořilově. Jeho sousedy byly například rodina Jiřího Suchého, Ctirada Pospíšila (Před koncem protektorátu se Ivan Vyskočil poprvé účastnil divadelního představení právě u Pospíšilů na balkoně.). Vyskočil navštěvoval chlapeckou školu u sester Voršilek ve Voršilské ulici společně například s Janem Tichým, budoucím výtvarníkem, či s Jiřím Pištorou, pozdějším básníkem. Brzká setkání s osobnostmi, které byly později též nedílnou součástí českého kulturního života, bylo důvodem profilace Vyskočila - umělce již v raném věku. První umělecké pokusy tedy můžeme sledovat už na Spořilově, hlavně po válce, po příchodu dvou františkánů P. Cyrila (Josef Kadlec), doktora církevního práva, aP. Inocence (František Kubíček). Pod jejich vedením byl upraven prostor pod kostelem na klubovnu a sál. Působilo zde asi dvacet lidí, mimojiné i otec Jiřího Suchého se svým loutkovým divadlem. After the disaster – the serialized pulp novel as a craft and an expression of internal dialogue. Morana or The world and its nothingness

The author analyses the prose work Morana čili Svět a jeho nicoty (Morana or The World and its Nothingness) which Karel Sabina published in 1874 under the pseudonym Arian Želinský, as an expression of his personal, philosophical and above all literary reaction to the “national court”, which unmasked him as a police agent and turned him into an excommunicated “traitor to the nation”. The objective here is to establish the manner in which Sabina reflected his private fall from grace in his literary testimony, working inter alia with the flood motif, which was inspired by the disastrous floods of May 1872, i.e. the way he reflected his internal discord in the external form of a conventional serialized pulp novel with an aristocratic setting, with mordant dialogue between various life truths.

The theme of this thesis is solving modernization of 3D measuring instrument. The modernization was necessary for implementation of new activities. Based on customer’s requirements, a new Incoming Inspection for the new projects was established. Another reason for modernization is development of new products. These new products require the most modernized measuring technology. There are presented 4 variants of solution.

Rationalisation of plant Kiekert CS

The theme of the bachelor thesis is solving increase in the enquiry in Kiekert CS, which is producing central latches- Basisschloss. There are propounded three possible solutions: the decrease of work difficulty in cricital workplaces, the implementation of weekend shifts and doubling of critical workplaces. The possibilities and the conditions are described in the sections three and four.

The image of villain in the "building" drama

This thesis focuses on the characters of villains in the genre of ?výrobní? drama
and drama of the village in years 1948 ? 1957. The content and form of a
?building? drama were firmly bond by strict standards that have been artificially
created so the drama could spread the ideology of communism and became a
tool of re-edcuation of the citizens of ČSR.
The topics of ?building? drama were closely tied to political campaigns, which led
to their transformation over time. It is interesting to follow this development. At
the same time there are plays containing the same topics, the same intensity of
the class conflict and the same type of the common enemy.
In addition to the distribution of the characters into thematically similar groups,
their description and their examples in drama, a majority of this thesis is devoted
to the history and description of drama genres of the time. This procedure
proved to be necessary to understand the development of characters and the
growing class conflict.
The bachelor thesis deals with the development of relatively short period of a
?building? drama, and it is through the characters of villains. It is somewhat of a
first step for a more detailed study of this poetics. The ?building? drama has
become almost forgotten form. It is understandable, given its schematism and
slant it wouldn't be now possible to stage it, perhaps only as a theater
experiment. As a reader with the knowledge of the historical development and,
above all, knowing the crimes committed by the Communist party, which during
the period studied reached their monstrous peak, I was not able to maintain the
required distance. I doubt that it would be possible to anyone during these days.
Still, I find exploring of this time and drama challenging, since only knowledge of
history can avoid repeating the same mistakes in the present.
