Quality of services at the hairdressing

The work focuses on service quality in hairdressing. It explains the basic theoretical concepts relating to this issue (quality, service, quality of service, quality management, methods and tools of quality management). In addition, evaluate the service provided and customer satisfaction in a small hairdressing. Evaluation of services provided is shown through the development and Ishikawa diagram. Customer satisfaction is evaluated according to data obtained from research.

Principal objective of my thesis is to create Report about review of the usability, adequacy and effectiveness of the system of the management of quality and environment in compliance with ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 and ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 for the year 2007. The thesis is divided in two parts which contain both theory and Report which rose from the concrete company. The result of my thesis should help to the company to regain the certificate about accomplishment of the requirement of the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 and ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005.

The critical points in the confectionery manufacturing

The aim of thesis is a system of critical points in food production, especially in the production of confectionery products. The system is based on the ability of manufacturers to establish the critical aspects of the production of safe food, allows to systematically identify hazards and assess the probability of its occurrence during production. Danger primarily as a substance in food, which could result in adverse health effects for consumers. And subsequently helps to improve the effectiveness of controls. This concept of control techniques is apparented from the national and European legislative requirements, which are listed in the first theoretical part of this thesis. They are designed to better acquaint themselves with the general requirements that are placed on food manufacturers. With the entry into the European Union is integrated European legislation, national legislation incorporated in European policy and legal requirements are taken into national legislation the second part introduces the principles and procedures of the system of critical points. Many manufacturing processes involve multi-process from producing raw materials for the finished product. Correct, complete, and introduced the study of critical points identified by the system and regulate the factors that directly affect the safety of products. Identification and monitoring of critical points is more cost effective than the method of quality assurance inspection and testing of finished product. Records and documentation are the perfect evidence that all measures have been taken and were given the duty of care to prevent problems. In the final section is a common procedure for a system of critical points compared with an established system for a particular product. The specific products will be demonstrated readiness and capacity of the undertaking to establish a system for all products or product groups, which will subsequently be evaluated. The purpose of thesis is carefully and thoroughly analyze the system by the critical points in the manufacture of confectionery, but prove that we are able to prepare for the strict legal conditions and the hard and fierce competition. This development does not stop or avoid it, have no other than to respond promptly to these developments and to adapt in order to produce the desired changes brought about by the success and to our food industry was at a level as we wish, but also as your own work and creativity deserve. Not in vain proverb holds that "Happiness wishes prepared.
Consumer protection in on-line shopping

The aim of this task is an assignment of seller duties according to legislation. These duties should be followed not only in a process of purchase, but even in an after-shopping phase. I also dealt with a carrying out of supervision and with an existence of consumer associations. A fulfillment of checklist was also a part of this task. The goal of this was revealing of the experience with e-shop purchases.

The quality assurance of the children footwear during production

The theme of this paper is "The quality assurance of the children footwear during production". The objective is the elevation of the difficulty and intensity of the production of the children footwear, but also to find the key for the customer - how to choose the right footwear for the child. Children foot is very sensitive and could be easily damaged during a very short period so having good shoes is really important. First, I will explain the footwear theory, then I will focuse on the czech legislation and finally what the czech producer can do so that the small customer would receive good quality shoes.
Consumer protection in tourism

My Bachelor's degree work deals with the consumer protection and basic terms relating to tourism. Futhermore it analyses contractual relationships between travel agencies and their customers, especially with the focus on their rights and obligations. The practical part of my workis focused on Andante Travel Agency and on the quality of the services they provide for their customers.
