Development of social behavior in preschool children using literary works

This thesis presents options how to acquaint preschool-aged children with etiquette by the work with a book. The theoretical part of this thesis defines the basic terms which are related to etiquette and are crucial to the topic of thesis. It deals with socialization, social and moral development of preschool-aged children. This part gains an insight into etiquette. It sums up the findings about children's literature and takes a deeper view on stories with educational content. There is also a closer view on information how to work with a book in nursery school by the methods of Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking and Three Phase Model of Learning. There were determined five partial goals in the practical part. First of all it was being found out if and in what way the nursery teachers work with children with a topic of the formal rules of correct or polite behaviour in society. To achieve this goal was made the questionnaire for nursery teachers. On the basis of the outcome of this questionnaire were evaluated five most common difficulties of children's etiquette in the nursery (relationships, observing the rules, table manners, manipulation with things and relationship with authorities). Classroom's climate in alternative and traditional school

The climate of the class in a conventional and in an alternative basic school is the main topic of this master thesis. The master thesis is divided into two parts, the first part is theoretical and the second one practical. It the theoretical part the main focus is dedicated to an explanation of the terms concerning the theme. The thesis deals with the methods of diagnostics in a class climate. The second part, the practical one, consists of the research held in the school classes of the conventional and alternative type. The research is considered to be a quantitative analysis and its research instrument is a questionnaire. The practical part is intended as a comparison between the climate in the both types of schools. The main goal of the master thesis is firstly to compare school climate in the alternative and conventional school. Secondly the master thesis should interpret the discovered information.
Asylum and refugees in light of the case law of the European Court of Human Rights

- Asylum and refugees in the light of the case law of the European Court of Human Rights The thesis deals with issues of asylum and refugees in the context of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the case law of the European Court of Human Rights. The purpose of the thesis is to show a tight relationship between refugee law and protection of human rights. The text is divided into seven chapters. In the introduction, the terms asylum and refugees are distinguished and a refugee is defined according to the crucial document of international refugee law, the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees. The definition of a refugee is outlined using inclusion, cessation and exclusion clauses. The next chapter is dedicated to the rule of non-refoulement stated in the Article 33 of the Refugee Convention, which prohibits states from expelling and deporting a refugee back to a country, where his life or freedom is threatened. The following part focuses on the European Convention on Human Rights and its surveillance done by the European Court of Human Rights. Tax aspects of lease, leasing and similar relations

The main objective of this Bachelor thesis is to describe the most important aspects of lease, leasing and similar relations. By similar relation is meant what is called in Czech "pacht".The opening chapter introduces lease, leasing and "pacht" from the perspective of private law. The second chapter contains detailed information on the mentioned aspects of income tax. The third chapter deals with the taxation of lease, leasing and "pacht" in connection with value added tax and road tax. The last chapter is focused on the comparision of selected tax aspects of Czech and Slovak legislation.
The quality assurance of the children footwear during production

The theme of this paper is "The quality assurance of the children footwear during production". The objective is the elevation of the difficulty and intensity of the production of the children footwear, but also to find the key for the customer - how to choose the right footwear for the child. Children foot is very sensitive and could be easily damaged during a very short period so having good shoes is really important. First, I will explain the footwear theory, then I will focuse on the czech legislation and finally what the czech producer can do so that the small customer would receive good quality shoes.
