Hejdusová, Kateřina ; Přibil, Jiří (advisor) ; Váchová, Lucie (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with current methods used by plagiarists for creating text documents. The thesis is mainly focused on documents in the Czech language. Therefore, there was chosen Czech software for the application part. There are defined several basic concepts in the introduction. These concepts are an important pillar for the understanding of the topic. The theoretical part is based on several currently used plagiarism methods. In addition to the definition of these types, there are also presented some examples of them. Further, there are presented current tools for detecting plagiarism. The thesis is focused on Czech and foreign detection solutions. The aim of the application part is to determine to what extent the software tool is able to detect plagiarism in text documents. For this purpose, the Czech system Theses.cz was used, in which were analysed several artificially created plagiarisms. In the conclusion, there are discussed results of verification of the effectiveness.
Software for visualizing data on a Microsoft platform compared to available open source products
Krsová, Kateřina ; Přibil, Jiří (advisor) ; Váchová, Lucie (referee)
My thesis deals with comparison with Business Intelligence software for data visualization for Microsoft platform to selected open source product. The aim of my thesis is to find visualization software that is suitable for small company and firm can handle visualization by itself. At first there is introduction to issues of Business Intelligence following description of visualization resources of Microsoft platform, specifically Excel, Power View, Power Map and Reporting. Subsequently open source software was chosen that is able to compete with visualization products of Microsoft platform specifically CDE Dashboard from Pentaho platform. There are compared chosen products via proposed scenario and evaluated standards. Finally there are evaluated suitability of individual software for data visualization.
Bayesian Approach in Managerial Decision Making
Mošna, Ondřej ; Bína, Vladislav (advisor) ; Váchová, Lucie (referee)
This diploma thesis is about Bayesian approach in managerial decision making process. The goal is not only to quantify the principals used by managers during decision making in real situations but also the application of Bayesian methods on given examples. The mentioned principals are the probability updates after gaining a new information. In thesis are also described the computer systems which work with Bayesian calculations and a chosen system is described in detail. In a practical part of this thesis is demonstrated the use of Bayesian principals in real decision making situations -- there is demonstrated the use of Bayesian games, Bayesian networks (both classic and dynamic) and risk decision making process.

Modeling and analysis of multi-level reward systems
Berit, Jaroslav ; Zelená, Veronika (advisor) ; Váchová, Lucie (referee)
This thesis is solving the issue of modeling and analysis of multi-level reward systems. The main goal is to design a solution that allows the development and testing of multi-level reward systems. The solution is based on the simulation of a dynamics reward system and the subsequent statistical analysis. The solution uses quantitative tools for simulation modeling and statistical analysis. The proposed solution eliminates the shortcomings of existing approaches, which are based strictly on methods of mathematical analysis. This invention makes possible the capture of not only the characteristics and functioning of the reward system, but also its stability and security. The output data are suitable for control and management decisions in firms that uses complex reward systems.
Making of Methodology Course Communication between Parents and Kindergarten
Bobková, Anežka ; Váchová, Lucie (advisor) ; Hajdíková, Taťána (referee)

The goal of thesis is to find a solution of a problem in organization Colour Group s. r. o. This problém consists in repeated loss of knowledge and apply the solution to specific business venture. The solution is in clearly defined procedures of implemented processes and installation an elements of a knowledge management. The main tool of this solution will leveraging existing ICT options. Outputs of this thesis mainly consist mapping and graphical representation of the processes involved and the design of a new proces The methodology used in this thesis is mainly based on the methodology of reengineering by T. Davenport and is complemented by additional indicators like: calculation of declarative knowledge, which used the workers, and that the organization will lose if the process of reengineering not happen.
