Utilization of regenerative resources after athletic performance in various kinds of sports

The thesis is focused on passive and active forms of regeneration of althletes. The first part summarizes the theoretical knowledge about the different forms of regeneration and its used for both sportsmen and non-sportsmen. There are also mentioned factors which influence sports performance and affect it negatively. At the end of the theoretical part there are 10 selected sports that will be used in the research. Practical (research part) compares the information obtained from professional athletes and athletes who devote themselves to recreation, with general recommendations on the use of regeneration. The work is primarily intended for athletes and their trainers to achieve better performance and results thanks to regeneration, but can also be a guide for wide (non-sporting) population.
Physical education at classic and waldorf primary school

This thesis deals with a comparison of physical education in a classical and Waldorf Elementary School. It is divided into a theoretical and practical section. The theoretical section describes the physical skills and abilities in the younger school period and development of the Czech education system, including the structure of the education system in the Czech Republic. Then there is a description of the concept of physical education in the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education and the concept of physical education in the School Education Programme of the Mýto Elementary School. The thesis then describes the Waldorf education system, the concept and objectives of Waldorf education, human developmental stages according to Rudolf Steiner, concept of physical education in Waldorf education and lastly describes the concept of physical education in the School Education System of the Dobromysl Elementary School. Sports training beach volleyball player in the annual training plan

The purpose of this bachelor thesis called "Sport training of a beach volleyball player within the framework of 1 year-long training plan" is to determine basic information about an individual performance preparation process and its parts, i.e. about physical and fitness preparation, technical, tactical, and psychological preparation. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical (research) part. The theoretical part is focused on description of particular activities of sport performance preparation that are commonly used in beach volleyball training. The second part of the thesis is dealing with results of a questionnaire and describes main differences in the preparation activities used among the beach volleyball community. The research results show that in the sport preparation most of the time (70 %) is dedicated to fitness (condition) training. Very important part of every training session is the development of physical abilities, mainly speed (33 %). Only 18 % of the players have visited a sport psychologist at least once in their lifetime and even only 27 % of these respondents have a regular cooperation with such psychologist. Changing of children body posture before entering elementary school

The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of the posture of pre-school children. The aim was to found out the posture of two age similar groups of pre-school children at the beginning and at the end of the final year before entering the primary school and to verify if there are some changes in posture at this time period. I used two tests to assess the posture, perspective method Klein, Thomas and Mayer in combination with the build evaluation according to Jaros and Lomicek. I was gaining the research data also by the observation method of common day running in two pre-school institutions and by the method of half-structured interview with class teachers ofthese institutions. Research file formed two age similar groups of pre-school children, specifically children from the last year of a kindergarden and children from preliminary classes. The result of the research is the finding out that in the last year, before entering the primary school, come about negative changes at posture of the pre-school children and that points to the fact that even pre-school age is high risk from posture point of view. State of equipment of a pre-school facility garden in relation to the motional activites and needs of children

The thesis is structured into the theoretical part, which deals with the needs of children in relation to the pre - school facility garden. Large part is aimed to movement and play. Thesis also deals with natural gardens and a list of natural game elements. The practical part describes in detail the current state and equipment of the school garden belonging to the faculty pre - school facility called Sluníčko pod střechou which is connected to Faculty of Education of Charles University. The analysis of the conditions of this garden is based on research methods of direct observation, questionnaire survey with teachers, and then method of interview with the school head. Furthermore, this part of the thesis is also devoted to research aimed at finding out what children's ideas about the equipment of this garden are. The research was based on the work of children with a pre - prepared research tool. Research has shown that the teachers are happy with the current look of the garden. They would only add to it some small gaming elements. Children like elements that are part of the current garden design. They prefer them to the new modern ones.
