Network marketing as an opportunity

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to explain the concept of network marketing and its usage in the current business. The first part is focused od determination of the theoretical base of the issue, developement of the branch of network marketing and its illegal forms. Second part analyses the usage of network marketing in the current business and at the same time represents the biggest companies of direct sale in the world. The practical part is an aplication of the theoretical base to the FM GROUP company and there is also space devoted to suggestions to improve the opperations and the product distribution of the company.
The marketing strategy of the chateau in Slavkov u Brna

The goal of graduation thesis is to describe current state of marketing mix in the chateau in Slavkov u Brna and to propose a new possibilities. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first theoretical chapter has free parts: The genaral marketing strategy, The destination of tourism and The specification in tourism. The main goal of the first chapter is to describe differences in tourism. The second chapter (The aplication of theory to the concrete destination) is concentrated on chateau in Slavkov u Brna and South Moravian. The main topics are Characteristics of specific area, The situation analysis, The formulation of vision and goals in destination marketing, The selection of strategy and Marketing mix.
Direct selling as an oppurtunity

The goal of the thesis is to explain how does direct selling work, to focus on its future potential and to evaluate the oppurtunity offered to the distributors. The first chapter focuses on the history of direct selling. The second chapter discusses the ethics of direct selling and Czech Direct Selling Association, which oversees keeping to the ethic code. The third chapter compares the network marketing used in direct selling and illegal pyramid schemes. The fourth chapter describes the business opportunity offered by the company Amway Czech Republic.
Ambiente - Assessment of the shopping atmosphere in franchise

This bachelor thesis focuses on the shopping atmosphere in two units of franchising Ambiente chain: Restaurante Brasileiro in Slovanský dům and the one on the street U radnice. In this work, I investigate the effect of franchising on the shopping atmosphere in these units. The theoretical part defines the concept of shopping atmosphere, its evaluation criteria and methods used to evaluate and define the term of franchising. In the practical part, the units are compared and it contains a recommendation how to improve the shopping atmosphere and, moreover, it deals with the impact of franchising in these units.

Research on consumer buying behavior and retail availability in Karlovy Vary

The thesis analyzes buying behavior of consumers and retail availability in Karlovy Vary. It describes the network of retail stores, which focus on groceries. The analysis is based on questionnaires which were concerned with a structure of buyers, frequency of visitation and aspects influencing selection of the favorite shops. The final part consists of a summary of questionnaire outcomes and a comparison with nationwide trends of consumer buying behavior.
Franchising as a method of entering the market

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse options of financing franchising in the Czech Republic. The first part is focused on franchising in global perspective. Then the actual situation in the czech franchising market is evaluated. The main part is devoted to the particular ways of financing franchising and afterwards the methods are implemented to the czech franchise business Český grunt.
Analysis of the issue of entry of foreign companies in the Saudi market

This thesis analyzes religious, social and cultural norms, describes economic and trade negotiations specifics of Saudi Arabia and provides advices in connection with business opportunities for potential business partners. In first part of the thesis I focus on general information about Saudi Arabia (geography, population, religion, education systém, role of media) and on constitutional origins, constitution, criminal proceedings and criminality in the Kingdom. In the second part I look at Saudi Arabia from an economic point of view and describe basic macroeconomical indicators, situation in various sectors of the Saudi economy, development of the Saudi state budget and national debts. I also analyze position of the country in international trade and its economic cooperation with the Czech Republic. The third part is devoted to the cultural specifics of Saudi Arabia, such as position of women in society, sexual segregation, way of dress, lifestyle or the Saudi approach to work. In the fourth part, I turned attention to the pitfalls of business negotiation with Saudi partners, focusing on the issue of donation etiquette, greetings and inappropriate conversational topics. The last part is devoted to the results of my research, which outline Saudi preferences for commercial negotiation, shopping or the best method of communication.
Internal Communication in the Chosen Company

The aim of this thesis is to analyse internal communication in the company DCom spol. s r.o. In the first part there is the descritpion of the DCom company. The second part is theorethical base - there is a characterization of communication, internal communication, its aims, channels and the consequences of internal communication errors. In the last part there is described the analysis of the internal communication in the DCom company and its results.

The first part is focused on the history of franchising, advantages and disadvantages connected with this kind of enterprise, franchise treaty and the development of franchising in the Czech Republic. The practical part describes two fitness franchise chains, the companies Expreska and Contours.
