Bachelor thesis familiarizes with possibilities of a healthy and preventive exercises in kindergartens. In the theoretic part are summarized all important topics relating to a medical and physical education in kindergarten. The practical part is addressing the fulfilling of a training project in surroundings of kindergarten and testing of the children before and after training project. The training project contains 7 particular elements of a medically preventive character.

Association between body composition and motor performance in pre-school children

The aim of this thesis is to prove a connection between body composition and motor performance in preschool children. The results of a motor performance analysis applied to calendar age only showed a statistically significant difference in some of the tests. Latent obese, overweight and obese children did not score demonstrably worse test results than their normosthenic peers. It is known, that body fat can speed up the process of the biological development of the organism, and therefore alter the height age. That raises a question, whether children, whose fat tissue is increased, could have their height age accelerated in comparison to their calendar age. After the motor tests results were adjusted to height age, they showed more practical significant differences in motor performance among the different groups. The results of children with increased fat tissue showed that after the adjustment to height age was made the children's motor performance got worse than what their motor performance was prior to the adjustment. Differences between boys and girls in physical activities at preschool age

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN BOYS AND GIRLS IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AT PRESCHOOL AGE Abstract This thesis deals with the gender analysis of physical activity of boys and girls at preschool age who are attending kindergarten in Prague 4. The aim is to explore whether the physical activity of boys and girls can be load by gender in preschool age. For collection of the data has been used a questionnaire survey. This thesis in the theoretical level deals with the issues of gender, movement and motor activity with focus to the preschool age and preschool education in the Czech Republic. In the practical part it looks into relationship of preschool children towards to physical activity and compares them by gender, it also examines whether the views of parents are loaded by gender stereotypes and verifies the family influence on the movement of children. Posture of pre-school children in relation to kindergarten terms

One of the frequent manifestations of the present day is an increasing number of civilization diseases, mainly defects of locomotive organs. Today's way of life conditioned by technical development and changed by living conditions gradually brings less and less incentives, which force human to versatile motional activity. Serious is the fact, that the defective posture and deformity of the spine have been already appearing at three-year-old children. These defects intesifyed and fixed during the pre-school period. The school attendance with prevailing sedentary activities can't set these defects right, on the contrary they get worse there.
