Document Archiving System
Grochol, David ; Přibyl, Bronislav (referee) ; Ševcovic, Jiří (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to create a system for conversion of paper archives into digital form, creating new archives and management of these archives. Application allows to collect image data using external device and storing it into the database. Another important feature is working in online and offline mode. Application is implemented in C# programming language. After start it cooperates with MySQL server and it uses third party application for sharing data.
Vegetation Detection in Images
Černá, Tereza ; Herout, Adam (referee) ; Přibyl, Bronislav (advisor)
This project focuses on detection of vegetation in digital image and describes approaches to detect vegetation. Created aplication uses grass detection method in video in real time. There is a new mean of evaluation of the method proposed in this project, using commonly used pixel by pixel detection and also a new detection approach, segment detection. Functionality of the application is checked by set of test images. The thesis is concluded by comparing results of those two approaches. Success of correctly detected vegetation ranges up to 86.32 %.
Fire Detection in Images and Video
Poledník, Tomáš ; Juránková, Markéta (referee) ; Přibyl, Bronislav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with fire detection in image and video. Attention is paid to the existing methods and known approaches to fire detection. Based on the analysis of the described methods, a fire detector, monitoring the attributes of its colour and motion, is designed, implemented and tested. The implemented detector achieves true positive detection rate of up to 90%.
Tracking Judge Including Gestures in Agility
Palata, Petr ; Přibyl, Bronislav (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This thesis focuses on tracking an Agility judge including his gestures. The beginning is dedicated to a brief introduction into Agility. After that, a conceptual system is presented and its parts are then described in the individual chapters. The thesis evaluates availa- ble open-source human trackers and integrates them into the system. Posture and hand recognition are done using two SVM classifiers trained with Bag of Words descriptors.
Depth Map from a Pair of Images
Raab, Filip ; Španěl, Michal (referee) ; Přibyl, Bronislav (advisor)
This thesis describes the process of creating a depth map. It is based on creating disparity map. In theoretical chapters are described basic methods creating disparity map and its relationship to depth map. Here is made decision about choice implemented method, which is in detail described. In practical chapters is description of process creating followed by testing of results. At the end is summary all facts about implemented method, implementation and possible continuation of project.
Content Based Photo Search
Bařinka, Radek ; Přibyl, Bronislav (referee) ; Španěl, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with the problematics of searching of photographs by the content and existing applications dealing with this subject. The aim is the local working application for searching of photographs by the content given by a pattern. The solution consists of the simple graphical interface, the support of saving data and the reading of data from the transferable local database. The application searches the photographs of a given set that are similar to the given pattern. The results are visually depicted to the user. Feature extraction and detection by photo content is solved by means SURF algorithm, visual vocabulary created by method k-means and a description of photography as a bag of words. In addition, the searching of photographs by cosine similarity of vectors enriched with the independent calculation of homography and the selection of regions searched in an example photography. At the end of the technical report the results of testing are presented.
FIT Inner Stereopanorama
Štechr, Vladislav ; Přibyl, Bronislav (referee) ; Juránková, Markéta (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is about combination of stereoscopic and panoramic photography. It describes creation of panoramas especially by stitching a set of images. Principles of depth perception and possibilities of stereoscopic images projection are discussed. This thesis includes software for presentation stereopanoramic pictures of Faculty of Information Technology interiors on the Internet and its description.
Microcomputer in Ultramicro Aircraft/Helicopter
Široký, Adam ; Přibyl, Bronislav (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis deals with the development of embedded system for ultra light airplanes and helicopters. The aim is to suggest, make and test the system with help of which it would be possible to take notes of a flight data set. The set is formed by GPS coordinates, altitude, speed and leans in both axes. The base of the system is created on microcontroller of the MSP430 family by Texas Instruments. A reader will be offered the used hardware, the system suggestion, its realization, the way of function verification and the possibility of using of the suggested system.
Real-Time Displaying Quality Maps of Silicon Wafers
Mareček, Matěj ; Přibyl, Bronislav (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to design and implement a software system that can collect real-time data from measurements of silicon wafers. There could be tens or hundreds data sources of measurements and data from these measurements can be rendered (also in real time). This work contains a description of the process of manufacturing and testing of integrated circuits. Subsequently, there is description of system architecture design, interior architecture of real-time server and GUI of client application. In the last section, there is shown how rendering of silicon wafers was implemented on platform JavaFX 2.2 and also implementation of hybrid multi-threading server architecture.
Estimation of Object Parameters from Images
Přibyl, Bronislav ; Hradiš, Michal (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
Rapid expansion of communication technologies in last decade caused increased volume of information which is beeing generated and shared by people and organisations. It is permanently harder to identify relevant content today because of absence of tools and techniques which may support mass information management. As today's media have rather multimedial character image information is even more important. This project describes software for automatic estimation of predefined object parameters from images. A C++ implementation of this algorithm is also described.
