V. ABSTRACT/ ENGLISH SUMMARY The objects of this dissertation thesis are restitutions of property of former noble families in the Czech Republic after the year 1989. It concerns very controversial theme; this statements is even more valid if we speak about disputable restitutions of property. The issue is only rarely viewed from complex and impartial angle; this fact is caused i.a. by great complicacy of the factual and legal substance. Even the availability of historical documents is problematic, too. The public is frequently not aware of or has even no idea on certain key facts of individual cases, as a result of which usually only certain matters are perceived; this subjective perception is strengthened by individuals, who are from various reasons interested in ending the controversies concerning restitution of property of former noble families in favor of these former owners; these individuals use during their activities different instruments, which are described in detail in this dissertation thesis. In their efforts, the media are frequently their important backers, who not from interest, but due to unfamiliarity or ignorance, stress in some cases only the facts in favor of the former owners of property, which ends in deformed view of public on some very disputable cases. This dissertation thesis is...

Impedimetric contactless detection of compounds in gas phase
Pavlíček, Václav ; Opekar, František (advisor) ; Štulík, Karel (referee)
Simple and sensitive detector based on contactless impedance detection has been tested. The detection cell consists of two insulated wire electrodes placed in a PTFE tube through which the test vapour phase flows. It has been found that the detector is sufficiently sensitive and reliable for determinations of common concentrations of water vapour in the air. Qualitative tests indicate that the vapour of organic solvents can also be monitored. This is the first application of contactless impedance detection of compounds in the gaseous phase based on a new instrumental approach to impedance detection. Keywords: Impedance detection, Contactless impedance detector, Vapour phase, Relative humidity, Organic solvent vapour

Guluškinová, Cecílie ; Pavlíček, Václav (advisor) ; Hřebejk, Jiří (referee)
The constitutional presidantial decree no. 33/1945 Coll. and its meaning in the Czech republic law system. My interest in this topic woke up many media cases involved aristrocracy and major capital owners, who during the 2nd World War changed of the nationality and signed up for Germans, moreover participated in breaking down of Czechoslovakia. The aim of this thesis was trying to understand this period issue, with respect to historical and actual jurisprudence. These presidential decrees has always represented a symbol of national pride and glory for me, however, the major part of community associated them solely with deportation German minorities from Czechoslovakia. The reason for pride is the highest moral and professional standard of the political representation, who was able to create and establish oneself as government recognized as representative of Czech nation by most other states. This government, working in exile (contemporary in Englang), was headed by the president, Edvard Beneš, well known and respected by the whole world. This political compilation prepared conditions of post-war situation and reconstruction in Czechoslovakia in many fields. It should be higlighted, that the transfer of German and Hungarian minorities was not only problem of Czechoslovakia, but it had been done as a...
