Corporate education in the sphere of communicability and cooperation (project of research - the primary theoretical bases)

This undergraduate thesis covers proposal for research of corporate education of employees in the communication and cooperation areas. It presents basic theories for quantitative research in the given area. First, fundamental terms, such as corporate education, key qualifications, communication and cooperation are defined. The research proposition is defined as a relationship between corporate education, the size of the company and other corporal parameters. The hypothesis of the work assumes that bigger companies put more emphasis on educating their employees in specified areas, into which they invest more heavily. They also provide more intense education than companies of smaller size. It is also expected that more detailed evaluation of education results means that a company will be willing to make larger investment into further education. This proposal proposes a way of choosing sample companies. A technique for data gathering and questionnaire is also suggested. It includes selected criteria, questions and categories. The data analysis procedure is outlined as well. Conclusion summarizes results the author arrived at and includes recommendations for possible implementation of the proposed research.
The impact of scientific management on management theory and practice in interwar Czechoslovakia

This bachelor thesis deals with management theory and practice in interwar Czechoslovakia and its connection to American Scientific Management. The aim is to provide a comprehensive view of the various aspects and critically point out successes and failures based on the study of historical documents. The topic is put into historical context and introduces the initial economic situation. Both representatives of theory (Stanislav Špaček, Václav Verunáč) and practice (Franz Hummelberger, Karel Loevenstein, Tomáš Baťa) in the field are presented. The work describes the formation and the purpose of the Masaryk Academy of Work and the organization of the First International Congress of Scientific Management in Prague. Research of teachers opinions on teachers professional development

The work is focused on the relation of teachers to further their education in conjunction with the current proposal career system. Based on information from the scientific literature, in the work is shown the list of developments further education of teachers in the Czech Republic after 1990, and from secondary sources is defined by its current state. Work also continues to address the career system for teachers, with an emphasis on the text of the selected proposals, including the current one. Through the results of an empirical investigation that was conducted on selected two primary and two secondary schools, are then presented to the views of teachers in these schools watched topics. The dates that were analyzed from empirical investigations are also in conclusion, compared with the theoretical assumptions that are listed in this work. The Role of Educator in Freire's Work

This thesis focuses on defining the role of educators in the work of Paulo Freire. The work examines Freire idea that education can not be a one-sided transfer of knowledge, but it must be an act of consciousness and the ability to take control over their own lives. It also focuses on explaining Freire literacy methods, trying to interpret the ideas of the book Pedagogy of the oppressed and Freire developed an original method of dialogue. The author's approach is compared with selected views of Western thinkers that express the purpose of education (eg. critical theory of society and pragmatism). The work is accompanied by a list of institutes that develop the work of Freire.
