Historical and geographical case studies on the development of the area and sites with road Prague - Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav

- The goal of this study is to have a look on the historic path as an important factor, which supports socioeconomic nature of certain activities at different times in the neighborhood, and see how these activities modify or chase in terms of contemporary circumstances and local geography. Thus, how this path affected areas near the surrounding landscape, which brings together over two sites in the pre-industrial period, during the industrial revolution and also at the time of transformation - the present time. In each of the three chapters, an attention devoted within a defined period of specific activity. In pre-industrial period, special attention was devoted to the contemporary conditions and capabilities of inns and wholesalers of agricultural output. For the period of the industrial revolution a location of the food industry was anticipated and in the chapter of the present time the aim was to bring urban sprawl in terms of monitored communities. During the task all available information obtained from the cited sources and interviews to create a comprehensive picture of the phenomenon observed in a given period and formulate a conclusion on the proposed hypothesis were compared. Sports Recreation in the Czech Republic (case study Praha)

Sports Recreation in the Czech Republic (case study Praha) Main target of the following dissertation is to zoom into the problem of sports- recreational centers and sports recreation in the Czech Republic. Another aim is an attempt to map and characterize contemporary state of sports recreation potential in individual regions. In the first part, the dissertation focuses on historical evolution of tourist trade and recreation. Further on, based on erudite literature used, defines basic notions from the sports tourist trade area. Second part is dedicated to individual possibilities of sports-recreational activities in the Czech Republic and to the interest of Czech residents in spending their free time by engaging in sports. The interest is supported by results of field research (Czech variant of international research ISSP 2007 and own survey research). In the end of the dissertation an increasing interest of Czech residents in sports recreation is confirmed and also an effort of conductors and owners of the facilities (SRC) to enrich and improve the quality of the offered services is validated. This dissertation shows also some new facts and offers an insight into many more topics that deserve further studies in the future.
Impact of railway on regional development of Lower Sázava region (with emphasis on commuting to work)

Vliv železnice na rozvoj Posázaví s důrazem na změny vyjížďky do zaměstnání Abstact These theses are written about public transport and regional development, about influences of transport infrastructure on regional and local developments, to be specific about influence of local railway. Main aim of this work is to evaluate changes in commuting to work between the years 1991 and 2001 in area of Posázaví. This area has a local railway route between Vrané nad Vltavou - Světlá nad Sázavou. First part of my work is dedicated to few chosen examples; how railway influenced and is still influencing development of regions. Influence of railway on the size of villages, localization and development of industries, changes in exploitation of terrain and also in what extend is railway used in present time. Second part is dedicated to more detailed analysis of changes in travelling into employment between the years 1991 and 2001, which means: amounts of commuters, changes in direction of travel, intensity of travel and usage of public transport into employment. Last chapter is a final summary and final conclusion of this work; including opportunities for mentioned local railway. 9
Changes in Strategic Cultures of Ireland and Sweden in the Context of the European Security and Defence Policy-Activism and its Limits

The diploma thesis "Changes in Irish and Swedish Strategic Cultures in the Context of ESDP" deals with Ireland's and Sweden's involvement in the military dimension of the European Security and Defence Policy (ESDP) focusing on observable changes in national strategic cultures of the states mentioned. The primary aim of the thesis is to find out whether Ireland and Sweden, specific for their long history of neutrality and low level of activism in the use of force, has become more active in pursuit of their security and defence policies. Moreover, findings of this instrumental case study, which uses the method of the least probable case, are supposed to verify a general thesis formulated by Christoph O. Meyer that strategic cultures of states participating in the ESDP are heading towards greater activism. Applying the conceptual framework proposed by Meyer, the thesis analyses modifications in strategic norms representing the most persistent components of each national strategic culture. The norms explored include preferred mode of security and defence cooperation, acceptable goals for the use of force and requirements for domestic and international authorization. This bachelor thesis deals with the inovation of an e-commerce solution of the company STAVEBNÍ CENTRUM Group s.r.o., which deals in the sales and rentals of construction machines and products. Firstly this thesis introduces the theory behind e-commerce in general, secondly it analyzes the current e-commerce solution in the context of the whole company and lastly it describes the implementation of a new version of the e-commerce solution.

It analyzes a structure of aplicants for a job according to different categories and suggests possible solutions to reduction of unemployment and to improve of situation on the labour market.

This Master’s thesis deals with creativity and motivation of employees in organization. In theoretical part are explained basic terms as creativity, innovation and organisational culture. In practical part is introduced the company and is accomplished questionnaire investigation for acquirement of important entries to creation of suggestions to increase of productivity. These suggestions are presented in the final part of the thesis.

This thesis focuses on youth unemployment. Youth belongs to disadvantaged groups in the labour market, so they are given special attention. The thesis aims on identification of youth unemployment. It uses a questionnaire survey among young unemployed and recruiters. The outcome will be recommendations to improve the labour market situation.
Analysis of employee benefits in company

The main subject of Bachelor's Thesis called "Analysis of employee benefits in company" is to analyze system of employee benefits used in company Saint-Gobain Construction Products a.s. The theoretical part focuses on the meaning of employee benefits, their categorization, terms of tax legislation a trends. In the practical section of the work, the current state of employee benefits in the firm is discussed and reviewed. A survey was conducted to investigate the satisfaction of employees toward employee benefits within the organization. The survey showed that 89 % of respondents are satisfied with current system of employee benefits and the most valuable benefit is the extra week of holiday. Evaluation of this research is completed by suggestions of recognized defects.
