The objective of my master's thesis is comparison of selected methods of valuation of building land-type real estate in the locality of Třinec and its surroundings. My thesis is focused on properties, built up with houses on each of the lots , on which the construction of a house is planned. Both groups of these properties have been estimated by the methods and historical prices have been compared and analyzed.The integral part of the master's thesis is the evaluation of the individual methods of estimation,according to the pre-determined criteria.

This Master´s thesis is engaged in the property valuation in Italy. In particular, summarizes the most common method of market valuation property type apartment. There are explained basic valuation methods and thein use in actual practice. The Master´s thesis also described the current situation of the Italian property market. This Master´s thesis also offers the possibility of using some of the knowledges of the property valuation in Italy for the property valuation in the Czech Republic. The main target of the Master´s thesis is the description of methods and procedures for property valuation used in Italy. Mentioned knowledges are applied on the current apartment valuation at the end of this Master´s thesis.
Development of the Construction of Residential Properties at the Brno - Stránice Locality

This thesis describes the construction development of residential real estate in the area of Brno - Stranice. It considers not only the description of the location and its history but also it describes the development of construction of the residential real estate in individual periods of time when the main attention is given to the period of the First Republic, in which the greatest construction development took place. Furthermore, this work describes the significant architectonic building works as well as the current construction and development of this location in the future. The main purpose of this thesis is to summarize the progress of the residential real estate construction in the location of Brno – Stranice since the beginning of the construction in the nineties of 19th century till present, when the construction is almost completed.

The thesis defines the basic concepts and methods of valuation, it describes the situation in the real estate market in the Czech Republic, especially in the area Šlapanice and surroundings. The central part is the valuation of the ten plots, comparison of selected methods of valuation and thein subsequent evaluation.

This dissertation thesis focuses at the beginning on the basic terms in real estate appraisement, a history of chosen locality and an explanation of basic costing methods there were consequently used in a practical part of the thesis. The practical part consists of description and appraial of five recreational real estates and aims to compare chosen methods of costings that are suitable for given type of real estates. A final of the thesis summarizes the ascertained prices and deals with statictical evaluation with focus on choosing the most suitable method for garden cottage colony in Vranov dam locality.

Diploma Thesis "Comparison of selected methods of valutation of a family house - type estates in Litomyšl and it's surroundings" describes the way of assesing, compares these methods and recognises the difference between them. The practical part is especially focused on assesing of choosen family houses by the cost approach, comparative public notice, comparative non-promulgation, standard price and price at present time. At the end of diploma thesis there is provided how much the aspect of job opportunities influences the price of family houses, which was counted by the comparison method.

The thesis compares selected methods of valuation that are suitable for building lands. It is focused on settings of the market price of lands and the prices of lands based on pricing rules in the locality Blížkovice and its surroundings. Ten built-up lands in this locality were chosen. Lands were valued based on a pricing rules, Naegeli method class of lokality and index comparative method. and the rate of differences between the results of individual evaluations was evaluated.

The Master's thesis is engaged in analyse of methods of pricing and comparison of each other. This work is compiled from historical evolution of prising immovables, over adjustment prising in international prising standards, over defination elementary conceptions to analysis selected ways of prising of houses. The Master's thesis analyses process of prising methods and analyses sources which we need to compile a ways of prising. These are most important things to know, when we want to compare ways of prising. There are ten houses in this work from Kroměříž and surroundings. The main target of master's thesis is to ratify and to explain that location of houses and their surroundings are the most importatnt. These two points of view influenced price and salableing of houses. There is a comparison of ways of prising houses at the end of work

My diploma paper is focused on description of the ways of assessing, which are used in practice. The diploma paper should also make a comparison between those assessing methods and recognise the difference between them. Next aim of my diploma paper is to shortly mention the questions of International valuation norms (standards), but only those parts, which are related with assessing of real property. Practical part of my diploma paper is especially focused on assessing of family houses by chosen assessing methods, which are: cost approach, comparison method (nenašla jsem), standard price and price at present time. Whose resultant values will be compared. Partial task is recognition how the aspect of job opportunity is influencing the price of family house, which was counted by comparison method.
