Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou oceňování nemovitostí, a to konkrétně stavebních pozemků. Práce definuje základní pojmy a metody ocenění, rozebírá situaci na trhu s nemovitostmi v České republice, zejména pak v lokalitě Šlapanice a okolí. Stěžejní částí je samotné ocenění deseti pozemků, porovnání vybraných způsobů ocenění a jejich následné vyhodnocení. This thesis describes main problems in the valuation of building land. The thesis defines the basic concepts and methods of valuation, it describes the situation in the real estate market in the Czech Republic, especially in the area Šlapanice and surroundings. The central part is the valuation of the ten plots, comparison of selected methods of valuation and thein subsequent evaluation.
