Cílem diplomové práce je provedení finanční analýzy podniku Rodinný pivovar Bernard a.s., ohodnocení jeho finančního zdraví a na základě získaných informací formulace doporučení pro správné řízení společnosti. Vývoj hospodaření podniku v období 2000 až 2006 je hodnocen pomocí absolutních, rozdílových, a poměrových ukazatelů. Komplexní zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku bylo provedeno pomocí pyramidové soustavy ukazatelů a výpočtem bankrotních a bonitních modelů. Finanční analýza byla provedena z pohledu externího uživatele a to na základě výlučně veřejně dostupných informací.

This thesis contains the business plan of the reconstruction of a weekend house to an apartment house. The theoretical part contains the needed resources for the correct design of a business plan, including both its shape and content. Those principles are applied to the project in the practical part. A part of the work is the financial analysis of this investment through the methods of the Net Present Value, the Internal Rate of Return and the Payback Period.

The goal of this work is to find the conditions and responsibilities important for start and expansion business in the Czech Republic, especially to get and organize business plan merge including its feasibility. I think about retail with gold and silver jewelry, ground glasses, watches and porcelain. This business activity falls under buying and selling goods and services. To achieve goals of this work I'll seperate it on two parts - theoretical and practical. In first part I'll putt my mind generally on the characteristics of business and business plan. Also I'll write something about choosing of corporate form, options how to finance the business plan, about organisation providing various services to the other firms and also something about gold history and Assay office. In practical part I'll focus on doing concrete business plan. I'll analyze market environment to found new potencial clients, their needs and buying decision, potencial risks, competition, their weaknesses and threats, and try to using it against them.

Analyzuje zdroje a schopnosti podniku, popisuje současný výrobní program a postavení podniku na trhu. Dále práce obsahuje syntézu všech informací a z ní plynoucí výčet příležitostí a hrozeb. Cílem práce je nástin optimální budoucí strategie.
