Deastination Management : Case Study the Luhačovské Zálesí region

The diploma paper concentrated on organization tourism so-called destination management. In the theory framed is captured all significant principles on which are based destination management and also activities and duties which include destination company. And another aspects are included which deal with organization tourism as principles divided into smaller nature unita. The case study deals with working destination management on level region Luhačovské Zálesí. Yet other attractions on tourism are researched which could spread dominant focus on balneology. Attention is concentrated on two unused potential areas which are presented in locality of dam near Luhačovice and rural municipality this region, where are preserved objects captured culture and history heritage. Newly Established Recreational Localities in the Context of the Settlement Structure and Landscape Protection in Czechia

The objective of the diploma thesis is to capture the phenomenon of internationalization of second housing in Czechia using the example of Dutch investment in tourism and recreation with a focus on new recreational localities and their impacts on the destinations. The development of this phenomenon has occurred in Czechia since 1990s in the context of the changing geopolitical and geo-economic situation. An important role plays also the offer on real estate market and environmentally attractive localities in the country. Recreational localities owned and used mainly by foreign (Dutch) clients for individual recreation and commercial purposes are established in areas with high tourist-recreational potential. They become an integral part of the physical and social environment and their specific features change its structure and links. Their benefits and risks depend on the nature of recreational localities projects and the target destinations as well. Transformation of Second Homes in The Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area

The main content of this Thesis is the second home as a part of tourism and recreation - very popular form for leisure time. The aim of the Diploma Thesis is to monitor changes in the second home in a protected landscape area Kokořínsko. The comparison of the second home in Sudetenland and in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia is emphasised. Although this district did not belong to the important areas of the second home from the very beginning, after the Second World War Kokořínsko became more developed, mainly in the terms of cottage building. The Thesis is divided into several parts. Individual parts are important for understanding the second home in this district. The Thesis deals with a brief history of the second home in Kokořínsko and characterises the Sudetenland with the whole area from the point of view of development and localization. Concerning research methods, the Thesis uses mainly a field research method, a questionnaire survey and a statistic data research. International Study Exchange Programme as a Form of Student Mobility

International Study Exchange Programmes as a Form of Student Mobility Abstract Czech students have been only little surveyed as a mobile population so far, despite the increasing importance of student mobility in the contemporary globalised world. This thesis examines student mobility on the example of Czech students from geographical departments of Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Science, who joined the Erasmus exchange programme as a part of their studies in the past five years (2005-2010). This study aims to analyze the directions and intensity of Erasmus student flows and motivation of students to take part in the student exchange programme. One of the main goals is also to measure the influence of the Erasmus study exchange on the potential international mobility of students. A multi-method approach is used in this case study, including questionnaire surveys among mobile students, interviews with Erasmus coordinators and a statistical analysis of existing data sources (especially the statistics of the geographical departments and the database of Czech National Agency for European Educational Programmes). The most used physiotherapy methods (concepts) for people with multiple disabilities

The purpose of this bachelor project which title is: Most physiotherapy methods (concepts) for persons with combined disabilities, how is known from a term, it has been to find out the most exploited and best concept at the people with combined disabilities. To find out some issue and results for all we followed up quantitative analysis, exactly questionnaire inquiry, which was sent out and circulated through several sites with the physiotherapy specialization for people with combined disabilities. I analyzed 20 questionnaires in total. This resulted into that Vojta's principle of reflexive locomotion is still not only the most exploited at the specimen with these difficulties, but also the most useful and healthiest.
Transformation of second homes on the example Pilsen and background

The thesis deals with transformation of the second homes in three diference lokalities, when is hypotezed diference intensity of change objects in each area dependence on traffic availability. First area is city Plzeň, where is research of garden colonies and holiday resort. Transformation is in gradually progress on particular housing development. Trend of particular areas is set with ground plan. Next area of research is town background created by municipality, which is located of town borders. In outskirts of big towns is proceed suburbanization, what influence transformation recreational objects. Last locality is recreation area Hracholusky, where transformation and suburbanization is depended of traffic availability municipality.
