The crime of poachery in Czech provincial law

Name of the diploma paper: Tort of poaching in Bohemian municipal law Summary: This diploma paper attend to emergence of legal regulation of the tort of poaching in Bohemian lands. Is focusing principally on regulation in modern history, especially since Second World War. Solid description go down to half of 18th century. Explication start with contemporary legal regulation and continue since origin of Bohemian state to former times. In first chapter are principally defined basic terms and in detail analyse legal institute res nullius in relation to wildlife and fish. After that follows analysis contemporary legal regulation of the tort of poaching in penal, administrative and civil law. It also attend to generaly law policy and some institutes. Second chapter contain emergence of tort of poaching since origin of Bohemian state to half of 18th century. Third chapter is devote to law-making of monarchs Marie Terezie nad Josef II. The Supreme Administrative Court of Czechoslovakia - its formation and development

The thesis deals with formation and development of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Republic of Czechoslovakia. Beside thorough historic discursion pursuing also the normative side of the subject, a considerable part of the thesis deals with the constitution of the Supreme Administrative Court in Vienna as well. The reason is a fact that it was Viennese administrative tribunal that was used as a legislative and personal bridge after formation of the independent Republic of Czechoslovakia for facilitation of a quick establishment of the Supreme Administrative Court of Czechoslovakia as a judicial institution built on a concentrated system and standing outside general judicial system. Following the establishment of the Supreme Administrative Court of Czechoslovakia, the thesis deals with the questions of commencing its functioning after its formation, as well as states the exceptions effected in its conception compared to the Supreme Administrative Court of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy. 86 Resumé REGISTRATION OF REAL ESTATE IN BOHEMIAAND IN MORAVIA (HISTORY OF CADASTRE OF REAL ESTATES) The purpose of this Thesis, as it is apparent from its name, is to create an overview of the process and history of the registrations of real estates from the beginning to the present. The reasons of needs and affords of the rulers to start creating some directories of the lands were purely economical. Every sovereign and ruler needed enough finance to keep and reinforce their power and the most effective way how to do it was to institute the land tax. The land was divided in the land of the vassals, called rustic, and the land of the masters, called demesne. Over the centuries, the object of the land taxes was only the land of the vassals. The land of the masters had to be free of the taxes till the year 1706. In order to make the tax collection more effective and well-organized, it was necessary to create a proper registration of the rustic land. Therefore, the original purpose of the rustic land registration, which had various names during individual historical periods, had only fiscal function. 1 FORMATION OF UNIFORM AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVES AND THEIR LEGAL REGULATION The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the legal and political basis of the formation of uniform agricultural cooperatives, with an emphasis on years 1948 - 1950. The thesis consists of four chapters. Chapter One describes some legal and political documents connected with augricultural co-operation prior to the coup d'etat in February 1948. It is subdivided into six subchapters. Two main subchapters contentrate on two important legal drafts, published by the Ministry of Agriculture, drafts of six agricultural and the Programmme of Hradec Králové. Chapter Two is subdivided into ten subchapters. It focuses on the period from the coup d'état in 1948 to the enactment of the law on the uniform agricultural cooperatives in February 1949. The aim of this chapter is to summarize political and legal activities connected with prepatations of the law on the uniform agricultural cooperatives, following the proclamation the Resolution on the situation in the Communist Party of Yugoslavia by the Informbiro in june 1948. The Legislation of Providing Health Care of Residents in the Czech Lands from 1918- 1966 Thesis deals with the development of the legislation of providing health care of residents in Czech Lands from 1918 to 1966, which was effective only in Bohemia. The introductory chapters are about the legislation since 1848 due to reception of the legislation from the Austria-Hungary (often referred to as the Austro-Hungarian Empire in English-language sources). This inherited legislation is mainly about the right of the domicile, health and social care and public health. The authoress divided this thesis into three main chapters about public health care according to timely periods. The main chapters contain subchapters specializing in specific legislation of the individual components of public health. First chapter is about reception of the health care legislation from the Austria- Hungary, about public health care legislation, health system from the perspective of the administrative law, the legislation of the medical service, about the rights and duties of doctors and patients, and finally about funeral legislation.
