Influence of dispersed reinforcement on the physico-mechanical properties of the resulting composite

The dissertation is focused on the issue of implementation and evaluation of the laboratory tests fiber reinforced concrete. The issue of steel fiber is solved in terms of their physico-mechanical parameters, which are an important part of their design and reliable operation in the product design. The experimental part of the thesis is focused on laboratory tests of steel fiber of different strength classes and different weight benefits of steel fibers, the default reference mixture of plain concrete are certified mixtures commonly used as structural concrete in construction. The evaluation of the testing of samples produced steel fiber is made by three selected recommending regulations for the design and testing of structural steel fiber. In conclusion, the individual obtained experimental results are compared.

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS FROM SECONDARY RAW MATERIALS USED FOR BUILDING ENVELOPE

One of the important reasons for the choice of the thesis topic are increasing requirements from the persons interested in low-energy, passive or even houses with almost zero energy consumption. During decreasing of the energy demand is within the framework of the idea of sustainable construction not only required to decrease the total energy demand of the buildings, search and solve the critical spots in the building jacketing, but also to use the secondary raw materials as full-value substitutions for commonly used products from the primary raw materials. The thesis tries to contribute to the possible usage of polymeric wastes in building industry. In an early stage of the thesis the main and partial targets together with the consecutive steps leading to their fulfilment were set. Selection of the suitable secondary raw materials, discussion with the specialists, initial sample mixing, finding their thermally – technical characteristics, press mould and fire kiln acquisition was carried out during the stage. The next phase is focused on the application of the products made from the secondary raw materials to the building envelope. The products are moulded according to the thermally – technical properties. Performed moulding approved that the products are fully functional and after reaching the required value of heat conductivity coefficient products eliminate imperfections of the solutions used at present. Strapping product for the threshold door joint is registered at Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic and at European Patent Office at the same time. Recycled materials put into production represent possibilities how to decrease number of acquired virgin materials, need of primary energy and how to decrease risks connected to the waste disposal. Architectural and technical inspection of building damaged by fire

Diploma thesis summarizes knowlegde related to the behavior of structures and material in the fire, focusing mainly on concrete and reinforced concrete structures. It deals with the design and implementation of diagnostic work of Building no. 103 in complex Svit Zlín affected by a large fire. There are presented evaluation of laboratory experiments of samples and static analysis.
Evaluating the quality of implementation of the hand shotcrete

Currently, the high speed and low price are required for construction works in the modern architecture. Therefore, it is necessary to deal with verifying the quality of the constructions. Dissertation thesis is focused on evaluating the quality of the execution of sprayed concrete without accelerating additives applied by spraying by a dry way manually-sprayed. The quality of shotcrete was judged on the basis of standardized both non-destructive and destructive methods using sprayed samples. The quality of shotcrete was assessed in terms of strength of sprayed concrete in pressure, density and homogeneity judged on the basis of the velocity of sound samples. The destructive method was carried out on the core samples which were pressured on the hydraulic press, as the non-destructive method was used ultrasonic passageway method based on the propagation velocity of the ultrasonic pulse. On the basis of our results and their mutual correlations, it has been proposed the modifications of the general equal used for predicting the strength of the sprayed concrete tested by our strength class, which leads to a potential reduction in the number of cores on the real structure, and therefore reduce the price of implementation of qualitative tests and increase effectiveness of carrying out tests on the construction place.
Evaluation of the construction and technical condition of the fire station building

This thesis covers evaluation of the construction and technical condition of the fire station building situated in Podolí. Reason of the evaluation is the aim of renovation and extension of fire station building. The theoretical part of thesis contains an introduction to the issue of fire stationa and volunteer firefighters. In the practical part there is the evaluation od the object, the results of the inspection ant at the end the sumarized conclusions of the evaluation of the object.

The basic diagnostics of an existing building structure

This bachelor work deals with the issue of building from the unburnt clay and the trial methods, which are used during the diagnostic of constructions made from clay bricks. The introductory part concerns with the history of the unburnt clay and the development of the unburnt bricks. Subsequently the technology of production in the past and in the present is explained. The use of constructional methods relates to this technology. Furthermore the methods used during the diagnostic of clay constructions are described. In the second part the drawing documentation is created, the layout of the structure, the structural and constructional solution and the evaluation of the present state of the structure is described.
Diagnostics of flooring failures and defects in the housing and civic construction

The object of the thesis is a description of preparation process, realization and subsequent treatment of floors based on calcium sulphate, including problems related to the issue. The aim of the work is to closely acquaint the reader with methods used in diagnostics of flooring failures and defects in the housing and civic construction, including practical applications of these methods on real structures. The work also includes experimental analysis of a real floor construction during local load effect.
