Prerequisites for the obligation to compensate for personal injury from the provision of health services This rigorous thesis is aimed on prerequisites which must be fulfilled in order to qualify for the compensation for the personal injury, taking into account the specifics that are related to the provision of health services. In case of dispute is the most difficult to prove infringement of the doctor and the causation between the infringement and subsequent damage. For this reason, together with the personal injury part, this is the core of this thesis. In this thesis, I first focus on civil liability in general and build on the issue of civil liability with regard to the provision of health services. There is also a chapter dedicated to health services and directly embedding this area in the legislation. The other parts are divided according to the individual assumptions of the obligation to compensate for personal injury, namely the infringement, the personal injury, the causation and the culpability. In each section, I try to bring the assumption on a general level and consequently with regard to the specifics that are associated with the provision of health services. Vybrané vlivy na mléčnou užitkovost dojnic u českého strakatého skotu

The diploma thesis "Selected factors on milk utility of Czech Fleckvieh dairy cows" deals with certains effects on selected cattle herd, which are detected from milk utility control. The author compares dairy cows within first and third lactations in all cases. Overview of used literature is selected into specific chapters, in first part the Czech Fleckvieh is defined with its history, characteristics, related breeds and breed utility. Another comprehensive chapter is devoted to milk utility, lactation and selected factors on animal utility. Last part of literature overview is devoted to reproduction and reproductive indicators. Second main part, which is called material and methodology, author deals with cattle herd in Jasanka s.r.o. company, judging and assessing selected factors with help of milk utility control results. Collective results are assessed through statistics.

Factors affecting UV index in the Czech Republic

Factors affecting UV index in the Czech Republic Abstract Recently, the shortwave radiation signified as UV radiation became a popular topic, connected mainly to the loss of ozone in the stratosphere. This radiation has both positive and negative effects on humans. Therefore, the UV index was introduced, which express the biological effect of UV radiation on human health. The thesis describes the geographical parameters and meteorological conditions affecting the values of UV index. The UV radiation its measurement methods, and its effects on human health and other living organisms is described in detail in the theoretical section. It also contains the definition of UV index and the factors affecting the UV index magnitude: latitude, the height of the sun above the horizon, altitude, cloud cover and the character of the active surface. Links between UV index and individual parameters are checked in the practical section using the UV index measurement from four stations in the Czech Republic during the period 2011 - 2017. The research shows, that the UV index is significantly lower for an overcast sky in comparison with clear sky. Genetic genealogy and communities formed around it

The aim of the thesis is to introduce genetic genealogy (the genealogical DNA test analyzes samples of genetic material for genealogy purposes, mostly does not serve as a tool for health diagnostics, or it does not detect genetic predisposition or disorder) and to analyze the online communities around it. The thesis answers the question of the extent to which these groups differ from groups of supporters of the traditional approach (whose main focus lies mainly in archival research). On the example of several specific communities, the author tries to show what aspects are dominant in this new kind of online activities and critically evaluate them.

Efekt ozdravovacího procesu IBR ve vybraném stádě českého strakatého skotu

The bachelor thesis on topic "Effect of eradication process (IBR) in selected herd of redspotted cattle (Jasanka s.r.o)" deals with diseases in heard of cattle. Literary overview of the thesis is divided into particular chapters, the first chapter deals with significance of cattle breeding, which introduces thesis issues. Chapter, which separately describes czech spotted cattle as concrete species, follows. Within the chapter of thesis author is focused on the characteristics of this race, its linear description, nutrition and economics of cattle breeding. Next comprehensive chapter deals with specific disease IBR, diagnosis, symptoms and eradication possibilities. Last chapter defines National IBR eradication programme in Czech republic. In second part of the thesis, which is called material and methodology, author devoted to IBR disease in practice. In selected herd of Jasanka s.r.o. company author monitored development of the disease, what are disease consequences and how successful was the eradication performed within National eradication programme.

Extreme daily temperature range in Czechia in 1961-2007

This thesis deals with the extreme daily temperature range (DTR) during the period 1961-2007 for the extended winter season, based on an analysis of the daily series from 49 climatological stations in the Czech Republic. The aim of the research was to find the frequency of the extreme DTR in the individual months and describe the effect of the sunshine, the snow cover and the altitude on the magnitude of the extreme DTR. Moreover, the work focused on the identification of typical synoptic situations, during the days with extreme DTR. During the study period, 1746 days with extreme DTR were detected at least at one climatological station. The extreme DTR occurred most often in March in the anticyclonic situations. During the days with strong wind, the eastern flow direction prevailed anticyclonic situations whereas the western direction prevailed cyclonic situations. The highest values of the extreme DTR generally occurred in the lowlands since the magnitude of extreme DTR decreased with increasing altitude. In general, the values of extreme DTR were reduced (by 0,2 řC on average) during the days with snow cover. Cloud cover had a similar effect, the mean difference of extreme DTR between cloudy days (defined as days with sunshine duration less than 1 h/day) and sunny days was 0,5 řC. The acquired...

The Master Thesis "Set v proměně životního stylu" is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part deals with the life style of different social groups and the dining culture in particular historical periods of time. Further it explores the historical events that have impacted the development of the 20th century life style and also the way that the design has been formed as a independend creative discipline. The origin of Bauhaus was a milestone of a great importance and is covered in the next chapter. A quick look at the contemporaty production is followed. The practical part is concerned with the history of fondue, where it was found and what are the kinds of nowaday´s preparation. It will be introduced what sorts of containers are used for given kinds of fondue . The target of the practical part is to make a fondue set for a group of six people. This will be conducted partly by a graphical visualisation and partly by a ceramic realization.

Sociální podmínky pro agrobyznys: případová studie Modré hory

The Bachelor thesis deals with the conditions which characterise the micro-region of Modré hory. Especially the issue of agribussines and conditions for its social development. The content of the thesis introduces the main terms related with the issue, the characteristics of the micro-region analysis associated with the development of the population (including the long term stability), the demographic structure of the population, education, employment and business opportunities. I also delineate agriculture in the micro-region, focusing on the cadastral area and ways of its cultivation. The thesis deals with tourist localities in the micro-region; including agrotourism and bicycle-tourism as well. I also focus on organisations that support tourism development by organising events focused on wine tourism. In conclusion the results are evaluated and options are suggested for future development.

Cross-platform Application Release on App Store and Google Play Application Stores

The diploma thesis answers set questions that relate to two different distribution environments, the two options for developers to directly offer their mobile applications to the end users. Distribution is being conducted in the App Store and Google Play application stores, where only such applications that oblige basic requirements can be released and provided to customers. The requirements, official sources of information and support services of the two providers are analyzed in the theoretical part of the thesis. Processes revolving around the application distribution itself are described in the following practical part. Distribution consists of processes from the developer account registration to submitting the application for a review or a check. Sufficient knowledge base could be gathered not only due to a proper exploration of the issue, but also due to an actual application release accomplished by the author. A cross-platform mobile application to be released has been developed solely for the purposes of this diploma thesis. The application has been built in two platform specific versions. Whilst publishing it, an emphasis was laid on keeping the conditions as similar as possible to achieve viable case study results. The application release represents the case that produced all data that enabled a direct comparison and overall evaluation of the different developer settings at the end of the thesis. Findings and conclusions of this thesis can be used by developers and other interested parties that are looking for an integrated source of information that regards releasing a cross-platform mobile application on iOS and Android platform.
