This bachelor thesis deals with Robotic table football constructed by B&R. Some shortcommings of current state of game strategy and axis controll are pinted out and corrections are suggests.
Model robotic table soccer
Korotynskiy, Alexander ; Dokoupil, Jakub (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate the position of the ball by Raspberry Pi camera on the playing area of B&R’s robotic table football and design of a communication protocol between a Raspberry Pi and a PC. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the existing solutions of robotic table footballs and a familiarization to the used hardware. The second, practical part, is devoted to the design of the correct algorithm for evaluating the position of the ball on the playing area of robotic table football. It is also devoted to the design of communication protocol Raspberry Pi – PC for a robotic table football model.
Methods for parameters setting of controller by plane with flight control with floating level centre in MATLAB-Simulink
Náglová, Katarína ; Burlak, Vladimír (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
The thesis is focused on aircraft flight level control in case when the location of center of gravity changes during flight. The theoretical part of the thesis describes basics of aerodynamics, which are necessary to understand airplane's behavior and its control theory. Basics of state theory and stability of systems, as it is used for design of linear model. This part also mentions mathematical equations of nonlinear model of business jet and discusses conventional and adaptive methods used to design autopilot parameters. Several autopilots were designed in practical part of the thesis. The most important part is the logic used to determine location of center of gravity of the airplane. The models use nonlinear model of an airplane that better represents the real environment and conditions.
Comparative analysis of discrete PID controllers
Pála, Matěj ; Dokoupil, Jakub (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis deals with an analysis and complex comparsion of different structures of discrete variants of PID controllers related to testing at determined simulation and real models. In the first, theoretical, part are described different structures of discrete PSD controller. Also the Ziegler-Nichols method for determining parameters of these controllers is mentioned as the describe of B&R company used controller too. The second part of this thesis is focused on testing at determined models. In this part, there are stated results of comparison different structures of discrete variants of PID controller also as results taken with B&R company controller.
Adaptive optimal controllers with principles of artificial intelligence
Burlak, Vladimír ; Dokoupil, Jakub (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
This master's thesis considers adaptive optimal controllers. It shows principles of optimal controllers, recursive identification using least-mean squares method and identification based on neural network.
Robust Controllers
Dobias, Michal ; Dvořáček, Martin (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
This thesis tries to research the term “robust controllers”. Its aim is to compare the robustness of discrete PID controllers (Discrete Equivalent Continuous Controller, Discrete Impulse Area Invariant, Takahashi, Feed-Forward), adaptive discrete PID controllers (Discrete Impulse Area Invariant, Takahashi, Feed-Forward), optimal controllers (quadratic optimal), and adaptive optimal controllers (quadratic optimal) on chosen transfer functions. Its aim is also to check the influence of A/D and D/A converters. The aims to obtain are demarked at the beginning of the text and also there is an explanation of the term “robustness.” Later on there is a description and an approximation to each of the chosen kinds of controllers and the identification methods used in the thesis (for adaptive controllers the method of recursive least-squares was used). The Kharitonov's Theorem are made on the chosen transfer function. Next there is a description of the methods with which the robustness of the controllers will be tested. The first method is the integral criteria, particular ITAE criterion and quadratic criterion. The second one is the analysis of the generalised circle criterion. Furthermore there are various displays of the results obtained and their corresponding comments. The results obtained are graphically displayed and by means of these schemes the particular types of controllers are compared. All of the simulations and results obtained were acquired through the use of the program MATLAB- Simulink. In the end of the thesis there is an overall evaluation.
Robotic palletization controlled by PLC
Šefránek, Adam ; Blaha, Petr (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
The master's thesis deals with a robotic palletizing controlled by PLC. The first part provides examples of palletizing machines. The second part shows how ABB robot is controlled by B&R Automation PLC. The third part introduces selected approaches for automated pallet pattern generation. The fourth part designs library that allows pallet patterns to be generated using B&R Automation PLC. Fifth part covers creation of virtual palleziting cell, which is used to test library for automated pallet pattern generation.
Comparative study of discrete PSD controllers
Pelikán, Leoš ; Dvořáček, Martin (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with verification of heterogeneous structures of discrete PSD controllers on different process structures. Description of controlling system and various structures of PSD regulators is in theoretic part. The practical part of thesis describes progress testing, particular results and compare with adaptive an adaptive controller of B&R company.
Robotic insertion into a machine tool
Pála, Matěj ; Dokoupil, Jakub (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
Master’s thesis deals with the process of an insertion and movement of different workpieces and profiles. In the first, theoretical, part, the definition of types of robots and description of their kinematics are presented. The second part deals with the analysis and research of the possibilities of communication between the B&R control unit and the ABB robot, including a description of the equipment in the workplace. In addition, the concept of the robot control program and mainly the management of communication between units are presented. At the end of the work is the description of testing and verification of the concept.
Servomotor with electronic commutating and his control and adjusting.
Schmied, Miloš ; Chomát, Luděk (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the analysis of the actuator ACOPOS and its accessories. There are described the cascaded control loop concept and the setting servomechanism from B&R Automation with the important parameters. We follow the draft a speed controller servomotor with a load with the regards to knowledge of the control system. We compare the different methods of labor control actuator at last. There are implemented laboratory tasks of Position servomechanism and speed servo controller-on-load as a demonstration of our achieved results.
