British managers' perception of the Czech employee

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to find out the cultural differences between Czech and British culture in the work place based on two researches, Geert Hofstede and Fonse Trompenaarse.Then in my practical part I focused on describing the British managers' opinion on a Czech employee within one company.
Analysis of current situation of employees´ motivation and stimulation

The main subject of the diploma thesis is focused on motivation and stimulation of employees. The techniques and methods used in the practical research are described in the first part of the thesis. The following section introduces the theory connected with motivation and stimulation. It explains basic terms and theories regarding motivation, factors of stimulation and at the same time points out current motivational factors based on the given research. The third part describes Elephant Orchestra Company and some of the stimulation factors applied by the company management today. The last section of the thesis is dedicated to analysis of current status of motivation, stimulation and satisfaction which was based mainly on the questionnaire results, but also on the theoretical background. The analyzed results and improvement recommendation for the company management are suggested at the end of the thesis and they form a base for future decisions and activities of the company.
Guests´ satisfaction with Hotel Kaskády services

The goal of my diploma theses is to use the questionnaire research to analyse the Hotel Kaskády guests' satifisfaction with the services provided. This work is trying to focus on psychology of satisfying customers' needs and the uniqueness of each guest's personality. The other goal is to improve the questionnaire form used for the hotel research and come out with the ideas how to make it more simple for the guests and more practical and valuable according to the results the questionnaire brings.
The analysis of employees satisfaction

This work is mainly focused on employee's satisfaction. The aim of this study is to obtain actual overview with regards to the satisfaction of the employees in two small companies and subsequently compare these results based on predefined demographic figures. The results are being evaluated in comparison to the managerial statements concerning different means of stimulation in working environment. In the theoretical part the main terms of motivation and stimulation are presented, as well as some of the motivation models applied on business meetings are being introduced. Another means of stimulation affecting employee's satisfaction are being discussed in the next part. The practical part contains acquired survey results comparing two selected companies. The managerial statements are included as well.

The goal of my diploma thesis was to do a research of job satisfaction by using a comparison of its outputs with results of a previous research to observe the progress of the satisfaction in the company involved. On the basis of an agreement with the management of the firm needed information was gathered up through an electronic questioning. The collected data was processed to help to identify week areas and to recommend solutions for improving management practices and work organization within the company.

The thesis contains analysis of job satisfaction employees of call center. In the theoretical part is defined conception of job satisfaction, are described deteminants of job satisfaction and relationship between job satisfaction and work motivation. In the practical part are analysed results of questionnaire survey and there are presented suggestions measures to increas job satisfaction. The respondents were asked about satisfaction with the content of work, remuneration, work organization, human relations, working conditions and possibilities of further education and employee benefits.

This thesis deals with entry analysis of frame of personnel work in the T-SOFT company which is followed by the evaluation of job satisfaction of its employees concerning separate aspects of work-life e.g. motivation instruments, social relationships on site, system of education or possibility of participating in the system of company's management. Lastly, this thesis provides some recommendations for development of HR processes and their integration into the system of company's management.

The diploma thesis is focused on job satisfaction and its aim is to analyze the satisfaction of financial advisors in the company and to suggest possible solutions to improve the current situation. In the theoretical part is defined the concept of work satisfaction, its determinants, consequences and methods of measurement. Methodical part describes the procedures used to collect data. The first part of the practical part briefly describes specifics of the financial advisory market and the firm, which the survey was conducted in. The second part contains interpretation of surveyed areas from the view of satisfaction. The final part deals with proposals for possible steps leading to the increase in job satisfaction.
