[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na spokojenost zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je získat aktuální přehled o stavu spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve dvou malých podnicích a zjištěné výsledky poté vzájemně porovnat podle předem určených demografických znaků. Výsledky jsou také konfrontovány s odpověďmi vedoucích pracovníků na otázky týkající se stimulačních prostředků ve firmách. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy motivace a stimulace a jsou představeny některé modely motivace pracovního jednání. Pozornost je dále věnována pracovní stimulaci a vybraným stimulačním prostředkům, které ovlivňují spokojenost zaměstnanců. Praktická část je zaměřena na interpretaci výsledků dotazníkového šetření, na porovnání výsledků mezi firmami, které je doplněno o odpovědi vedoucích pracovníků.This work is mainly focused on employee's satisfaction. The aim of this study is to obtain actual overview with regards to the satisfaction of the employees in two small companies and subsequently compare these results based on predefined demographic figures. The results are being evaluated in comparison to the managerial statements concerning different means of stimulation in working environment. In the theoretical part the main terms of motivation and stimulation are presented, as well as some of the motivation models applied on business meetings are being introduced. Another means of stimulation affecting employee's satisfaction are being discussed in the next part. The practical part contains acquired survey results comparing two selected companies. The managerial statements are included as well.
