Strategic analysis of WARHORSE STUDIOS, s.r.o.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define basic methods, which are used for the creation of a business analysis and to apply these methods to a real business. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on an explanation of basic concepts required for the understanding of a given topic and afterwards on individual methods and analyses connected with external and internal analysis of a business: PESTEL analysis, Porter's Five Forces Model, strategic analysis of company's internal environment, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The content of the practical part is an application of the individual defined methods and analyses to create the strategic analysis of Warhorse Studios, s. r. o. The information acquired from the analysis of external and internal environment is summarized in the SWOT analysis. Recommendations are provided based on the results of these analyses. The entire thesis is summarized in the Conclusion chapter.
Financial analysis of the company Mileta, a.s.

The aim of this thesis is to comprehensive evaluation of financial health and position of Mileta, a.s. using the selected tools and evaluate if strategic changes in 2008 led to renewed growth of the company. Attention is also paid to comparing results with the competition, which represent 6 selected companies. The used data are taken from final accounts of the company Mileta, a.s.. and individual companies for the period 2010 to 2014. The market situation with textiles is also presented in this thesis including an outline of past and current trends. The conclusion summarizes the results of the financial analysis and suggested recommendations for any identified deficiencies.

The goal of this master's thesis is to elaborate a business plan of a newly established limited liability company - Reclu s.r.o. that plans to carry on an Italian restaurant, La Bisteccheria, located in Prague 10. The business plan should serve for verification of this project's feasibility. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part introduces the definition and types of small and middle enterprises and also explains the terms that generally relate to business activities. Further, the final section of the theoretical part includes a detailed description, purpose, implication and structure of the business plan. The practical part of this thesis focuses on the business plan of Reclu s.r.o. itself including all the essential sections. The fundamental components of the business plan of Reclu s.r.o. comprise a description of the company, its key representatives and the product. The business plan further contains environment analysis, marketing, sale and HR strategy. An estimated financial plan for the first five years of the business activities constitutes the final section of the thesis and is elaborated for three different scenarios of potential enterprise's development: realistic, optimistic and pessimistic option.

The aim of this master´s thesis is to prepare a business plan of a new cafe. On the basis of results of the business plan it will be decided whether the project is viable and the investment is profitable. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of an explanation of basic concepts associated with entrepreneurship, an explanation of steps leading to set up new business and a characteristic of key parts of the business plan. In the practical part various analytical methods are undertaken, for example, PESTEL analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, competitor analysis and customer analysis. The financial plan includes, among others, calculation of financial ratios or investment evaluation techniques. The information acquired from the all parts of the business plan is summarized in the SWOT analysis.

The aim of this Master´s Thesis is a strategic analysis of the company Český národní podnik s.r.o. It consists of external and internal analysis on the base of the strategic recommendations are made. The thesis itself is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the first one there is described the methodology. The second one is built on practical analysis. Analysis of external environment is consists of PESTLE analysis, Porter´s model of five competitive forces and description of the field. Internal analysis is built on application of VRIO analysis, value chain analysis, financial and portfolio analysis. Synthesis is carried out using the SWOT analysis. Final strategic recommendations are focused on the supporting the strengths of the company based on SWOT analysis and exploit the perspective opportunities.

In my bachelor thesis I will deal with the analysis of the company strategy KAVALIERGLASS, a.s. In the first part I will deal with the theoretical knowledge related to strategic analysis. In the second part I will introduce the company. I also cooperated with KAVALIERGLASS, a.s., which provided me with the necessary information to help me analyze the current state of the company's position on the market. Based on the current state of the company's position, I have suggested a company strategy.

Finally, the degree of fulfillment of the expected goals is evaluated.

The bachelor thesis consists of two parts: theoretical-methodological and practical. The first section describes terms which are commonly used in entrepreneurship theory; however, the main meaning of this section is to explain the fundamental parts of business plan and how to correctly create it, especially methods which are used in strategic analysis. In the practical section, these theoretical information are applied in real life situations. The object of this thesis is to create a business plan for Sushi Samurai to verify if it is economically feasible to extend the current delivery service company by its own restaurant. The comparison proved that opening the new restaurant is a good move and if the estimation of realistic demand is correct, the investment would be returned in approximately 5 months.

In the second, practical part, a proposal of foundation of a company in a form of a business plan is described, applying gained knowledge, on topic student restaurant.

The main goal of this thesis is the implementation of the strategic analysis. The aim of this work is to perform a strategic analysis of the company Krakonoš, s.r.o. The first part deals with interpretation of the selected methods of the strategic analysis, which are applied in the practical section. The practical part consists of macro- and micro-analysis. SWOT analysis will be summarized all the findings. The result is a recommendation for the future.
