The achievement of the said goals may be complicated by medication errors. Medication errors originate from human mistakes and intervene in all activities related to drug management, including drug administration. Aim: The aim of this study was to identify and analyze drug administration medication errors in a healthcare facility. Methods: The data was collected from the 29th of September to the 13th of October 2021, in a hospital located in the Hradec Králové region. Three departments were chosen for observation. Those three departments were surgery, internal ward, and follow-up care ward. The morning, midday and evening drug administrations on three consecutive days were monitored in each of the departments. One is periprosthetic joint infection (PJI), whose risk can be decreased by antibiotic prophylaxis (AP). The aim of this effort was to describe trends in endoprosthetic surgeries of the knee and the hip, their complications and options of diagnostics in the theoretical part. The aim of the practical part was to analyze prognostic features of chosen laboratory parameters on postoperative infections, respectively on postoperative complications. The aim of this paper was to analyse professional individual consultations in community pharmacy in period of 2009-2019. Methodology: Professional individual consultations were provided in the form of a discreet dialogue between a pharmacist and patient in a consulting room of a basic pharmacy with two dispensing places. Pharmacy is located in a municipality of up to 5000 inhabitants, where no other pharmacy is available. The content of every consultation was recorded into a consultation form, while its extent corresponded with the focus of the given consultation. Patient's medical history was obtained during the consultation: demographic data, personal history data, lifestyle, use of medicines and food supplements including dosage information. For this reason, the analysis and detection of medication problems make a significant contribution to improving patient care and increasing patient safety. Objective: To describe and analyse the most common medication problems encountered in a healthcare facility during administration of medication by a nurse. Methodology: A prospective multicentre observational study was conducted in July 2021 in a hospital in the South Bohemian region. Using the direct observation method, medication errors occurring during medication dispensing by a nurse were monitored in three wards of the hospital. Background: Currently, more emphasis is placed on quality and safe health care. At the medical facility, the nurse is responsible for administration of medications. Mistakes that may occur during administration may reduce the quality of health care delivery. For this reason, is important to minimize the occurrence of these doubts. Aim: The aim of the diploma is to describe and analyze the most common medication errors occurring in medical facilities during drug administration by nurses. Methods: This is a prospective observational study using direct observation. Nurses were administered medication in three hospital departments in the Czech Republic. Data collection took place for three following days at the Department of Internal Medicine, Surgery and Aftercare in July 2021. The data are recorded in a form. Pharmacists tend to be part of multidisciplinar teams, they help with decisions concerning therapy of the patient, monitoring, participating in the detection of DRPs and by that helping increase effect and safety of pharmacotherapy. Measurement system with preamplifier for calibration of vibration sensors

This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a preamplifier for vibration sensors with IEPE interface and also for vibration sensors with charge output. The thesis also deals with a modification of a computer application for a measuring system in LabVIEW. The thesis builds on the already implemented measuring system for secondary calibration of vibration sensors. The results of the secondary calibration of this system with the added preamplifier are compared with the results of a primary calibration.
