Systems of Transducers: Definition, Properties, and Applications
Řezáč, Michal ; Kövári, Adam (referee) ; Meduna, Alexandr (advisor)
Currently, finite and pushdown automata are used to describe programming language compilers as two separate parts. This thesis aims to define a system of transducers that allows to describe a compiler by one aggregate system, instead of two independent transducers. The system of transducers presented in this paper is based on finite and pushdown transducers. It is a simple model without internal communication. Because of this property, it is not suitable for compiler formalization but because of its simplicity, the system is easily extensible with new features and can thus serve as a basis for further research.
Sublethal effects of the insecticides neonicotinoids on migration abilities of spiders
Přibáňová, Gabriela ; Řezáč, Milan (advisor) ; Korenko, Stanislav (referee)
The purpose for using pesticides is to kill organisms that cause damage (so-called pests) on various crops and thus prevent possible crop losses. Their side effect is a negative impact on non-target organisms. The presented diploma thesis is focused on the effect of neonicotinoids on invertebrates particularly on spiders. Its main goal was to document their influence on behavioral parameters influencing dispersal abilities such as locomotion and tendency to spread by wind (so-called ballooning). The diploma thesis compares the influence of neonicotinoids on model species, Pardosa lugubris (Walckenaer, 1802) and Phylloneta impressa (L. Koch, 1881) with different modes of prey hunting and compares the influence on adult and nymphal stages. Pesticides Actara® 25 WG, Biscaya® 240 OD, Confidor® 200 OD and Mospilan® 20 SP were applied to the spiders under laboratory conditions and their effect was tested at different concentrations and different methods of application. The biggest impact on spiders had Confidor. It clearly had the most significant negative effect on mobility and a tendency to spider wind propagation. The lethal effects were caused by neonicotinoids in nymphal individuals Pardosa lugubris, especially Confidor (even 100% mortality for tarsal application). During an experiment studying the...

Honeypot for wireless communication protocols of IEEE 802.11 family
Řezáč, Michal ; Blažek, Petr (referee) ; Fujdiak, Radek (advisor)
Objective of this master thesis solves possible way of WiFi Honeypot realisation, which is constructed to detecet malicious network activity and attacks in radio environment that uses a set of IEEE 802.11 protocols. A specific configuration was created on the mITX format motherboard and contains scripts and software for data collection, analysis and its evaluation. Based on information and knowledge about specific network attacks it is possible to identify data traffic leading to anomalies and detect possible network attack. The final device was tested in real use for long-term data collection and evaluation of network activity in the given location. This fulfills the main goal of this work, which is implementation of WiFi Honeypot with support for IEEE 802.11 protocols and with possible deployment for real use.
Parametrizable Music Instrument for Mobile Platforms
Řezáč, Martin ; Mlích, Jozef (referee) ; Černocký, Jan (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to create an application, which will be primarily used as three-axis parametrizable musical instrument, respectively a modifi ed MIDI controller, suitable for Android devices. Firstly, several products, which are available on the market, are reviewed and the reader is introduced to the problematics of audio synthesis, available technologies and typical Android device potential. The next chapter is dedicated to application design. Few designs are mentioned with focus on the chosen design concept. A part of this chapter is also a speci cation of the original concept, its implementation and advantages/disadvantages. The next part is dedicated to implementation and optiomalization of some of the critical points. Also the tests are evaluated including a survey about application usability. At the end, the whole work is concluded and the further development is outlined.
Aphidophagy among polyphagous predators
Valdecká, Miriam ; Řezáč, Milan (advisor) ; Dolejš, Petr (referee)
Aphids are among the most widespread insect pests in agroecosystems. So far, significant attention has been paid to their natural enemies, especially to specialized predators and parasitoids. There is less information about the influence of polyphagous predators, especially spiders and ground beetles. Therefore, the aim of this thesis is to summarize the knowledge about this topic. And focus on the advantages and disadvantages of aphidophagy in polyphagous predators. Key words: Aphid, aphidophagy, polyphagous, spider, carabid, predator
Sublethal effects of the insecticides neonicotinoids on spider's migration and predatory abilities
Přibáňová, Gabriela ; Řezáč, Milan (advisor) ; Korenko, Stanislav (referee)
This research deals with impacts of pesticide substances on spider populations. In this case pesticides of the neonicotinoids classes were tested. Specific neonicotinoids were applied to different of spiders which were collected in various localities and at some stage of development - nymph, adult or subadult individuals. The diploma thesis analyzes and the documents the effects of neonicotinoids to spiders. The results show that some pesticides can have a significant negative effect to locomotion, predation, ballooning, drop or to spiders mortality. Keywords: spider, arthropod, pesticides, insecticides, neonicotinoids, sublethal effects, mortality, EthoVision XT, locomotion, drop, ballooning, predation, Philodromus, Oedothorax, Pardosa, Xerolycosa, Phylloneta

Honěk, Alois ; Martinková, Zdenka ; Lukáš, Jan ; Řezáč, Milan ; Saska, Pavel ; Skuhrovec, Jiří
This guide is a new publication providing information on cereal aphids: biology, prognosis and regulation in central Europe. This approach is supported by the experimental work of authors and also by their publications in scientific journals published worldwide. We hope that this guide will be used by specialists in agriculture production in conventional and organic farming systems.

Optimization of data transit in network
Řezáč, Michal ; Škorpil, Vladislav (referee) ; Kubánková, Anna (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with and describes necessary teorethical units, together with analyse of ISP network and other input informations. These findings are further used in second part of bachelor thesis. The practical part dealt with testing of optimization mechanisms in the laboratory network. Thereafter has been done a wider tests of optimization mechanisms based on different ways of marking data streams and deploying these rules. The advantages and comparision of these methods were further evaluated.
