DUSCHINSKÁ, K. Mentoring v procesu stávání se učitelem. Disertační práce, PedF UK v Praze 2010. ABSTRACT (EN) The aim of the dissertation thesis is to analyse mentoring as a facilitative means to promote professional learning during the practical component of initial teacher education in the Czech republic. Theoretical part gives introduction to the Czech and European mentoring context in teacher education and brings an overview on selected theoretical mentoring models and relevant research findings. An own theoretical mentoring model, developed through the grounded theory research design, is the core of the empirical part of the thesis. The detailed description of the inductive methodology explains gradual data collection and analytical techniques of open, axial, selective and thematic coding. Concept mapping through Cmaps Tools software has been chosen for interim and final visualisation of the results. Basic concepts and relations are analyzed and the mentor relationship is identified as the core cathegory of the analytical story line. The work brings an interim paradigm model, a typology of the mentor relationship and a complex causal theoretical mentoring model in the Czech republic. This model is then extrapolated from the comparative perspective, based on a case study of the Dutch mentoring system in...

Müllerová, Marie ; Vašutová, Jaroslava (advisor) ; Píšová, Michaela (referee) ; Urbánek, Petr (referee)
The fundamental change of the role of education, which the last decades have witnessed, together with the present understanding of its role as one of the primary sources of further economic development of humankind as well as a warranty of peaceful development of the human race - which is clearly expressed in the concept of life-long education - must be reflected in current educational structures. It is namely basic education (children from 6 to 15 years old) that should become a qualitative basis of the concept of life-long education and prepare the young generation to face the fact that education will no longer be limited only to formal education, that non-formal and informal educational processes will become parts of education, and that these processes will accompany young people throughout their lives. The aim of basic education is to prepare the young generation to face this significant change, therefore this transformation has become one of the aims of European educational policy. Reflecting the European aims, the Czech Republic chose the approach of converting schools into learning organizations, which is one of the ways schools might develop as foreseen by OECD, and in 2005 the country launched a law-based curriculum reform whose aims were to redefine objectives, content, methods and forms of basic...

Píšová, Markéta
This work evaluates the movement of the Welsh pony breed in the Czech republic.. The aim was to evaluate numbers of population, evaluate the movement in walk and trot and evaluate the linear score trait. Basic parameters were measured (length of stride in walk, length of stride in trot and the frequency). For this evaluation the following effects were chosen: sex, breed section, country of origin and scapula angle. 348 individuals of the Welsh Pony and Cob breeds were entered into the database for linear score and 80 individuals of the Welsh Pony and Cob breeds were entered into database for movement evaluated, of which 20 animals were section A and 20 animals section B, 20 animals section D and 20 animals section D. We measured the data with a laser measure and a special pedometer in the Czech republic, the Netherlands and The Great Britain. The relationship between the length of stride in walk and trot was investigated in comparison to the wither height, the animal's sex, its country of origin, breed section and the angle of the scapula. A conclusive (P less than or equal to 0,05) influence was also observed for the effect of section. By comparing the spaciousness in walk and trot according to the chosen effects of sex, scapula angle, adherence to section and country of origin, we proved a highly conclusive (P less than or equal to 0, 01) influence of the scapula angle and a conclusive (P less than or equal to 0, 05) influence between section A and D, section B and D, section A and B, A and WPBR and B and WPBR. Multiple comparisons showed a conclusive difference in the effect section for sklon a tvar zádě. The length and type of back was conclusive difference for the effect sex, include the traits back, pastern and loins for effect age.
