Children with extreme dystropy and education

This diploma thesis has a form of theoretic study and is divided into nine chapters. First of them show us problems of dystropy, because of easier understanding and exact explanation of term extreme dystropy, that is explained below. In the second chapter are explained problems connected with psychical development and defective psychical development during the process of social development. Attention is also payed to parents as a example of suitable child's building-up. Third chapter is intended to importance of family background and it's possible disfunctions. Fourth chapter deals with child's enlightenment, that was carried out in families of childrens with extreme dystropy. In the fifth chapter are described diagnostic aspects of extreme dystropy. Following chapter number six, explains functional aspects of extreme dystropy. In the seventh chapter can be found questions and answers concerning legislative. Such as, under what circumstances can be child punished, which remedial measures can be done. There is also described and explained law of justice concerning youth together with law of institutional and protective education in the scholastic institution. The influence of healthy and resilient family on the raising of a child

This thesis mainly emphasizes a healthy and resilient family and its cardinal importance on a child's development. A parent's effect on the child is of central interest of the whole thesis. First, the family system and its subsystems will be briefly described. After that follows an outline of mutual interactions and family relationships. The next chapter deals with changes and family development over time. The contemporary family and its influence on optimal child evolution are also described. At the same time, the family life cycle and its periods are explored. Health family functioning and the concept of a functional family will continue after the important theory. There is also emphasis on the positive influence of parents on the satiation of a child's needs. The next significant part of the thesis is the chapter about family resilience. Except concept definitions, this chapter will pay particular attention to basic historical context and the factors that influence family resistance. After that, a model of family resilience will follow and a commentary will accompany it. Mention is also given to child resilience. The thesis will conclude with an analysis of two case studies. Framework educational programs have come into force within the Czech educational system. They stem from a new educational strategy that emphasizes key competences, their links to the educational content, and the application of acquired knowledge and skills in practice. In other words, they derive from the concept of lifelong learning. A question remains open whether a Czech teacher is able to cope with the new ways of teaching that should results in the development of individual competences? Do we have at our disposal any tools for teachers to help a child's personality as a whole to develop and then head towards lifelong learning?
Level of cognitive capabilities of clients in Senior's house in Zahradní Město

This Diploma Thesis is concerned with the issue of level of cognitive capabilities of clients in Seniors' House in Zahradní Město. Its aim of this work is to map recognition capabilities of clients in the real facility, to outline possibilities of their maintenance in the interest of preservation of autarchy and to propose measures, which could help to improve quality of care of clients from the point of view of support of these capabilities. Necessity of individual attempt to each client and the must of mutual exchange of information among all persons looking after clients are emphasized in the whole work. Theoretical part summarizes knowledge concerning old age, changes in old age and cognitive capabilities of seniors. Next is concerned wih the issue of deficiencies of cognitive capabilities (moderate cognitive deficiency and dementia disease) and shows to possibilities of their evaluation, training, development, support and physiotherapy. Empirical part of the work is focused specifically on environment in Seniors' House in Zahradní Město. It describes actions and activities offered to seniors by the establishment for support of their cognitive capabilities, and from this point of view it shows some recommendations. The personality of chronic disease pupil and possibilities of his/her development in cognitive and metacognitive area

This graduate thesis deals with a pupil with chronic disease and how his/ her disease is reflected in the sphere of knowing, reflections and learning. In the first part, we limit the concept of chronic disease and outline classification of chronic diseases and their features. We also deal with the influence of the disease on a child's psyche and the special characteristics combined with a pupil's chronic disease in the school environment and, subsequently, we pay attention to problems of the personality of a pupil with chronic disease in the context of knowing and learning. In the empirical part, we try to find typical elements in the field of these pupils' learning styles.
Possibilities usage base - cognitive procedures in cognitive and personality expansion scholar

This diploma theses focuses on the possibilities of metacognitive procedures use in learning and personal development of a student. It consists of theoretical bases of the topic as well as of empiric research of "minutes of learning", one of the metacognitive strategies which help students to adapt relevant learning abilities. In the theoretical part we can find the principles of education for 21st century and the key skills of a learner, as well as the fundamental curricular documents. In other chapters, the learning and personal development of a student is being focused. There are seven topics necessary for complex development of learner's personality. We get an overview of psychological concepts of the topics, and an insight of different psychological theories which are concerned with metacognitive strategies. The conditions for development of metacognitive dispositions of a learner are mentioned in the last chapter of the theoretical part. The methodological part states the aim of empiric research, describes the method used and defines the chosen sample. V posledních letech stále více slyšíme nejen v médiích o problémech současného světa. Problémech regionálních a zejména problémech globálních, ať už environmentálních, interkulturních či antroposociálních. Neustále slyšíme o zhoršujících se mezilidských vztazích ať už v rodině, ve škole, v obcích, v politice, v celé společnosti. Hledají se různé cesty možné nápravy, a tudíž i příčiny tohoto současného stavu. Je jisté, že příčin je mnoho, možná více, než si je společnost schopna uvědomit a ochotna připustit. Tudíž i cest k nápravě současné situace je nespočet. Jednou z nich může být i vědomé utváření osobnosti člověka již v prenatálním období. Součástí světa jsou lidé, a změny mohou nastat tehdy, pokud se kromě anonymního "my" budeme obracet k osobnímu "já". Mnozí psychologové soudí, že mnoho problémů každého z nás vzniká již v průběhu prenatálního a perinatálního života. A i vzájemný vztah dítěte s jeho okolím, nastává již od početí. Nejprve pouze s matkou, později i s dalšími.
Art-therapy, art-philetic chances of creativity progress in education

Tvořivost jako nepostradatelná stránka osobnosti mě magicky oslovila již na střední škole a prozatím jsem se nepřestala tímto komplikovaně uchopitelným fenoménem zabývat. Ačkoliv jsem vyučovala na základních školách jen "okrajové" předměty, lektoruji již přes deset let výtvarná setkání a toho času pracuji s drogově ohroženou mládeží, kde se společně krom jiných aktivit setkáváme i v aktivitách tvořivých a právě zde mám možnost nahlížet tvořivé projevy lidí velmi zblízka. Tvořivá složka lidské osobnosti mě nepřestala zajímat ani na této vysoké škole a po celou dobu studia jsem tak trochu tušila, že právě tvořivost bude téma moji diplomové práce. Byla bych ráda, aby z mé práce vyplynulo, že se chci zabývat především tvořivostí jako přirozenou lidskou vlastností, kdy se nelze ubránit přesahu do umění, z kterého se snažím čerpat spíše z hlediska obsahového než estetického. Je samozřejmě pochopitelné, že obsah nemůže být sdělen bez vyjadřovacích prostředků, tedy bez formy. Oproti tomu forma může stát zcela odcizeně od obsahu, což se v umělecké tvorbě často odehrává. Zaměření této práce by mělo být spíše na obsahovou stránku tvořivosti.
Child adaptation to school, potencial problems and their solution

This thesis deals with entering the school and child's adaptation at new school Environment. It also describes possible problems during this complex process and possible ways, how to prevent them. Whole diploma work consists of two parts - theoretical and practical/empirical. Theoretical part is divided into 4 chapters. The main aim is to integrate the topic the adaptation of child at school environment to the total context. This part wants to signify the importance of this moment, the changes, which it brings, and their influence on next development of child. The theoretical part begins with characteristic of pre-school age, continues with preschool preparation to the beginning of school attendance. The last chapter devotes to children with special needs and the way, how to work with them and with children in younger school age. The empirical part deals with school adulthood and readiness. It goes in research of school mature ness and readiness by children in pre-school age and available diagnostic methods, which we can use by this research. The aim of empirical part is to compare the influence of private and state pre-school educational institutions on level of child's development, especially on the level of school adulthood and readiness of children in pre-school age. Application strategy of metacognition in professional music education

Studying branches of music at conservatoire as an art school is demanding talent, personal attributes, but also the intellectual level. This work represents metacognition as a method to developmental potential and so enables the valuable cognition in various areas, including the professional preparation of future musicians and music teachers. The education at conservatoire is specific in many aspects, accordingly there is briefly mentioned the issue of educational presumptions (musical abilities and their development, components of musical talent and importance of teaching style). Main attention is paid to development of thinking skills and to another cognitive activities with the aim to adopt particular metacognitive processes. Programme of Instrumental Enrichment by R. Feuerstein is presented as a stimulation programme intended for systematic development of cognitive functions. Author interprets deficits in the area of learning and offers "tools" to overcome them. The target of intervention is to remove causes of school failure by eliminating undesirable learning dispositions.
