Bachelor's thesis focuses on direct marketing in close links with car market in Czech republic. Theoretical part points to direct marketing like event of marketing communication, it mentions about advantages and disadvantages, functions, tools and about adjustmen. In practical part I try to find the weak site of the market by the help of market's analysis and questionnaire and I propose the concept of direct marketing utilization.

The thesis is about market segmentation for the new type of the fastfood restaurant MICHAEL'S. The first part is introducing restaurant MICHAEL'S, its history and is introducing the business plan. The second part of thesis is focused on the theoretically process of segmentation which is needed for concrete segmentation of the fish fastfood. The rest of the thesis is dedicated to the theoretical project about market research which should help to find the best segments for the MICHAEL'S. Choosing the best segments is very important for creating a successful marketing strategy. The market research also helps to find the location where should be the restaurant opened.
