Integrating Pre-School Children with Health Problems in Nursery Schools

The subject of the thesis is the integration of pre-school children with the handicap in the common kindergarten. The author attempted to create a complex approach of the integration of the handicapped pre-school child. The study consists of two parts: the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical part the author studies the legislation and the progress of the integration in the Czech Republic. This part is focused mainly on participants of the integration process - the family, children and the school. The conditions of integration are included and positives and possible risks that must be taken into consideration in the responsible approach to the integration, are showed. The practical part of the study describes the integration process in the common kindergarten in Prague 6. Parents, the teachers and the consultants comment the consequence of the integration process. In the final part of the study two cases of the integration is described in detail. The author showed that this process, in spite of number of the problems, brings an advantage for the every participant of the integration and thus it is advisable to continue with it. This diploma thesis wants to elucidate the conception of a disciple in Comenius' work. It is based on analysis of his noted pedagogic materials: Velká didaktika, Nej novější metoda jazyků and Pampaedie. In all these works the disciple is someone, who learns from his teacher. The teacher precedes the disciple by his own example, he develops and cultivates the disciple's personality. In Pampaedia the conception includes the whole life period. The Development of Toys for a Pre-School Age

Hračky jsou nezbytné doplňky pro nej významnější činnost dítěte - hru. Hračky nevyhnutelně patří ke hře, ovlivňují způsob a průběh hry, umožňují hru dostatečně rozvinout a obohatit, podporují sociální kontakty mezi dospělými i vrstevníky, poskytují potěšení a zábavu. Hračky "to jsou ty žádoucí poklady, srdci dětskému tak drahé." (Studničková, 1891, s.42) Hračky jsou součástí kulturního dědictví. Ony zrcadlí kulturu a celkový způsob života společnosti, rovněž tak, jako hra. " Čistá hra sama je základem a činitelem kultury. " (Huizinga, 1971, s. 13) . Hračka byla a vždy bude odrazem doby, pro kterou je charakteristická. Zrcadlí se v ní význam a pozice dítěte ve společnosti, způsob života, kultura a tradice, estetický pohled člověka a hodnotový žebříček jedince. Hra a hračka jsou dva rovnocenné pojmy na sobě závislé ve vzájemné interakci. Nelze přesně vymezit, neboť sled prvenství se střídá, zda dítě hru rozvíjí na základě dané hračky nebo je tomu právě naopak, na základě dané hry si vybírá hračku. Při výběru hraček, je dítě ovlivněno mnoha činiteli. Subjektivní přání dítěte hrát si právě s touto hračkou, je ovlivněno prostředím, vychází z kulturního vzorce společnosti, kde dítě vyrůstá, závisí na jeho věku, inteligenci a pohlaví. The Personality of the Teacher in Changing Times

The intent of the Dissertation is to outline the development of teacher's profession on selected pedagogical personalities from the second half of the 18th century to the first half of the 20th century. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical ones. The basis of the theoretical part is represented by profiles of four padagogical personalities. The personality profiles provide mapping of the life and activities of Jakub Jan Ryba, Jan Vlastimír Svoboda, Věnceslav Metelka and František Bakule. An integrál part of the theoretical section is also formed by tips for trips to the places in the Czech Republic which are linked with these teachers. The basis of the empirical part is represented by the project referred to as "Teachers Personality in the Course of Time Development". This project is built on the professional profiles of three pedagogical personalities (J. J. Ryba, V. Metelka and F. Bakule) which are designed for pupils of the 5th class of the elementary school. The project should make pupils familiar with the historical period through the life and activities of teachers. Proposal of an Educational Programme for Employees in the Course of Implementation of Bar Codes at the UHS JAKOS Company

This thesis deals with proposal for an education program for employees of UHS JAKOS, a.s. which implemented a new information system 3 year ago and because of this they are planning to implement a bar codes. The analysis was realized by questionnaire survey between the employees who will work with the bar codes. The thesis is divided into 3 sections. The first section is theoretical and describes an education as process of change during implementing the bar codes. Next is analysis section which describes a current situation in the company by questionnaire. At the end it focuses on proposal of education program which will get easy the implementing of code bars.

The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of measures which lead to the competitiveness increase. It clarifies the terms in the competitiveness and competitive advantage field. It observes the Mironet.cz company, which is specialized in the sale of information technology devices, and it analyzes the company environment. On the basis of analyses, measures leading to competitiveness increase of the company observed are suggested.
Utilization of cultural monuments in urban development

This masters thesis examines the role and involvement of cultural objects in the world today. Its aim is to assess the possible solutions recovery and use of immovable monuments. The thesis is determined by the general definition of cultural monuments, its legislative and institutional framework, the use and sources of funding. Following practical part deals with the previous themes in the context of the particular immovable monument, the monastery of St. Francis of Assisi in Votice. It is a sacred monument of regional significance. The outcome of this masters thesis is to determine the optimal solution of the usage of the monument with an emphasis on preserving its value.
