Fashion as a feminist tool of the 20th-century

The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of the first two waves of feminism, which is reflected in the 20th century fashion. It explains what feminism is and what its historical contexts are. An overview of the evolution of fashion of the 20th century will be divided by decades and will show its fundamental changes a impacts on society in connection with the development of women's movements. The work differentiates between world and domestic fashion and accentuates the attitudes of crucial personalities of fashion design on this issue. The historical overview will be complemented by a proposal and reflection on the partial realization of its own pedagogical project aimed at linking the field of clothing design and feminist issues.
Art Activities in Montessori Kindergarten

The bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of using art education in preschool education based on the principles of Maria Montessori pedagogy. The theoretical part presents the Montessori pedagogy method. It deals with the important principles of the alternative streams of educational system, it observes its features and the educational areas and clarifies the concepts of art education in Montessori schools. The next part of the thesis focuses on the usage of art education in preschool education and observes its streams and forms. It deals with the reflective, creative, and experiential form of education, which is applied when creating the art activities. The practical part of the thesis presents a case study describing the function of art education in a selected Montessori kindergarten. Several art activities were realized, using the inspiration from the artefiletic concept of art education. It focuses on self-reflection of one's own art project and it defines particular educational issues as well as its tools how to manage them. Safe Space in Art Drama Classes

The central theme of the bachelor's thesis is a safe space. It is a phenomenon that permeates the entire pedagogical process and is an essential part of it, as it creates suitable conditions for the fulfillment of educational goals. It is also a prerequisite for a personality growth that leads not only to personal happiness and a fulled life, but implicitly also to a better functioning of the whole society. The aim of the work is to map in detail the principles and possibilities of safe space through art creation (Art education) together with dramatization (Drama education). Thanks to this connection, the potential of artistic and dramatic expression can be used as a specific way of self-expression, exploring one's inner self and one's relationship to the surrounding world. Dramatic play is also a suitable means of inducing an authentic experience, during which personality grows naturally. The term Art Drama as an interdisciplinary subject where both Visual Art and Drama education intersect. In the didactic part, based on the acquired knowledge, an artistically dramatic thematic series with a selected topic - Enviroment - is compiled. Didactic transformation uses three educational units of aArt education and contextualizes current trends in society and modern Art.
Possibilities of the art education to develop thinking dispositions of pupils

Student studied and presents the principles of Harvard University Project Zero programs The Artful Thinking and The Visible Thinking. The goal of both programs is to help teachers to create a connection between works of art and curriculum and to use the art to develop thinking dispositions of pupils. Student introduces in details principles, reports and impact of the project on the american education system. She then considers it in the context of czech primary school art education and connects it with the czech curriculum domain. The integral part of the thesis is a visual project realized in primary school. The author analyzes different ways of children's thinking and percieving and construction of meaning in the context of visual literacy. On basis of the findings the art project was proposed. Gender in contemporary art - motherhood as specific theme

Theoretical part is focused on the philosophical and historical solutions which led to poststtructural and feministic approach to the gender identity. The art reflexive part seeks the visual parallel to above mentioned approach in art, respectively in the art depicting mother identity. Didactic part of the work provides possible option on how to get the gender identity theme over to the high school students. The work itself is a personal reflection of the maternity corporality topic.
