The bachelor thesis deals with the marketing mix of the small company MINUTKY.CZ s.r.o., which deals with the design and manufacture of self-service steam pulverizers. This is a new product on the Czech market. The thesis focuses on four basic tactical marketing tools, such as product, price, distribution and promotion. The result of the thesis should be to build a marketing mix so that the new product is best placed on the market.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management during the contract of the chosen company, which deals with printing and sale of advertising and gift items and related services. The work is divided into three parts. The introductory part introduces the theoretical basis based on professional literature. The analytical part focuses on introducing a company, a detailed description of the course of the contract, and an analysis of all the risks that may arise. The aim of the practical part is to determine the most risky factors on the basis of the analysis and propose measures for their reduction or elimination.

The Master thesis is based around the planning of the communication mix of a specific firm. It consists of three main parts. The first part is theoretical, and contains theoretical resources and concepts related to the subject matter from the standpoint of marketing and the communication mix. The analytical section introduces the subject firm and contains the necessary analyses. The thesis also includes research in the form of a survey. For a conclusion, the project proposes possible methods of improving the communication mix based on the gathered data.

It is focused on the optimalization of the order processing in selected company, from demand's acceptance until shipment of final product to customer. Based on gained informations, I try to propose the improvement of present state, which helps to refine the company's production systém.

The first part provides theoretical basis based on professional literature. The analytical part is focused on introduction of the company, description of the course of the contract and risks associated with it and analysis of external environment. Last part shows proposals to minimize the risks mentioned in the analysis and a proposal for new information system, which is important for the company.

In this part, the evaluation of the questionnaire survey is also performed. The last, third part of the diploma thesis is devoted to the creation of specific proposals for the marketing mix, through which it is possible to introduce the company to a foreign market in order to address and gain new customers and bring the company to mind.

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with knowledge from the field of competitiveness, international trade and innovation. The second, practical part of the thesis analyses the influence of the performed innovation on the foreign trade of the company in the form of sales, operating profit and ROA, established and tested hypotheses. The aim of the thesis is, based on the assessment of the impact of product innovation on foreign trade, to propose appropriate measures in the field of foreign or domestic market for a particular company.
