Division of state authority ilustrated on the example of the Czech Republic and French Republic with the focus on the position of the head of the state

1 Abstract: The division of state authority ilustrated on the example of the Czech Republic and French Republic with the focus on the position of the head of the state Key words: separation of state authority, constitutional laws, the legislative, the executive, the judiciary, the head of state, presidential system, parliamentary system Abstrackt: This thesis addresses the historical separation of state authority which is illustrated on the example of the Czech Republic and French Republic, especially on the position of the head of the state. The goal is to identify the identical and differing characteristics of the presidential status of both republics. The thesis is divided into three chapters and into a sub-chapters. The first chapter explains the development of the decomposition of the state authority from the first theoretical thoughts to the practical incorporation into the political system. The Second chapter describes in separate sub-chapters, the division of the state authority in Czech Republic and France. Third chapter is dedicated to the position, mandate, election and the competencies of the head of the state in both countries. Subsequently the gathered information is summarized in a sub-chapter, where the identical and differing characteristics of both presidential functions is discussed.

SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Zuzana Kubišová ABSTRACT: This thesis focuses on the analysis of football fans Bohemians Praha 1905th. It is divided into two main parts. In the theoretical part of the basic concepts, such as identity, ritual, play, football and club Bohemians Praha, 1905. Additionally, there are specified theoretical concepts such as the concept of we and they, or the concept of mob behavior. In the empirical part was first described research strategy, a strategy of qualitative research, data collection method, the selection of the research sample and maybe critique research. Subsequent data analysis has helped us to answer the research question and to find out the basic characteristics of football fans Bohemians Praha 1905. Development of the Czech social democratic party from 1998 to 2006

The thesis concerned with development of the Social Democrats in years 1998 - 2006. Major portion is attend to elections to the Chamber of Deputies, election programmes and their social policy and democratic legally consistent state. In the next parts I concerned with scandals on political scene, but also with civil initiatives criticizing all political events in the political party and governments of the Social Democrats.
Insurance products and their use in everyday life

The thesis deals with public health insurance. It is divided into four parts. The first theoretical part provides a conceptual framework for the subject: it presents a general definition of insurance, describes its nature, a brief history of insurance schemes and outlines types of insurance available. The second theoretical part focuses on core issues: it introduces the area of public health insurance, its nature, models, operation and other aspects which each insurance policy holder should be aware of. The first practical part examines the Czech market in public health insurance in 2014 and describes the products and benefits offered by selected health insurance companies valid until 23rd March 2014. The second practical part provides a comparison of selected health insurance companies and their products, followed by a suggestion of the most beneficial insurance company for a model client.

v anglickém jazyce In my thesis on Totalitarianism (taught through fiction as a theme of social sciences education) procedures and methods are described, which can work with this theme in an interactive way. The first part is devoted to the theory that the teacher must be an expert in his or her field in order to teach the subject - the definition of the term, its main features, and the general characteristics of the different views of experts on this phenomenon. The second part is devoted to the six selected books which are briefly described and where I search for signs of totality - in my thesis I propose to use fiction and through it familiarize students with totalitarian regimes in world literature. In the third part of the thesis I present the procedures and methods of using the Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking. I consider this material to correspond to the intention of my work and to be very effective. The aim of my thesis is to provide teachers with material that meets the requirements of modern education, which thy can use during their preparation for teaching in their classes.
Position of women in Plato's ideal state

This master thesis is focused on the question of women's position in Plato's ideal state. The text contains two thematic units. The first part presents the historical context of Plato's political thoughts and briefly characterizes women's status in ancient Greece. The second part is based on the study of two works The Republic and The Laws and tries to define women's position in the best polis. It considers the status of women in relation to family, education, civil rights and government. Particular attention is paid to the degree of women's participation in governing and public administration. The work compares the role of women in Plato's political projects, looks for their common features and accentuates the modern and innovative treats in philosopher's conception of women.
Comparison of electoral systems of the Parliament of the CR and the Bundestag of FRG

The aim of this master thesis is to compare electoral systems of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany. Firstly, basic terms regarding substance and types of elections, suffrage and primary classification of electoral systems are briefly characterized with the help of literature. Secondly, electoral system of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, its form in the context of the political system of the Czech Republic as a whole, its development over time and its impact on the results of elections in the last twenty years is described in detail. Furthermore, the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany is analysed in the same way, too. At the end of this thesis, advantages and disadvantages of both electoral systems are compared and their possible changes are outlined. Comparison of the British Labour Party Manifesto and the British Conservative Party Manifesto in the 2010 Elections

This bachelor thesis deals with a comparison of the british Labour Party Manifesto and the british Conservative Party Manifesto in the general elections of 2010. The thesis aims to describe general definiton of a political party, historic development of its definition, minimal and special definition of a political party. The focus is also on division of political parties due to the organizational structure and the political parties typology in the scope of the left-right polarity. The last part of the first chapter deals with the political party manifests. The second chapter aims to analyze the Labour Party Manifesto 2010 and its subchapters represented by the introduction, rebuilding the economy, education, health, crime and immigration, families and older people, communities and creative Britain, a green recovery, democratic reform and a global future. There is a Conservative Manifesto 2010 analysis in the third chapter and it deals namely with its subchapters change the economy, change society, change politics, protect the environment and promote our national interest. There is a comparison of both of the manifests in the last chapter, including the evaluation of the real activity of the conservative government elected in 2010 in the foreign policy area. Selected aspects of the development of liberalism

The thesis of this work is a treatise on liberalism in general firstly, what contains the etymology of the word liberalism. There are explained the beginnings of this orientation, dating back to ancient times and Middle Ages. The description of the beginnings of liberalism in England follows. The historical events of the time, which played an important role in the birth of liberalism, are accented. Liberalism is based on certain principles as well as any other social or political theory and in this work this principles are enriched especially by ideas of John Locke. Liberalism reached its height in England in the nineteenth century when it defended its leading position. Liberalism is not only social and political orientation but it plays an important role in economy also. It supports free trade without state's interventions and it promotes private enterprise. Although liberalism was often criticized by church representatives and particularly by Conservatives, liberal ideas are still current. Liberal Democrats are the third-largest party in the House of Commons in Great Britain. They have made a coalition government together with the Conservatives since 2010.
