Hypokinesia in adolescents
Hlinecká, Klára ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Bunc, Václav (referee)
Title: Hypokinesia in adolescents Objectives: The main target is, to find out how frequent and extensive the hypokinesis appears in terms of the exploratory subject. We mainly search for the relationship of high school adolescents to the physical activities, how often it's being practicised and in which kind of environment. Methods: In order to prove my thesis, we decided to use a long version of international standardized IPAQ questionnaire translated to the czech language. The exploratory sample consisted of 46 high school adolescent students. The results were afterwards analysed according to the basic statistic principles. Subsequently we compared the quantity of physical activity between boys and girls during seven days of the research. Results: The results of research apparently meet the criteria of the sufficient count of teenager activities. In the average the sample was evaluated as moderately active individuals in both gender types. Despite the negative public image in terms of quantity of youth physical activities, the actual rate meets general requirements. Boys reached the rate of 1333,8 MET- min/week, girls reached the count of 2013,9 MET-min/week. Keywords: adolescence, physical activity, lack of exercise, lifestyle

Title: Stimulation of strength abilities by short home exercise for women at the age of 50-65 years. Objectives: The objective of this work is to provide information about the influence of the short home exercise on muscle strength by a case study. Methods: Individually designed intervention program is based on the objective of this work and on a diagnosis of musculoskeletal system/locomotor system. Strength of the subject was measured through fourteen different strength tests by the isokinetic dynamometer. Subject's body composition was also measured by the bioimpedance method. Key words: muscle strength, Sarcopenia, age
Present physical activity and fitness of employed population in Capital city Prague.
Kučera, Patrik ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Bunc, Václav (referee)
The important role in the quality of living is the body and soul care. The ancient Greeks has already known, that health and soul care are very important. They professed so-called kalokaghatia or state of body and soul wellbeing. The objective of my bachelor thesis is the life style of the others. I will focus on the group of people, that should move the more then other people. I will investigate the working population in the Capital city Prague. I will focus on the group of employers from the large international companies. It will people with sedentary job. It means employment, where they are physically passive. I think, that this group of employers should offset their passivity the more than people with manual work or employment. I will investigate their complete life style. I mean their physical intervention, health care and eating habits. Using my research I would like to draw appropriate conclusions. Thanks to them, I would like to create or make some specific opinion on this group of people and employers. I will see, that my hypotheses will confirmed or refuted. Key words: physical activity, fitness, nutrition, comon population

Klasová, Kateřina ; Zahálka, František (advisor) ; Hráský, Pavel (referee)
Title: Vertical jump comparison of women's volleyball players Objectives: The aim of this work was to coparison of vertical jump, postural stability and body composition of women's volleyball players before and after season 2012/2013. During the season there was a deliberate intervention to develop explosive power. By the comparing the input and output of results we conclude that the training developed or didn't develop explosive power of the lower limbs, and that had an effect on body composition and stability. Methods: The study included 10 women from 2. Volleyball League (n=10 , age = ± 20,6 years, height = ± 172,7 cm, BMI = ± 0,19 kg/cm2 ). For input and output testing, we used three different tests. First, we measured body composition, then postural stability (1) narrow standing with eyes open (the US-OO), (2) narrow standing with eyes closed (the US-ZO), (3) standing on the right lower limb "flamingo test "(the FLA-R), (4) stands on the left lower limb (the FLA-L). Finally, the players performed six types of vertical jump. Jump with the upper limbs (V1 - Countermovement jump free arms) jump without the help of the upper limbs (V2 - Countermovement jump), jump from squatting (V3 - Squat jump), when the whole movement only made up, without countermovement, block jump (V4 - Block), moving one...

Title: Designing eating plans for women and men suffering from overweight. Find which aspects made positive influence to the state. Methods: The study selected five women and five men suffering from overweight. None of them did not operate or operate professionally or competitively any sports. Selected men and women would like to change your lifestyle and this study they had to be developed. I put probands and their questions about their past activities, health and relationship with food. In addition, I measured using bioelectrical impedance and tailoring meter. The last parameter that interested me was the weight, which I measured using scales. Based on all the identified model parameters was compiled weekly individual eating plan and recommended physical activity. The study lasted six months, during which I attended probands and continuously measured them. After 180 days was made final assessment of the impact of changes in eating habits to influence overweight and obesity. Results: The study demonstrate that physical activities, diet changes and lifestyle changes have a big influence on overweight or obesity fight. Keywords: obesity,...

Teunerová, Andrea ; Baláš, Jiří (advisor) ; Hráský, Pavel (referee)
Title: The Effect of Flowin Intervention Programme on Core Objectives: The aim of this work was to verify the validity of field testing HSS focusing on M. transversus abdominis and evaluate short-term intervention program Flowin to strengthen the CORE group floorball players. Methods: The research group (n = 13) consisting of junior elite floorball players were randomly divided into experimental (N = 7) and control (N = 6) group. The experimental group underwent a 10-week program Flowin aimed at strengthening CORE. The control group continued normal training. The level of engagement CORE was assessed by modified Bunkie test. This is a test in three positions with the aim to maintain the line shoulder-hip-ankle for 30 s. Objectivization was based on video and evaluation path node. To verify the validity testing CORE was selected from a physiotherapist. The four parameters determining the state of the deep stabilizing muscles evaluated on a scale of 1 to 5. It was chosen testing before and after the intervention program. Results: Demonstrated no relationship trajectory node with the evaluation of physiotherapists (R = 0.105). Was no evidence of effectiveness of the intervention program Flowin (average total trajectory in the second measurement was performed in the experimental group: 0.16 ± 0.14 m,...
