Creation of unusual tours for travel agency

Thesis is focused on creating tours for new or already existing travel agency, which should reach its new potential clients. This mainly includes students and graduates who are facing financial constraints due to lack of time devoted to studies and practice. Trips offered are also designed for adventure tourism enthusiasts and sports activities. The goal of the travel agency is to offer and authentic experience with sufficient freedom of self time management.
The first part describes basic theoretical background compiled through the analysis and compilation of information from scientific literature and Internet sources. The practical part is divided into three sector. First, is an analysis of the competitive environment, followed by a questionnaire survey investigating the relationship of potential customers for unconventional tourism. Finally, two sample tours are constructed and calculated which could become a new product of the travel agency. The result is an evaluation whether the tours would be feasible in the described form or whether there is a theoretical interest in them.

Tourism Chosen Destination in the Czech Republic

For this bachelor thesis was chosen the destination Mělník for closer elaboration. The first part of this bachelor thesis tells about the tourism as a concept, its species and services which depends to the tourism as well. All of this was compiled by the study of specialized literature. In a second part of thesis is analysed the chosen locality Mělník. It is a city which lay on the confluence of the rivers Labe and Vltava in Central Bohemian region. This locality is famous for its historical appearance and large vineyards. Destination is closer analysed by the use of preconditions for development of tourism. Its attractiveness is reviewed for the visitors of the city. This was elaborated on the basis of study of the internet sources, including the data of the Czech Statistical Office and promotional materials for the chosen destination.

The area of Pribram, which is a town in Stredocesky region, was selected to answer the issue of contemporary situation in touristic destinations. The first part aims to characterize tourism in broader, general terms. This part includes information about tourism, typology, defining accomodation and food services and also importance of destionation. The second part is practical and deal with characterization of Pribram's region. It includes description of said region, natural and cultural conditions, accomodation, food services and transport availability. On the basis of current market offers, it was the goal of this work to create three holiday packages in this region for pre-fined groups.

The Chosen Destination Question on the Tourist Industry Market in the Czech Republic - Sevilla

The subject of the thesis is an analysis of the selected tourism destination, in this case the city of Seville on the Czech market. The first part deals with theoretical approaches concerning the issue. Furthermore, a brief characteristics of the territory in several respects are described. The following chapters deals with the research itself. Within the tourism destination there are discussed various specific factors which are creating a significant influence.In the following chapter the behavior and preferences of tourists are analyzed based on the survey. The survey of the market of the Czech Republic is made following the replies of the respondents. Offers from various travel agencies are summarized at the end of this work. The result is an evaluation of the status of the selected destination on the Czech market, and the proposal of possible recommendations for tourism businesses which are operating in the given destination.

Catering and Accommodation Services in Tourism in the Chosen Destination

This bachelor thesis describes using catering and accommodation services of Tourism in destination Nový Bor. This area lies in northern Czech, in district Česká Lípa. The object of thesis was created recommendations for potential increase catering and accommodation services in this area. The recommendations are based on results of survey, realized right in location, and focused on visitors of this area. The Survey was composed from 24 questions focused on using of mentioned services, quality of their providing or preferences for choosing a facility. The Survey has been filled by 127 respondents. The respondents were chosen randomly, at tourist attractive places in locality. From the results of survey were create several recommendations, which could improve using catering and accommodation services in this area.

Financial risks of the company

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to financial risks of the chosen company. Main goal of the bachelor thesis is to identify, valorize and analyze the risks of the company and provide a solution of it. The thesis is divided into three main parts: theoretical, analytical and proposal part. In the theoretical part the concepts of financial risks are defined, based on the literature review. Specifically the concept of risk, risk division and it's classification. Next part of the thesis is the analytical part, which
is focused on the usage of concepts from the previous theory followed by the application of the concepts into the practice, by applying the financial risks into the concrete company. For the analytical part the method of survey and interview with the company owner
is used. In the proposal part the author of the thesis evaluates her own recommendation for the given firm, how to minimize the identified financial risks.

Agrotourism in the Vysočina Region

This thesis is based on the development of rural tourism and agro-tourism in the Vysocina area. In the tourism industry there are new trends that are mindful of protecting and taking care of the environment, among this being, rural tourism, agro-tourism and eco agro-tourism.
The first part is based on theoretical foundations concerning the tourist industry, its services, subjects, rural tourism, agro-tourism and business.
The research part is aimed at the demands in agro-tourism. It discovers the ways in which respondents prefer to spend their leisure time, which part of their time is spent in the Czech Republic, as well as observing the respondents´ knowledge of offered possibilities in rural tourism and agro-tourism. Preferences in accommodation and catering, are also observed. A further part of this thesis is dedicated to the theme of doing business in the area of agro-tourism. The focus point of this work is dedicated to two selected Eco farms in the Vysocina area.

The main scope of this thesis, which is titled Wellness Tourism and its Potential in Eastern Bohemia is based on analysis of current offer of business entities in this region, create the own proposal of wellness packages.
In the theoretical part are mentioned some definitions of tourism, its types, forms and the assumptions. In the second part is described the concept of wellness, its typology and also are mentioned the institutions providing wellness and spa services.
The analytical part is shortly devoted the characteristic of the region Eastern Bohemia and the analysis of the business entities providing the wellness and spa services in this region. At the conclusion of the work are created own wellness packages and is evaluated the potential of the Eastern Bohemia for the sector of wellness and spa.

Internet Offer of Accommodation in a private Properties as a new Trend in Tourism

This bachelor thesis describes the new trend of Tourism, which is the Internet Offer of Accommodation in private Properties. Because of modern technology, the possibility of accommodation with private hosts becomes very popular and is spread throughout the world. In the first part, this thesis deals with the definition of basic concepts related to tourism, accommodation services and sharing economy. The practical part assesses the current situation of accommodation services and another part is a case study of company Airbnb, which acts as an intermediary between supply and demand of private accommodation. The thesis includes a survey, which examines the popularity of these services and provides opinions from perspective of the guest and the host. The final part implies the appreciation potential of this new trend.
