Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje finančním rizikům zvoleného podniku. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je ve vybraném podniku identifikovat, zhodnotit a analyzovat rizika a navrhnout jejich řešení. Práce je rozdělena na tři části: teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou část. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy finančních rizik na základě studia odborné literatury. Jedná se především o pojem riziko, dělení rizika a jeho klasifikaci. Nedílnou součástí této práce je analytická část, která se zaměřuje na využití poznatků z teoretické části a následnou aplikací těchto poznatků v praxi, pomocí aplikace finančních rizik na konkrétní podnik. Pro vypracování analytické části je využita metoda ústního dotazování a neřízeného rozhovoru s majitelem podniku. V návrhové části pak autorka vytváří vlastní doporučení pro zvolený podnik, jak identifikovaná finanční rizika minimalizovat. This bachelor thesis is dedicated to financial risks of the chosen company. Main goal of the bachelor thesis is to identify, valorize and analyze the risks of the company and provide a solution of it. The thesis is divided into three main parts: theoretical, analytical and proposal part. In the theoretical part the concepts of financial risks are defined, based on the literature review. Specifically the concept of risk, risk division and it's classification. Next part of the thesis is the analytical part, which is focused on the usage of concepts from the previous theory followed by the application of the concepts into the practice, by applying the financial risks into the concrete company. For the analytical part the method of survey and interview with the company owner is used. In the proposal part the author of the thesis evaluates her own recommendation for the given firm, how to minimize the identified financial risks.
