Title: Efect of compensatory exercises on female floorball players - category women, Czech top league Objectives: Diagnose muscles with a tendency to shorten and weaken and take the basic anthropometric parameters of female floorball players. Build a stack of exercises focusing on problem areas that are not difficult to perform and don't require correction of another person. Methods: A case study in which we watched the female floorball players aged 18-32 years. Diagnose of shortened and weakened muscles was performed according to Janda muscle function test, method pretest - posttest. The measured values from pretest were compared with posttest values. In the meantime the intervention program (form of compensatory exercises) was applied on female floorball players. Results: 70% of the players were identified estimated muscle imbalances that arise from the nature of this sport. It has been shown that two months of exercise can positively affect shortened and weakened muscle. The change of the degree of "short" to "unshorted" occurred in 41% of muscles. For positive influence on physical fitness is the effect of healthy nutrition and other physical activities execpt of swimming very important. The second research method has been the standardized test baterry Unifittest 6-60. For the 6-15 years old children speifically these data and measurement: age, height, weight, long jump (from static position), sit-up 60s, Leger test. In the beginning of December I've taken the first primary of measuring. After 3 months of training intervention I've taken the secondary part of measuring. Subsequently I've evaluated the gained information. Results: We have compared the primary (entrance) measurement results and the results of secondary measurement after 13 weeks of surveillance. After 13 weeks of intervention we didn't found out statistical significant differences...

Analysis of motoric tests of footbal players
Hochmal, Marek ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Hráský, Pavel (referee)
Title: Analysis of motor tests football players Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to assess motor skills and posture among footballers and analyze individual sub-tests in terms of post game player Method: To evaluate the individual tests were used methods of observation. Over four years, was tested using 14 tests 161 football players junior category, 18 goalkeepers, 46 defenders, 32 midfielders and 65 attackers. The results were presented in the form of bar graphs. Results: Partial confirmation of the hypothesis No. 1: results of motor tests, physiotherapy and sports readiness are able to capture qualitative and quantitative changes in the training process. Confirmation Hypothesis 2: Results of the survey of selected anthropometric tests and physiotherapy are dependent on gaming position. We verified the appropriateness of including physiotherapy examination to test batteries and need medical evidence. Key words: Football, measurement, older pupils, motor tests, physiology.
Motion programmes to influence body composition and physical fitness of seniors
Hráský, Pavel ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Štilec, Miroslav (referee) ; Holmerová, Iva (referee)
In this work we focused on the application of physical activity, which aimed to reduce the negative impact of physical deprivation and associated functional and structural changes in the musculoskeletal system. The principal criterion was the diagnosis of the organ systems of the locomotor system, focusing on the muscular system. The subsequent application of appropriate forms of exercise intervention was designed to mitigate the effects of the aging process and functional changes in the body of the senior individual. Finally, we wanted to assess the impact of changes in body composition in its own self- sufficiency and independence of older people and the quality of life of older people in terms of physical and psychosocial aspects. The most significant is the loss of muscle mass, sarcopenia development, increase fat mass with frequent reductions in body weight. The focus of our work and its specific purpose is to clarify the influence of the applied physical interventions. To assess changes in body composition are needed for our work used the method of multi Bioanalysis. Results in body composition in older adults have been evaluated and intra-individual measured data were compared with the general senior population. Kinesiology testing shortened muscle groups was carried out repeatedly to reduce...

Stuparič, Jan ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Kramperová, Veronika (referee)
Title: Effect of 12 week intervention programme on selected components of body composition of seniors Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to determine whether the 12 week intervention programme can positively affect the selected components of body composition of seniors. Methods: For the needs of this thesis the measurements of body composition by using bioimpedance methods was used in this thesis. The questionnaire was used for gathering needful information concerning the implementation of physical activity of quality of life. Based on the collected data the 12 week intervention programme was recommended to seniors. After 12 weeks the output measurement and comparison of input and output data was done. The changes of maximum hand grip measured by using hand-held digital dynamometer were observed. Results: In the term of 12 week intervention, this study has not show either significant changes in amount of free fat mass of seniors, who increased the weekly volume of physical activity or significant changes in the percentage of fat mass of individuals, who performed aerobic activity. The study proved significant decrease in ECM/BCM ratio of individuals, who have gone through the resistance exercise. In general, the tendency of qualitative improvement of body composition of seniors was...

Title: Excercise regimen in active seniors Aim: This thesis sets out to find out wheher the active elderly people follow guidance of general recommnedations for the excercise regimen designed for them. I'm trying to find out whether the frequency of excercise changes through positive biosocial variables. Secondary goals of the research are monitoring the activity preferences and the level of health condition of the elderly. The last secondary goal of the research is measuring the condition of their muscular apparatus with the help of a hand grip (hand squeezing test), that reflects to a great degree the physical ability of a person. Methods: In this thesis specialist publications were researched, content analysis of a survey was perfomed and a comparison of found results has been carried out. Results: The results for fulfilling the recommended excercise regimen by the active elderly population have been confirmed. The effect of some positive biosocial variables has been confirmed, albeit not all of them. We found out what excercise activities are preferred by our elderly and the test for their muscular strenght was performed to find that the elderly people, visiting fitness centers regularly are stronger than the rest of elderly population. Keywords: age, elderly, seniority, excercise activity,...

Weight transfer during the putting stroke
Kosina, Jan ; Gryc, Tomáš (advisor) ; Hráský, Pavel (referee)
Title Weight transfer during the putting stroke Objectives Description of weight transfer during the putting stroke and comparison of interindividual and intraindividual stability due to parametres accuracy and weight transfer. Methods Theory was build up by researching method alongside with studiing technical literature. Testing group consisted of professional golfers. Weight transfer was measured by two plattens KISTLER a kinematics of movement was observed by kinematic analysartor CODA motion system. The analysis of interindividual and intraindividual stability was based on data collected during the testing of professional golf players. Results High interindiviual and intraindividual stability of execution was proved due to parametres weight transfer and accuracy. It was proved that capability of accuracy and stability of execution weight transfering is decreasing alongside with longer distance. For description of weight transfer critical phazes of movement were estabilished. By the measurement was discovered how the weight is transferred during the putting stroke. Key words Golf, weight transfer, putting stroke, force effect, accuracy
