Political marketing and Perosnal Branding in the Online Public Sphere: A case Study of Dominik Feri and Matěj Hollan

The bachelor thesis is focused on Matěj Hollan's and Dominik Feri's personal branding on the social network Facebook. The thesis was divided into three main parts - theoretical, methodological and practical. In the theoretical framework, concepts necessary to understand the issue are introduced. The methodological part presents the research model with its advantages and disadvantages and finally, the practical part examines the communication of both subjects on the mentioned social network in October 2016. This thesis aims to discover if Facebook profiles of the two mentioned politicians show elements of personal branding. If this hypothesis is confirmed, the secondary aim of the thesis is to find out how their personal branding is reflected and what is the difference between them. The qualitative research methodology was selected for the research, specifically the descriptive analysis and the semi- structured interview.

Transgenerational Epigenetic Inheritance in Mammals

Transgenerational epigenetic inheritance in mamals is a widely discussed topic in today's biology. Epigenetic modifications are molecules that play a crucial role in regulation of gene transcription. Epigenetic modifications regulate another epigenetic modification's establishment. The extrinsic and the intrinsic cellular or organismal environment is involved within the establishment of epigenetic state. The molecules involved in epigenetic processes are able to regulate gene transcription in reaction to the environment and therefore these molecules partly shape the phenotype. Most importantly, epigenetic processes are affected by cellular or organismal history. A question emerges: Are these molecules able to transfer information through germline to subsequent generations? The analysis of certain moves by the libero in volleyball when not in possession of the ball

This thesis focuses on the analysis of certain moves by the libero in volleyball when not in possession of the ball. I analyse individual sequences with the help of the DartFish software program, which I apply to situations following serve of my team and that of my opponent. Movement is analysed up to the moment the libero makes contact with the ball, as well as after contact. The theoretical section introduces the reader to volleyball as a sport. Here I address individual moves in play with emphasis on the actions of passing and digging, the libero's main functions. The conclusion of the theoretical section also provides basic information on the diagnostic programs Datavolley and DartFish, which are used for breaking down volleyball moves. In the research section, movement of the libero during a match while not in possession of the ball is analysed. I examine the distance of moves during individual rallies, the time of moves, starting positions, and positions while passing and digging. Conclusions are drawn based on the results, which are then evaluated and compared. Key words: libero, defence, starting position, movement in the court, analysis, DartFish. Mesenchymal stem cells and the possibility of their transdifferentiation into insulin producing cells.

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have been demonstrated in almost all tissues of the body. Their main source is bone marrow and adipose tissue. These cells are multipotent, e.g. they are capable of differentiating into a variety of cell types. They are able to migrate into damaged tissues. Their other relevant property is a specific suppression of imunity. In the body they serve as precursors for specialized cell types and they also participate in formation of specific tissue microenvironment. Their properties represent a great potential in a wide range of clinical therapies. Besides other possible applications they could be used in the therapy of diabetes mellitus type one. During this disease insulin producing -cells are destroyed. MSCs have been used in experimental in vitro and in vivo studies to differentiate into insulin producing cells. However these cells are not able to produce sufficient amounts of insulin to exclude the supportive administration of exogenous insulin. Therefore there is a need for further research in this field of possible therapy.

Streamlining of teaching reading and writing at 1st grade of primary schols using interactive whiteboards

Diploma thesis deals with the possibility of more effective teaching reading and writing in the first stage, using an interactive whiteboard. The theoretical part contains information about the development of methods of teaching reading and writing in history. But deals with the overview of human development and its preparedness to teach early literacy skills. There are also included information about the methods of redress and how to improve their reading and writing disorders. The theoretical part of the work also provides information mainly related to interactive whiteboards and its use for education. The practical part of the thesis focuses on public awareness survey about the use of interactive whiteboards. And the rate determined using interactive whiteboards in the classroom, and teacher's satisfaction with this modern technology. There are aslo presented examples of worksheets pro an interactive whiteboard.

Diagnosis of Selected Didactic Terms of Students of Teaching and Primary School Teachers

This thesis deals with the problem and subsequent diagnostics of selected didactic concepts. The main objective was to determine to what extent the perception of selected didactic concepts is connected between pedagogical faculty students and teachers at first level primary school in practice. The theoretical section focuses on the definition of concepts included in the research and a description of the semantic differential method. The practical section examines the research results and subsequently processes these using the semantic differential method.

Issue and trade with government bonds

This bachelor thesis focuses on the czech government bonds market. It describes the issue by auction organized by the Czech National Bank and the legal enactments which deal with this procedure. Important differences between treasury bills and medium term and long term bonds are mentioned. The analytical part of the thesis is concerned with the relationship between the government bonds and the public debt of the Czech Republic, describes the public debt development in light of it's term of maturity and it's holders. The closing part focuses on the pofitability of czech government bonds and it's yield curve.
