Peterková, Lucie ; Velenský, Michael (advisor) ; Šťastný, Petr (referee)
Title: Analysis of load referee during basketball games in different age and performance level. Objectives: Record heart rate, run the distance, match time, load zone of selected referee during basketball games. Gathered data compare between different competition levels. Methods: Analysis of outcomes gathered based on measurements of basketball referee during basketball games using sport tester RS800 and Nike iPod sensor. Measurements where gathered during season 2014/15 in the range of 48 measurements. Results: Research prove that the heart rate of basketball referee differ based on what level and competition she supervised. Expected hypothesis was proved that with growing category grow average heart rate, consequences of this fact is longer distance run during the game which means faster pace of the game and growing mental load which impact the referee. Keywords: rules, match, sport tester, heart rate, load zone, nervousness, player, coach, match time, category, competition

Title: The relationship between physcal fitness and body somatotype in soccer Author: Lucie Hrušková Head of work: Mgr. Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Objectives: To find relationship between physical fitness and body compositon in young soccer players in Povltavská football academy Methods: The main scientific method was observation. The research sample consisted of 25 young players (9.9 ± 0.4 years). Physical fitness wass measured by Unifittest 6-60 a body somatotype was measured according to Heath-Carter method. Correlation analysis was used for identifying of relationships between variables. Results: A significant correlation (r = -0.62; p˂0,001) we found endomorphic between the component and the assay score UNIFITTEST (6-60). This relationship indicates a higher level of physical fitness of players with lower levels of fat. Upon closer analysis of individual tests UNIFITTEST 6-60, we found a significant relationship only between the shuttle endomorph and endurance test. Furthermore it was found above the average test score Unifettestu (6-60) in 76% of the players. More than half the players (52%) are ektomorph - mezomorphs or mesomorphic - ektomorph, which is considered the best category somatotype for physical (sports) activities. Key words: somatotype, physical strenght, endomorph komponent,...

Title: Evaluation of strength development during the hockey season in category of younger cadets Objectives: The main objective is to determine the effectiveness of the two months weight training program in the racing season 2014/2015 with a younger junior category players in ice hockey. Based on the results of motor tests before and after the intervention to assess the effectiveness of strength training, respectively. ineffectiveness of strength training. Another goal is to perform a literature search of titles that deal with issues of youth strength training. Methods: This research work was realized with the help of motor testing method. Results: In both monitored file has been changed levels of power capabilities. The research group was divided into two sets. A set of graduated strength program, file B is not. In individuals from Group B were major changes of power capabilities, although weight training did not pass. Individuals who, have at least the first measuring points is compared to the last testing improved the most. For individuals who have the most points in the first measurement occurred against the last test for such a big change. The explosive power of the lower limbs in handball.
ABSTRACT Title: The explosive power of the lower limbs in handball. Objectives: To create a program to improve explosive power of lower limbs of the cooperative older juniors handball. Methods: In experimental and control groups, we used the classical testing on a random basis. I also used three method during the experiment to develop explosive power of the lower limbs: contrast, speed, plyometric. It was also used statistical method for comparing results. Results: The finding is that in the reporting team was created explosive...
The Preparation of an Athlete for Bodybuilding Competition
Nosková, Tereza ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Šťastný, Petr (referee)
Title: The Preparation of an Athlete for Bodybuilding Competition Goal: This Thesis aims to describe in detail how to prepare an athlete for a competition in bodybuilding in bikini fitness category. The effect of a training was assessed on the basis of body composition, performance and placing in national competitions. The emphasis was placed on the reduction of body fat while maintaining muscle mass. A partial goal was a participation of a competitor in body building competition in bikini fitness category and achieving the best possible position. Methods: In thesis, there were used anthropometric methods, i.e. body measurements of chest, waist, stomach, hips, thighs, calves and arms. With help of InBody device, changes of body composition were evaluated. There were not used any invasive methods during the research. Strength training lasted 60-70 minutes 6 times a week for 16 weeks. Aerobic activity was included from the 7th week of preparation and lasted 45 - 60 minutes. Results: The result of thesis in meaning of reducing fat while maintaining muscle mass was positive. There was a weight reduction from 62.8 kg to 56.4 kg, i.e. a reduction of 6.4 kg. Skeletal muscle mass decreased by 0.2 kg from the original 28.2 kg to 28 kg. Body fat decreased from 10.2 kg (16.2%) to 6.1 kg (10.8%), i.e. 4.1 kg. After the...

Čečelský, Jakub ; Šťastný, Petr (advisor) ; Petr, Miroslav (referee)
The name of this dissertation: Differences between comparison using anthropometry and 3D scanning of the upper body with a power-trained athletes and football players. The aim of this dissertation: Compare the outputs of anthropometric measurements and measurements using 3D scanning for upper body power-trained athletes and football players. Method: The contents of this work was measured antropometri (height, weight, length arm width skinfold, measurement epicondyle, physical circuits) scanning both arms chest. Somatotype was measured using a method of Heath-Carter. Correlation analysis was used to search the potential of the relationship between variables. The sample consisted of 24 subjects in two groups. ST group (power-trained) = 15 probands FB group (playing football) = 9 probands. Results: I summarized the findings of anthropometry and 3D scanning with using literature. Statistical and real significance has shown differences between study groups, and therefore we can conclude that despite similar somatic composition are frictionally trained demonstrably more active muscle on the contrary, we found that the total mass We clearly does not affect the age, size, or percentage of fat that had little effect on intergroup comparison. This means that despite the diversity of sporting focus of the two...
Development of Individual Skills in Floorball

Title: Development of Individual Skills in Floorball Objectives: Main goal of this thesis is to gather known theoretic findings about improvement of the individuals playing skills focusing on often repeated mistakes and creating the set of exercises in logical succession for improving the teaching methods of the particular problem using drawing and the description of the situation. Methods: This thesis is based on analysis and processing the theoretical applications and has a character of the literal retrieval of the topics that are related with the goals of this thesis - improving the playing skill of the individual. Exercising creation draws from my experiences that I gathered during my study time on UK FTVS and other information gained from detailed study of the relevant literature as well as from my own experience. Results: In the thesis I've used total of 24 resources from Czech and Foreign literature through which I gathered information related to the topic. Based on the obtained knowledge I've determined the commonly used mistakes made by the players while performing individual techniques creating series of exercises to help the players not repeating them in the future. Keywords: technique critical points, dribbling, ball leading, passing and receiving, shooting, floorball
