The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to describe, analyse and evaluate development, education and motivation of employees at a travel agency. The theoretical part defines the important chapters and concepts, which are necessary for the following analysis. In the following practical part the current state of development, education and motivation of employees at a specific russian travel agency is evaluated and analysed with the help of survey. At the end, there are a few suggestions on, what the travel agency could do to ensure even greater satisfaction of employees. This Bachelor's thesis is based on scientific literature devoted to the topic, company internal materials and the author's own experience, which she garnered while working in that particular company.

This bachelor thesis focuses on implementation and adaptation of Vietnamese immigrants to the Czech labor market including all legislative conditions regarding employing of the Vietnamese, starting by explaining the meanings of basic terms all the way to complex legal aspects which are crucial for legal functioning on the employer's side. Business activities of this minority are also mentioned as well as Czech-Vietnamese relations since their beginnings including bilateral treaties. For the practical part, interviews and comparison of two generations were chosen.

The goal of the Bachelor thesis is based on analysis to propose a recommendation of changes in evaluation system of banking institution. The theoretical part of Bachelor thesis deals with general information of personal tool, evaluation of employee. The practical part deals with analysis of the current evaluation system of employees in an unnamed banking institution and recommendations of changes based on a questionnaire survey.
The expectations of students and graduates from the future employer

The aim of this thesis is to outline the expectations of students and graduates from their future employer. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the aspects that affect characteristics of students and graduates as future employees. The theoretical part also concentrates on issues of unemployment and on the other hand it deals with supportive programs for student's employment. Other discussed issue is the Generation Y, and its nomenclature, time definition as well as its forming aspects and its characteristics at work place. The practical part is focused on comparing the theoretical assumptions with the results of the survey, answered by 319 respondents. The quantitative method was used in the survey through half-structured online questionnaire. Results outlined the expectations of students and graduates about starting salary and employee benefits, as well as the priorities when choosing a job and preferred work environment.

The bachelor's thesis of this work focuses on the future of team coaching. The theoretical part consists of the general perception of coaching and then specifically explains the team coaching; determines the benefits for coaches and trainees. In the practical part the author will carefully address and asses the use of team coaching in practice on the basis of using personal questionnaires. The aim of this work is to determine the future of the ČSOB team coaching, specifically, how the team coaching is perceived by the coach and how it is observed by the trainee, and additionally what team coaching brings to the company.
Analysis and comparison of personnel management in micro and small business

The subject of this Bachelor's Thesis is the matter of personnel management in conditions of micro and small businesses. Main goals are, except from improvement of theoretical knowledge of this field, most importantly a description of personnel management in two small Czech companies (ETC spol. s r.o. and Vyšehradský restaurant Kandelábr) and a following comparison of discovered facts with the research focused on specifics of HR management in small businesses which was conducted by VŠE academe researchers in 2006. The work itself is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical one is focused on the main conceptual apparatus corresponding with the analysed corporations and the importance of HR in such companies together with the most important personnel services. A description of personnel management with concrete examples of personnel work in the above named can be found firms in the practical part. The conclusion is dedicated to an evaluation of correspondence of discovered specifics with the mentioned research.

The main objective of this thesis is to present system of employee benefits in specific company and according to the provided research judge the employee satisfaction with this system. The theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis defines the term employee benefits, their meaning, objectives, structure and the ways of providing. This part also deals with current trends in benefits and outsourcing. The practical part describes company Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile, s.r.o. and its system of employee benefits. Part of the practical part is also own research of employee satisfaction with benefits which company current offers to them. In the conclusion of this thesis are evaluate results of this research and complemented by potential suggestions for changes.
Analysis of CSR in a company

The Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of corporate social responsibility (CSR) at PwC. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains basic concepts concerning the corporate social responsibility, as well as the history of CSR and reasons for implementing it. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the PwC network, mainly on PwC Czech Republic. Mentioned CSR activities done by PwC CZ and international strategy are used for comparison and evaluation, which also takes place by means of international standards. Results of the analysis serve as a basis for identification of space for improvement.
