Cílem bakalářské práce je vymezit podstatu a posoudit efektivnost systému hodnocení a rozvoje námořníků ve společnosti Seatrade B.V., porovnat uplatňované zásady a postupy hodnocení a rozvoje pracovníků s teoretickými východisky, identifikovat hlavní přednosti a nedostatky systému a navrhnout opatření k řešení zjištění problémů a dalšímu zkvalitnění systému. Bakalářská práce je zpracováná s využitím dostupné odborné literatury a interních materiálů společnosti. A goal of this bachelor's thesis is to define the nature and assess the effectiveness of the evaluation and development system for seafarers at Seatrade B.V., compare the application of the principles and procedures with a theory, identify strengths and weaknesses of the system and suggest possible solutions of the problems and further improvement of the system. The Bachelor's thesis is based on available scientific literature and internal materials of the company.
