Probation in system of criminal sanctions from the point of view of prevention of recidivm

The theme of my diploma thesis is the efficiency of the probation supervision of the system of justice. My aim is to inform wheather and in which way the probation supervision helps to reduce the risk of crime's relapse. This diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is theoretical whereas the second one is practical. In the theoretical paragraph I explain the aims and reasons of probation supervision. The wide scope of taking advantages of this care is also mentioned. I describe all activities connected with the above. The pecularities of youngters's probation supervision are pointe dout, as well. Last but not least I inform about the course of the probation supervision and try to compare alternative sanctions to the imprisonment. A statistic survey of probation supervision in last few years makes a part of my thesis, too. The second part of my thesis is based on my practice in the centre of probation and mediation care. I mention the results of my research among the members of the working team in the above organisation and social worker's for youngsters and adults. Penitentiary and Post-Penitentiary care in the Czech Republic

Aim of my diploma thesis is to describe the system of penitentiary and post-penitentiary care in the Czech republic and determine whether and how it works link these two components in practice. This thesis consists of two parts - a theoretical one and a practical one. In the theoretical part I explain the expressions and the subjects that provide this care in our republic. I also try to clarify the purpose and the sense of this care and the relations between penitentiary and post-penitentiary care. I deal with the conception of work with defendant and convicted people, as well, and with the possibilities of work with clients in jail. I cpecify problems of this work in details. Last but not lest i mention upbriding, education and employment of people in the course of custody and imprisonment. The practical part of my diploma thesis is based on my praktice in the jailhouse Praha - Ruzyně that I manager in the course my studies. I start with guilty and convict clients there, then I mention the structure of the working team of specialist. The possibilities of the clients regarding the treatment is procedure, education and employment in this jailhouse make an important part of this diploma work. Gambling in the family kontext

Theme of bachelor thesis is a gambling in a family context. It focuses primarily on the effects of gambling family as a system, its functioning and stability. However, dealing with the causes, symptoms, treatment and prevention of gambling. I study pathological differences between men and women players. Consideration also to lay the issue gambling in children. The theoretical part contains 7 chapters. In the first chapter introduces the reader to basic concepts that relate to the topic. In the second chapter dealing with the causes of gambling, in the third and the specific features of gamblers - men, women and children. The fourth chapter is devoted to speech gambling. In the fifth chapter examine the individual effects of gambling and its impact on the functioning and stability of families. In the chapter dealing with possible solutions to the problem and treatment, in seven chapters and prevention. In the practical part takes place in the probe gambling impact on the functioning and stability of families. Research sample is ten families whose member is a pathological player. Educational Development as the Course of Study of Kindergartner's Self-evaluation.

Evaluation of the educational development is only one part of the self-evaluating process in kindergartens. It is very significant part mapping complicated system of the institutional education of pre-primary aged children. Concerning the personal development this age is the most important period which the basis of skills, life and word opinions and self-view is formed. It brings or self-confidence or some self-doupts and decrease the potential to reach successes in life. Substantial factor affecting child's self-recognition and helping to orient him/her self in amount of unfamiliar is besides of the family the kindergartens teacher. The partial chapters deal with the progress of education in kindergartens, defines the conceptions concerning with these processes and indicate the connections with curriculum changes. Taxation of Rental Incomes in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis addresses the international taxation of a selected income category. Namely, it concentrates on the taxation of income of tax residents and non-residents of the Czech Republic arising from the rent of immovable property in the Czech Republic. In regard to the focus of the thesis, there are presented model situations that illustrate the method of taxation and the use of methods of avoiding double taxation.

The Optimalization of Debts Recovery Procedure

Thesis pursue an aim to introduce reader to problem of unsettled debts, outline way of debts recovering at company ORKÁN plus, s.r.o. (L.t.d.) and draw up system of debts recovering procedure apllicable to consulting companies. Theoretic part of thesis defines a debt, shows certain stages of debt lifetime, and deals with 1) comparison of debts recovery procedure through court process (soud) and through (exekutor) 2) comparison of two basic ways of execution of a decision Analytic part of thesis consist of brief introduction of ORKÁN plus, s.r.o. (L.t.d.) company, analysis of present debts filing system at this company, then analysis of debts amortization and adjusting entries creation from tax and accounting standpoint, as well as analysis of company finance stability with regard to overdue debts. Part called „own proposed solutions“ contents recommended procedures of debts recovery and suggested improvement of present system of debts recovery procedure.

Proposal of Optimalization of Received Invoices Administration

Thesis aims to propose increasing the competitiveness of consulting firm that offers accounting, tax and management consulting through extending the range of products offered by the administration of incoming invoices of their clients. The aim of this study also suggest a system of administration of invoices received consultancy clients in order to minimize strain on the client's employees and authorized persons while enabling continuous work with these documents. The proposed solution can be applied for all types of organizations and structures.
