Hip hop as a physical activity

The aim of the thesis is to sketch a subject of the dance style of hip hop as the motion activity, and the inclusion of hip hop as a way of the lifestyle. The thesis defines the subject, the history if its creation and defines the main characters of particular style of hip hop dancing. Furthermore, the thesis also deals with the matter of use of the hip hop in the commercial courses and competitions, which are held by different organizations. The outcome of the practical part of the research are the reasons of choice of hip hop by particular fitness center clients.

Level of Motion Abilities of Children Older School Age in Aerobics Classes

Cílem práce bylo zjištění úrovně pohybových schopností u dětí staršího školního věku v zájmovém kroužku aerobiku a jejich následné porovnání s testovými normami. Zjištění úrovně pohybových schopností bylo provedeno za pomoci Unifit testu, čtyř složkového pohybového testování spočívající v testech leh -sed, výdrž ve shýbu nadhmatem, skok daleký z místa odrazem snožmo a člunkový běh 4x 10 metrů. Celý soubor byl aplikován v září 2008 a lednu 2009. Získané hodnoty byly označeny jako dosažené skóre. Pomocí matematicko-statistické metody byla všechna skóre dále přepočítána na z-body a T- body.

Movement Activities for Children in a Nursery School in Pardubice

The aim of may research work to learn if the amount of physical and sport activities and possibilities for the children in our kindergardens in Pardubice are saticfactory. The work was also focusing on meanings of the parens regarding the teachers' professionality and ability to teach their children physical activities, and if parents prefer to use external sport specialists to cover sport-activities in our kindergardens. The result of my research work proves that children who are taught in Pardubice kindergardens have enough physical and sport activities, teachers are real professionals and external sport specialists would not be acceptable to suply pedagogical job in our kindergardens. The History of the AFK Bohemians 1905 Football Club

Historie fotbalového klubu AFK Bohemians 1905 je velmi dlouhá a bohatá. Nalezneme v ní mnoho úspěchů, cenných výher, cest do zahraničí či zajímavých lidí. Ale stejně tak i proher, sestupů, finančních problémů a jiných pozoruhodných momentů. Proto jsem si jako téma mé diplomové práce vybral právě historii tohoto fotbalového klubu. Dalším významným důvodem je fakt, že v tomto roce oslaví klub AFK Bohemians 1905 sto let účinkování vnáší bohaté fotbalové historii. A ačkoliv je v archivech mnoho materiálu zachycujícího jednotlivé etapy historie a vývoje klubu, nesetkal jsem se dosud s takto komplexně pojatou prací, která by souhrnně zpracovala celých sto let trvání klubu od samotného počátku, až do právě probíhající fotbalové sezóny. Jsou dokonce časové úseky, které nejsou zpracovány prakticky vůbec, nebo jen velmi stručně a povrchně. Jedná se např. o období v samotných počátcích klubu, tedy kolem roku 1905, sezóny v druhé polovině devadesátých let minulého století, anebo naopak překvapivě o několik posledních sezón. Samozřejmě, že je to dáno časem, ve kterém tuto diplomovou práci vytvářím a předpokládám, že v blízké budoucnosti se objeví další práce na stejné téma.

The Influence of Juggling on the Development of a Person?s Coordination and Psychomotor Abilities

The object of my Diploma work is demonstration of the juggling influence on the coordinating abilities and psychomotorics of man or more precisely on children with hearing impairments. The chapter called Motor development and movement describes movement, operating motor mechanisms, generally motor abilities and psychomotorics. There are mainly used literature information resource. Further we find characterization of notion juggling. The work itself reflects in its history, describes signification of juggling for man and accounts what way itself learn juggling skills. A group of nine hearing impairment children gets by about twelve juggling lessons under coaching of lector in research part of the work. There are used various methods - observation, testing of motoric abilities, study of electronic information resources, experiment, practice and dialogues. Motor abilities testing and observation results predicate improvement in various motor abilities by almost all tested children (all children involved in the experiment). Youth Volleyball in the Rakovnik District

Annotation: Volleyball is one of the most popular and widespread sports in the Czech Republic. It is spatially undemanding and can be played all the year round. Relatively simple rules are its important advantage that can be adopted according to possibilities and abilities of the participants. It is also sport with a very long tradition. This work covers the history of volleyball and its rules in the world as well as in our country. In poin of territory it deals with history of the youth teams in Rakovník region. The sports level of the ex - students of the 3rd Basic School in Rakovník after finishing the school was also the matter of interest. The work deals with the ways of selection of the volleyball talents
