Android Application for Git with git-lfs and git-annex Support

The target audience consists mainly of developers looking for an effective way to work with Git and large files on this platform. The user interface is therefore designed to provide a transparent environment which makes it effective in solving Git related issues.

Measurement of Transfer and Immittance Characteristics of Active Circuit Elements

This diploma work deals with active circuit elements and proposals of methods for measuring of some parameters of these elements. In the opening part the work deals with general classification of elements used in electronic circuits, ideal and real current sources and power supplies. Further there are stated basic parameters and characteristics presented by producers in a catalogue sheet for active elements MAX435, OPA660, AD844 and MAA741 element which already belongs to the history of IC. Main attention is paid to active circuit elements with current sources driven by CCCS (Current Controlled Current Source) and AD844 (high speed monolithic operational amplifier). In the work there is described a method for determining of selected parameters of active elements with CCCS. Examined parameters were frequency characteristics of current transfer, input impedance and output impedance. The proposed method was verified by a computer simulation on above mentioned active elements by means of PSpice software. Findings along with the description are summarized at the end of the work. In the closing part of the work there is undertaken a real measure of AD844 element based on the proposed method and the findings are compared with particular simulations. However, at first a flat connection board was made by means of EAGLE software and then the measure was performed on it.

Secure Communications in Wireless Embedded Systems

This bachelor thesis deals with secure communication in wireless sensor networks. There are given and described options of encryption protocols that using symmetric and asymmetric ciphers. This protocols are evaluated from aspect of computational performance and energy comsumption. Pursuant this evaluations there is designed and implemented key distribution protocol for symmetric cipher. Encryption of communication s implemented by IEEE 802.15.4 standard. This implementation is performed on ARM Cortex-M3.

The theoretical part concerns the most important concepts in the field of project management. Furthermore, the work represents an evaluation of the current state of project management in the company. Finally, a fictitious project from the production environment is planned and managed.

The determination of mycotoxins in commercial beers

Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites of microscopic fibrous micromycetes that are able to infect cereals. The use of contaminated materials can lead to transfer of mycotoxins into the final product, such as beer. The master’s thesis deals with the determination of mycotoxins in beers. The theoretical part of this thesis describes selected mycotoxins, their occurrence, toxic properties and legislative limits of the European Union. The theoretical part also deals with the description of beer production and the possibilities of mycotoxin determination. The theoretical part also describes the statistical methods used for data processing. The experimental part of this work describes the validation of the method for determination of mycotoxins in beers. This section also describes the optimization of mycotoxin extraction using a commercially available 11+Myco MS-PREP® immunoaffinity column. The conditions for the determination of mycotoxins on UPLC-MS/MS are given in this thesis. The validation parameters such as linearity, accuracy, precision, LOD and LOQ were determined. This section contains a description of beer samples used for the determination of mycotoxins. The goal of the thesis was to optimize and validate the method for determination of mycotoxins in beers. From the validation parameters, it was found that this method is suitable for its intended purpose, namely for mycotoxins aflatoxin B1, aflatoxin B2, aflatoxin G1, aflatoxin G2, fumonisin B1, fumonisin B2, fumonisin B3, ochratoxin A, ochratoxin B, zearalenone, -zearalenol, -zearalenol, -zearalanol, -zearalanol, deoxynivalenol, 3-acetyldeoxynivalenol, T-2 toxin and HT-2 toxin. The recoveries of this method ranged from 72,2 % to 100,0 %. The validated method was used for determination of above-mentioned mycotoxins in 89 beers. Of the total number of beers, 37 were produced in the Czech Republic and 52 in other European countries. Mycotoxins deoxynivalenol, T-2 toxin and HT-2 toxin were found in all beer samples. Common mycotoxins included fumonisin B1, ochratoxin A, -zearalenol and 3-acetyldeoxynivalenol. The mycotoxins aflatoxin B1, aflatoxin B2, aflatoxin G1, fumonisin B2, fumonisin B3, zearalenone and ochratoxin B were identified in less than 50 % of the samples. Mycotoxins aflatoxin G2, -zearalenol, -zearalanol and -zearalanol were not determined in any tested samples. The results of the analysis were subjected to statistical processing where the concentrations determined in Czech and European beers were compared. Principal component analysis and correlation analysis were created for aflatoxin B1, fumonisins, ochratoxin A, -zearalenol, deoxynivalenol, 3-acetlydeoxynivalenol, T-2 toxin and HT-2 toxin. The results of the analysis were compared with published studies.

Survey sketch execution in software in the Kokeš

The topic of this Bachelor's Thesis is to create three sample Survey sketches in the KOKEŠ program and to record video instructions for their creation. These instructions will further serve as a teaching aid in the subject of real estate cadastre. The first part of the Bachelor's Thesis deals with the KOKEŠ program, theory and history associated with Survey sketches. The second part discusses the practical process of creating a survey sketch from ordering it to handing it over to the client.
