Title: Influence of fear to efficiency in sports gymnastic. Goal of bachelors study : Detection influence of fear on learning of skills in vault. State what are the experieces of students with vault before their entry to UK FTVS and what are the most frequent reasons of fear in vault. Method : Research was made by asking thru question forms with students from third year UK FTVS, whose already passed semester of sports gymnastic. Results : Come to the conclusion that fear is very importatnt for efficiency in vault. Fear is the most often evoke by negative experience or by absence of any eperiences with this discipline. Title: Formative Influence of Acrobatic Rock'n'roll on the Quality of Posture in Children Aged 6-14 Work provides an overview of standardized tests and how to use them in a training process, through which we can evaluate the quality of the posture and assess the impact and appropriateness of applied physical exercise, means and methods in the practice of acrobatic rock and roll. The aim is to gain knowledge about the state of musculoskeletal deliberately selected dancers of acrobatic rock and roll aged 6-14 with a focus on quality assessment of posture. Work in the form of the case study seeks to highlight the significant impact of training load on the level of postural system. To evaluate the quality of posture we have taken tests by Klein and Thomas and Mathias's test and for examination mobility of tests by Janda and Kabelíkova, Vávrová. Values obtained (both aspektion and palpation), we recorded in the relevant forms and for their processing, we used the method of graphical comparison with Microsoft Office Word. Title: The fear of woman acrobatics in acrobatic rock and roll in category A Objectives: This thesis deals with acrobatic rock and roll in conjuction with frequently occuring emotion of fear. The aim is to carry out literature search, which will be supplmeneted by the experience and recommendations regarding this area. As a source of information We will use a questionare designed to be administered in several sports clubs of acrobatic rock and roll. Method: Research was made by using created unstandardized questionnaires. The research group consists of dancers of acrobatic rock and roll in category A. The results are interpreted by using the tables of frequency and pie charts using the functions in Excel. Results: Based on literature and infroamtion obtained from the questionares I assume that even dancers of acrobatic rock and roll are subject to a certain degree of fear, but cause of their fellings of fear are different stimuli. V. Závěr Hlavní náplň práce současných lékárníků tvoří výdejní činnost. Je nezbytné, aby si pacienti kromě léčivého přípravku odnášeli nejen dostatečné, odborné, srozumitelně podané informace o svém léku, ale také přesvědčení o možnosti úspěchu léčby a vlastní odhodlání léčit se. Aby farmaceuti pozitivně působili v tomto smyslu, je důležité, aby oni sami cítili určitou psychickou pohodu a pracovní spokojenost. Proto se tato diplomová práce zabývala faktory, které kladně i negativně ovlivňují práci lékárníků a farmaceutických laborantů. Podařilo se nám prokázat, že z hlediska uspokojení v práci a duševní rovnováhy jsou důležité zejména dobré vztahy na pracovišti i s pacienty, možnost pomoci jim v těžkých chvílích, které nemoc může přinést. Naopak psychické napětí a stres přináší konflikty na pracovišti a především s pacienty, velkým problémem je nedostatek času věnovat se důsledně jednotlivým pacientům a dalším činnostem. Podnětné by mohly být závěry vyplývající z hodnocení připravenosti absolventů farmacie pro výkon povolání. Velký počet lékárníků oceňuje dobré teoretické znalosti, z nichž některé jsou ovšem pro praxi nepoužitelné. Naopak vidí nedostatky v praktické přípravě, která by měla být více zaměřena na konkrétní situace a problémy v lékárně, čímž by se usnadnil nástup čerstvých absolventů do...

Title: Cheerleading - Methodical material of advanced stunts Objectives: The objective is to provide comprehensive outline of information about cheerleading and to create listing of recommendations for advanced stunts and practice of advanced stunts. Methods: Creation of chapter theoretical data was done by analyzing all available sources. The listing of recommendations for practicing advanced stunts was created by comparison of available literature concerning advanced stunts in cheerleading. Further we used the method of observation and then selected particular stunts for methodical material. Results: Comprehensive review of information about cheerleading. Title: The use of gymnastics in preparation (training) of young footballers Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to draw up a proposal of structure of the gymnastic motion programme for sports preparation of young footballers on the base of profiled intersection of gymnastics and football. The next objective is the mapping of a training plan of football youth in practice and obtaining football coaches attitudes to the inclusion of gymnastics to the training of their players. Methods: In the thesis it is used a method of questionnaire to get expression of opinions of coaches of young football players to this topic. Data collected from the questionnaire survey was processed by standard statistical methods in the programme Microsoft Excel. The theoretical part is processed by a form of literary research of available sources concerning the thesis topic. This part is finished by the profiled intersection of gymnastics and football. A proposal of motion programme is created according to this intersection. Results: It was found out that there is a big interest from the side of football coaches of youth to include gymnastic grounding to the trainings of their players. Title: Flexibility for football players in the student category U14 - U15 Objective: The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to help the questionnaire survey to monitor the use of basic gymnastics with a focus on the development of flexibility in the training of football players in the category of students (U14 - U15). The partial goal is to design a set of recommended exercises that can contribute to the development of flexibility. Methods: The research sample consisted of 6 football clubs (SK Slavia Prague, Bohemians 1905, SK Kladno, FC Košice, Lokomotíva Košice, Janočko Academy). To obtain information from the respondents, the method of qualitative questioning was chosen. We have created a non-standardized questionnaire, which is presented in an authentic form at the end of the bachelor's thesis (see appendices). We contacted the individual teams by phone and contacted the head coaches of the student categories. The selection of the sample was intentional, because we wanted to include the widest possible range in terms of performance and location (Slovakia, Czech Republic). Parkour as a new gymnastic sport

Theme: Parkour as new gymnastic sport Aims: The aim of this work is to introduce parkour as a new gymnastic sport and, based on the somatotypes measurements, define optimal profile of an athlet for this kind of sport with expressing differences in somatotypes with respect to individual parkour disciplines. Methods: To identify optimal parkour somatotype, there was made the measurement which includes survey of body weight using personal scale, height using altimeter, a biceps circumference in the contraction and calf circumference using measuring tape, a biepycondillary dimension of the humerus and femur using thoracometer and the thickness of skinfolds on the triceps, under the shoulder blade, over the hip, and calf using caliper pliers. The measured values of individual parameters were processed using Excel. Results: The group of probands participating in the research was composed of 50 men and 10 women who are doing this new gymnastic sport. Statistical processing of somatic characteristics of individual probands and its conversion into graphic format resulted in graphs of optimal somatotypes for this new sport separately for men and women.
