Business Plan
Kohoutková, Martina ; Navrátil, Jaroslav (referee) ; Rompotl, Jaroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a realistic and applicable business plan for a new business – a forest nursery. The diploma work is divided into four main parts. Part one describes the objective and methodology of work. Followed by the second part, a theoretical one, in which the theoretical knowledge and the starting point needed to create the business plan are described and explained. In the third part, I analysed, with help of the theoretical knowledge, the current market situation and the internal and external business environment. The last part includes suggestions for the business plan and is closed with a final summary and recommendations, which should contribute to the establishment and to the further development of the firm in the future.
I am here it is not
Daneková, Petra ; Hosnedlová, Klára (referee) ; Kohoutková, Karolína (advisor)
I have chosen the concept of mimicry, camouflage and disappearance because the subject of fusion and invisibility interests me. To vanish in the nature or in the city just with the help of body and clothes. For the purpose of this thesis I have created an outfit that will prove effectiveness of camouflage for the ordinary people watched by cameras everyday. By using this outfit I should find out whether digital devices are sophisticated enough to recognize a person even in the case that he has more legs or arms and his face is covered only with the eyes visible. In my thesis I am using several kinds of digital devices by which I am trying to figure out the effectiveness of created outfit. For comparation and better capture of person I have created two types of outfit. One of them is monochromatic while the second one, and more essential one, is printed with glitch. I am testing these two outfits both in exterior and interior. The outcome of the thesis are photographs and videos of person dressed in created outfits.

Shapelessness
Conde, Tamara ; Kohoutková, Karolína (referee) ; Jamrichová, Kristína (advisor)
The main body of my diploma work is composed of several paintings of large formats. These paintings depict the fusion, invasion, and profound alteration of two bodies being mixed into one. The paintings contain chunks of interwoven bodies of fleshy caucasian tones, that of my own body and that of oyster mushrooms. These formats are not placed in rigid confines. Along with the large paintings, there are two small formats on wood that resemble morphed organs between the two main models. These two small formats on wood play a fixed role in contrast to the loose canvases. These illustrative works of art play hide and seek with an explanatory audio for whoever roams too long in the installation. The documentation of the thesis text focuses on the partial historical reevaluation of humanity's notions of hybridity in a scientific and cultural sense. The text is structured to define the etymological logic of the keywords used to characterize the project, the philosophical implications these words convey, and to follow the links that tie my project to scientific concepts that are creatively misused in contemporary artistic practice even among other artists. To sum up, the text is structured in such a way as to define the reason why shapelessness is the best word to describe the ambitions of my artwork.
Probabilistic reliability and durability analyses of reinforced concrete bridges
Šomodíková, Martina ; Kohoutková,, Alena (referee) ; Sýkora,, Miroslav (referee) ; Lehký, David (advisor)
This thesis deals with the development of a complex methodology for probabilistic analysis of reliability and durability of reinforced concrete structures, especially road bridges. An estimation of load-bearing capacity is carried out using probabilistic methods in combination with the nonlinear finite element method analysis and also with respect to reliability requirements according to standards. The current state of the structure is taken into account based on the mathematical modeling of the degradation processes, such as concrete carbonation, chloride ingress and subsequent corrosion of reinforcement. Then the load-bearing capacity and reliability is predicted over time. Attention is focused on the upgrade of the analytical models for modeling of degradation processes with regard to the effect of mechanical load on the structure or its components, the development of an artificial neural network-based response surface method for efficient approximation of the original limit state function with respect to the accuracy and a minimization the number of simulations, and an interconnection of individual processes and advanced methods in an automatic process.
Jaromir Soukup
Smékalová, Barbora ; Surůvka, Jiří (referee) ; Kohoutková, Karolína (advisor)
In my final work I deal with the issue of media education, critical thinking. I mainly focus on the phenomenon of Jaromír Soukup and his shows on TV Barrandov and the strategies he uses to manipulate the viewer. In the final stage of the work I put everything into the village environment of Rudná pod Pradědem, whichs inhabitants I perceive as the target group of Jaromír Soukup. I confront them through a social event - a social experiment. Here a performance will be held, the main motive of it will be manipulation strategies, and it will be strongly inspired by the practices of so-called "šmejdi" and directly confronted with shots from JS shows.
Termination of Employment
Kohoutková, Pavlína ; Houšť, Radim (referee) ; Musilová, Helena (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is to find problems at the termination of employment, and to propose solutions to prevent these problems. It should produce positive results to the employers and employees as well as to the court and the state.
Talia
Drevenáková, Natália ; Csefalvayová, Petra (referee) ; Kohoutková, Karolína (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the rising trend in flax production. He perceives flax, its processing and properties as a mirror of a time when topics such as the climate crisis, fast fashion or overproduction are the center of attention. The company strives to respond to them with sustainability, locality and a zero waste lifestyle. This bachelor's thesis reflects the author's journey through the fashion scene and the sensation during her studies. As a metaphor for returning to the roots, he uses the original version of the Sleeping beauty story from 1634, called Sun, Moon and Talia. The author perceives Talia as her alter ego, as the form of the names Talia - Natália suggests. The original story is not mentioned as a flower on which the princess was pricked, but a rose but a flax. The work consists of a collection of clothes and uses a video medium and an advertising format for the presentation. The video is loosely inspired by the story of Sun, Moon and Talia.
