Monitoring is the artistic development of Brandeis, the principles of the Bauhaus and Johannes Ittena didactics. On the basis of preserved relic and historical sources are specified and documented the nature of methodology applied in Terezin. Content are observed with regard to the current didactics of arts and methods can be ispiring. Teaching part is devoted to contemporary educational and social institutions in which teaching practice has been implemented and these pictures were made at the art part of the thesis. Shinrin-yoku as a possible method of stress reduction

Pressure on performance is characteristic for current society. Constatly increasing demands cause many people increasing level of perceived stress. Chronic stress has become a serious problem nowadays, causing a significant number of physical and psychological problems. It is therefore important to focus primarily on stress prevention rather than on the elimination of adverse effects of stress. This bachelor thesis is focused on Shinrin-yoku as a possible method of stress reduction. The main principles of Shinrin-yoku are described, possible physiological and psychological mechanisms involved in the effect of practicing Shinrin-yoku, proven physiological and psychological effects of practicing Shinrin-yoku and practical applications of this method are mentioned as well. The research proposal is devised as a quantitative research with an experimental design. The aim of this research project is to find out how Shinrin-yoku influences selected physiological and psychological parameters.

Hodnocení klíčivosti vybraných genotypů konopí v in vitro podmínkách

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of uses of hemp, which is currently; when all of us wants to behave as ecologically as possible; very popular. The aim of this work was to choose the best germinated and vital varieties (Fibrol and Tisza) and use them for in vitro cultivation on medium contents heavy metals (cadmium and lead). Assessment of this experiment shows accumulation abilities of hemp and production of plant pigments (chlorophylls and carotenoids) during given stress conditions. The best results in growing factors (fresh weight, stem length, roots length, etc.) were recorded within the Fibrol variety. On the other hand in terms of accumulation better results were achieved with variety Tisza on cadmium–contents medium. At the same time, a variety of Tisza plants achieved a higher level of content of plant pigments. Although the photosynthetic apparatus
of plants was not fundamentally damaged by the action of heavy metals. The experiment confirms the hemp is a convenient hyperaccumulation plant.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company and Proposals for its Improvement

The topic of my bachelor thesis is called evaluation of the financial situacion of the company Alca plast, s.r.o. in between the years 2014-2018. To perform the analysis there were used selected financial indicators and their concepts are explained in the theoretical part. Next part is the analytical one and it is used for the evaluation of their results and then for comparison with a competitors company. In the end are described proposals for changes which should bring improvement of the financial situation of company.

Temporary Foster Care

The topic of this bachelor thesis is temporary foster care. The piece is divided into the theoretical and practical part; the theoretical part deals with the definition of terms in temporary foster care, adaptation of the child in the family, the role of a social worker, contact between the child and the parent and the issue of attachment. The aim of the work is to explore how foster parents cope with handing over the child and to bring into focus the formal flaws viewed by the foster parents. The thesis will also investigate whether there is contact between the foster parents and the child after handing the child over. The thesis establishes two research questions connected with the previously stated aim: 1. Which procedures help the foster parent cope with the separation from the child? 2. Are there challenges in temporary foster care that significantly influence the occupation of the foster parent? The practical part uses qualitative research strategy, the method of questioning and the technique of semi-structured interview. Statements of four communication partners were used for the purpose of collection of the data. The results were formed by the method of clustering. There were specific procedures discovered from the collected data, that help the foster parents cope with the leaving of the child. There is also a description of formal flaws that cause difficulties in the foster parents' occupations. The results of the work may serve as a basis for further research, as a compilation for comparison with recent researches, or as a supporting material during the teaching of similar subjects since there was a thorough examination carried out in the lives of the foster families. The contribution of the work may be the close view into the work of long-term foster parents and the determination of formal flaws that make the everyday reality in foster care difficult.

Backpack, hiking boots and mascara: Analysis of women independent travelling from the perspective of anthropology of tourism

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the gender aspects of women travelling and experience of women travellers, who set out to the non-Europe destinations on their own. The thesis is based on in-depth interviews with women travellers and analyze how these journeys are important to them. The thesis tries to point out that women's solo travelling directly effects their biography as well as career and status of these female travellers. Women independent travelling is introduced as the dynamic process, by means of which they acquire or verify the gender power and abilities, applicable to their personal life and work. Using the concepts of feminist theories implemented on women's travelling, I try to show that this type of travelling is affected by history and prefers male travelling, which displaces the individual women's travelling on the edge of the social and scientific interest. This thesis is based on the anthropology of tourism, particularly on the study of backpacking and set the experience of the woman traveller in the frame of the rites of passage. Moreover the thesis contains the analysis of the public and media discourse, focused on the real case of two young women kidnapped in Pakistan. Molecular biological methods in laboratory diagnosis pathogenic leptospires

SUMMMARY Title: "Molecular biological methods in laboratory diagnosis of pathogenic leptospires" During Ph.D. study programe real-time PCR method based on detection of gene encoding surface lipoprotein LipL32 was designed, devised and introduced into clinical laboratory practice of laboratory diagnosis of acute form of leptospirosis. Positive and negative analytical specificity 100 % in both cases was defined and limit of detection in range 1 - 5 copies of genome / ml of liquid biological material was determined. Real-time PCR method was in clinical practice on biological materials gained in period April 2010 - April 2013 from 295 patients suspicious on leptospirosis verified. Total number of 9 persons from whom 15 biological materials originated as LipL32 positive were evaluated. Real-time PCR was tested during the analysis of environmental samples for the presence of Leptospira. From 680 samples (surface water, waste water, wet substrates) were 5 real-time PCR reactions (0.7%) evaluated as borderline, results sequence analysis were repeatedly "uncultivable bacteria." All samples were as negative evaluated. From mention is clear that this method is not suitable for testing these materials. Financing of transport services

This thesis is occupying with transport services and it's financing. Main goal is appraisal of financial resources for transport services in South Bohemia region. At the beginning, work charakterize transport. It's talking about what role is transport playing in national economy, what is it's meaning and how it's influencing society. Then it's talking about regulation and controlling sphere of transport by transport government policy and shortly describing it's basic strategic documents. Definition of transport services and factors and meanings, which are influencing it, is necessary. In the end theoretical part describing three methods of financing transport services and talking about terms like compensation or provable loss, which are closely related to financing. Practical part is focused on South Bohemia region. It is describing transport services and analyzing financial resources. Public bus transport and regional train transport are solved separately. For analyze were used chosen statistic methods. In the end work is occupying with secondary goal of research, which is suggestion of yet unused method of financing transport services.
