The Importance of Manager ´s Communication

This Bachelor thesis focuses on defining the purpose of communication by using Communication scheme. This theory describes the basic principle of information transfer. The thesis explains the process of communication, how communication works, what influences it and what its functions and forms are. Important parts of communication which are focused on in this thesis are errors and barriers that occur in communicating and listening. The thesis also addresses the principles of successful communication. Managers need communication to influence individuals and groups, therefore achieving the objectives of their organization. The thesis also describes how oral and written communication is used in an organization together with modern means of communication, ecommunication. The second part, the practical part examines the question How has the role of communication changed in managerial work for organizations. In recent years there has been great technological development, which also brought new forms of communication in managerial work. The practical part explores how communication changed over the past 10 years in public administration - specifically in the Prague City Hall and Prague districts.
Motivation factors in tools relation to managing people

The bachelor thesis is focused on an employee motivation in an organization and its using in an efficient leadership. The bachelor thesis is based on a studying literature which is related to the subject matter and on the structured interviews with the managers of the chosen organizations. The theoretical part determines the basic concepts as a management, a role and tasks of a manager in an organization and a types of employee management. An emphasis was given on the concepts which deals with a general motivation as a motives of people, motivation resources and its obstacles. In the end of the theoretical part are defined the motivational theories by important psychologists. The empirical part is focused on the structured interview with the managers of the chosen organizations. The questions are focused on the way of motivating employees and the practical use of motivation factors.
Event Management

Event is an experience that is perceived by all the senses. Event management is a process involving the various activities that are assigned to staffers. Organizing special events became an individual field. If the manager understand the events as a communication platform gets into the hands of a modern, multifunctional and very impressive tool. The procedure to implement a successful event in a particular area is part of this work. The first part explains the issues of event management on the basis of studied literature. Attention is focused on management, managerial functions ,event management and his inclusion in the marketing mix and the sport management . The second part of thesis follows the practice, which the author participated in the company CZetGolf a. s. at the resort in Benátky nad Jizerou. Golf resort organizes tournaments for almost a year. One of the newly introduced series of tournaments called Benátecký divočák in this work is described in detail including all phases of the organization of the tournament. Research, analysis of the data and synthesis of obtained information leads to the development of proposals and advice for next year a series of tournaments.
The Motivation as a Leadership

This bachelor thesis is focused on using motivation as people management tool. The goal of this thesis is find out level of motivation in selected organization. This work consists of two key parts: theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on terms such as management and its historical development, management functions and leadership styles. This part also describes terms about motivation such as motivation itself and motivational theories according to causes. There are also briefly characterized non profit organizations and motivation in non-profit sector. Practical part deals with characteristic of non-profit organization AIESEC Prague. In this work is used guided interview, which is applied to executives. Evaluation is based on this responses of interviewed people. As the benefit of the work can be considered the results of the work, which can be used as a universal instructions to provide motivation in a non-profit organization.
