Hodnocení finančního zdraví komerčních pojišťoven na českém pojistném trhu

This diploma thesis deals with the financial health of the three largest commercial insurance companies of the Czech insurance market. The literature review part is focused on the financial health theme, largely treating the financial analysis in particular. Also, the literature review is concerned with in rating of insurance companies as well as with the level indicators of the insurance market. The practical part is focused on the development of macroeconomic indicators in the period of 2012-2016 and the development of the Czech insurance market. Next in this part, the financial analysis of the commercial insurance companies is presented. The assessment of relative, performance and market value indicators makes the substance of the part. The financial analysis is completed with the spider analysis of the period under review. Then the aggregate result comparison of the insurance companies and the industry follows. The financial analysis gives rise to the econometric model. The last part seeks to compare individual results with the analysis procedures in a broad context.

Function of adaptor protein NDFIP1 in T lymphocytes

T lymphocytes specifically recognize and promote immune response against pathogenic agents, which endanger health of host organism. However, this ability must be tightly controlled to prevent response against innocuous or self-tissue antigens, which would unnecessarily damage an organism. For a maintenance of this tolerance, there is a number of molecular mechanisms regulating T lymphocytes. The protein NDFIP1 is important component of these mechanisms. This transmembrane adaptor protein binds to E3 ubiquitin ligases from the NEDD4 family, which are under normal circumstances in inactive state. Binding of NDFIP1 leads to their activation and facilitates regulation of T cell behaviour by these ligases. NDFIP1 deficiency in mice causes the development of inflammatory disease affecting the skin, lungs and gastrointestinal tract. It is characterized by increased numbers of activated CD4+ T lymphocytes and eosinophils, which infiltrate the affected tissues. The disease is ultimately fatal. The aim of this work is to describe the function of the NDFIP1 protein in T lymphocytes, which are essential for the development of this pathology. Detached House with Atelier in Brno - Sobesice

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a project documentation of a detached house for a family of four, whose part serves as an atelier. The house is situated in Brno – Soběšice. The object is designed as a three-floor with a partial basement. Atelier spaces are placed on the highest floor, which makes possible to good illumination. The object is roofed-over with a shed roof.

This bachelor thesis is engaged in problematics of automatic cluster analysis for ECG sinals. This bachelor thesis contains theory of pathology in cardiac rhythm and problematics of cluster analysis. Based on a gained knowledge, set of symptoms is made, which are used for cluster analysis using MATLAB interface and which results are evaluated.

This thesis comprehensively covers the concept of procedure of examination of a traffic accident location by the police and its subsequent documentation in order to maximize the data and materials objectification. The thesis pursue to describe each step taken while investigating a traffic accident, as well as provides an overview of processing the facts collected and the measurements taken at the scene. Furthermore, a summary of each type of clue and damages occurring in the causality with traffic accidents is provided.

This thesis deals with the project documentation of the accommodation facility. Specifically, it is a guest house situated at the outskirts of Blansko – Ceskovice. Guest house kapacity is 22 beds and 50 seated restaurant. The object is designed as a three-floor with a partial basement. Basement floor will consist of storage, utility room and squash court. In the first floor is located main entrance, reception desk and restaurant with facilities. In the second floor are rooms for guests. The building is walled with saddle roof.
